High Porosity Cocos

High Porosity Cocos is a substrate composed of Atami's high quality coco coir, which has been ripened, washed, buffered and properly fertilised with perlite. As you know roots need to breathe! That’s why High Porosity Cocos contains 30% of added perlite to provide even more aeration to the coco coir. An airy substrate allows the production of more root hairs, a well-formed and extensive root system will actively supply more nutrients to the rest of the plant. High Porosity Cocos has an EC of less than 1.5 mS/cm, this light fertilisation gives your plants the nutrients they need in the first few weeks. Be sure to increase irrigation to match the increased drainage capacity of High Porosity Cocos, and enjoy growing in it!
