Californian Snow is the rarest and most daring strain in the FastBuds line.  It is quite stable variety with a big percent of Sativa phenotypes, though it includes Indica genetics. It's named Californian Snow, because the mature plant is thickly dusted with snow at peak flowering.

It has sweet taste with a bitter aftertaste, and citrus notes reminiscent of lime.

Its THC content is a more than 19%, and its CBD content is 1%. A dignified composition makes it a medicinal cannabis that's great for stress and anxiety. It has the instantaneous effects only lasting a half hour.

The ideal regime is 18/6. It will give refined results just 8 weeks from seedling.

The breeder recommends growing under HIDs and using carbon filters if growing indoors because of strong aroma from the fourth week of flowering. Californian Snow is a good choice for growers who live in cold areas with very short summers.

My auto grows have been a step by step guide on what can go wrong this year. She grew very well and was set to produce a lovely yield but started suffering from an infestation of fungus gnats and spider mites. Unfortunately I was out of neem oil and when it did arrive it was too late. Otherwise she was an absolute star and I have another one just started flowering. Would definitely grow again.
I had to chop two weeks early as bud rot was setting in and the infestation wasn't getting better.
This means the harvest was very airy and leafy and I lost about twenty g wet due to rot, but it's still smelling amazing. I will update once dried and cured.
I did taste some popcorn buds from an earlier trim and it was delicious and surprisingly potent.
Drying finished after 9 days. Into curing they go!
Curing nearly complete, surprisingly spacy for an early harvest, munchies game is strong!

Very easy stable strain to grow, almost forgot she was in the garden amongst others in term of plant maintenance. She smells really nice, very unique smelling terps, very pungent.

This grow definitely had its challenges. This was my first DWC project which got off to a slow start due to weak lighting. Once the problem was corrected she seemed to get over it and then grew nicely for a while. The stresses early on caused her to stretch really hard... to the point where I couldn't raise my lights any higher. I started to tie her down in a panic to try and keep it under control, but she kept reaching for the light. After several days with the lower canopy choked out from light and the upper canopy burning from being too close, she wasn't doing so good. The sugar leaf in the upper colas was dry and brittle and the top of some of the buds were turning white.

I took her down today in an effort to get the most I can without compromising the quality any further. It is definitely premature, the majority of the pistils were all still white and standing up straight.. it kind of just smells like fresh vegetation, no real canna smell unless I handle the buds.

I take full responsibility for the outcome of this grow... it was a learning experience. In no way would I ever try to blame the genetics for my end result. In fact, I have 9 more of these beans and can't wait to have another shot at it! I see the potential for some really top quality buds.

After curing for a few days I cant stop smoking this. I got the options of BlackBerry, LSD, Mexican airlines, tangie, pineapple, six shooter all on hand and I go to the Cali snow everytime. Sticky as hell and both heavy sour apple aroma. Generally more of an Indica high but no couch lock.

Yield was up there with a little over 150g per plant dry. It's more potent than I expected, you only need a half a j n ur locked in for a few hours. HIGHly recommend this strain for the ease/spees of growth, quality, yield, smoke, flavor. I'm smoking it right now. I'll probly be smokin it while ur reading this.
