Orion F1

The orion F1 by royal queen seeds was pretty easy to grow and yielded 99.85g dried. The buds are not super big, but they are very very sticky and are not fluffy. They have a very good size to weight ratio. The smell is not overwhelming, but very good nonetheless. Will only get better by curing. Overall good plant and nice harvest. More on the flavor and looks after curing ‍️

Nice dense solid buds. Harvested last Wednesday. Nice smell nice and sticky. Disappointed by the quantity after it dried up shrunk a lot but as said dense buds. Looking forward to tasting it.

Unfortunately, the little lady from Orion was in a terrible hurry to bloom. She drained the soil faster than you can suck on a piece of candy, and I started too late or didn’t give her enough growth fertilizer, so she stayed very small. Still, she did a brave job and produced beautiful, fragrant flowers that, despite her compact stature, turned into a few lovely blooms. The scent is very citrusy and, due to its intensity, strongly tickles the nose. In fact, she has a slight reddish tint, and her colors have turned out beautifully, in my opinion.

I'm very happy with my Orion F1. It was easy to grow, smells nice, and seems to have produced an impressive yield for its overall size. I sowed the seed in its final container, a 3-gallon fabric pot, in Pro-Mix HP. The plant grew vigorously throughout its life, including before and after being topped above its 4th node. Despite growing vigorously, it stayed relatively compact and dense, which is just what I like for my under-desk grow area. I forgot to get a wet weight on harvest day, but the buds and branches weighed 276 grams the following day, after they sat out on wire racks overnight (about 20 hrs later). As a guess, the wet weight may have exceeded 300 grams had I measured immediately after cutting. SMOKE REPORT UPDATE After drying and curing for a couple weeks, and then dry-trimming, the buds from this Orion F1 weighed 64 grams. They have a pleasant aroma, but it's hard to identify exactly. I would describe it as mixed herbs plus a little pine and musk. Another person mentioned a slight citrus aroma, but I did not detect that myself. The smoke is smooth and bears similar pleasant odors. Besides harvesting 64 grams of dried buds, I also collected a nice bonus of exactly 2 grams of kief by sifting the trimmed sugar leaves. The effects of the smoke are very potent and long-lasting, but not overly sedative. In small to medium amounts, it induces relaxation without sleepiness or lethargy. I also had a sample lab tested, with the following results: Total THC: 24.8% Total Cannabinoids: 30.2% CBG-A: 2.0% THC-A: 27.5% ∆9-THC: 0.69% Terpenes: High

Super compact, very easy to grow but little yield for me. Nice for beginners as she is kind of set and forget.

Der Strain ist sehr gut gewachsen und hat schöne dichte Buds mit reichlich Trichomen ausgebildet. Jetzt mal schauen was nach der Trocknung an Buds bleibt und wie das Aroma zur Geltung kommt. Zum trocknen habe ich lediglich die Sonnensegel herausgeschnitten und die einzelnen Triebe dann aufgehängt.

Die Orions haben am Montag, zu Beginn Woche 10 ihren cut gefunden. Die Pflanzen waren wirklich sehr unkompliziert. Ich hätte sie mir etwas größer gewünscht, bin allerdings sehr zufrieden mit dem finalen Ergebnis. Die Orion in der Mitte war um Längen nicht so produktiv wie die Dame rechts im Zelt. Der Geruch der Orion in der Mitte ist sehr süßlich, fast citrus. Ein wunderschönes finales Produkt! Die Orion rechts riecht deutlich anders und sieht auch etwas kleiner und kompakter aus. Die Blüten sind deutlich größer. Ihr Geruch…. Nun ja, ich will eigentlich nicht sagen das es im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes nach Scheiße riecht, aber es hat wirklich eine Note von Fäkalien. Ihre Blüten sind wunderschön, aber dieser Geruch ist schon echt merkwürdig. Ist mir so im Zelt gar nicht aufgefallen. Meine Partnerin bestätigte mir diese These. Kann mir einer erklären woran sowas liegt . 27. März Der Trocknungsprozess läuft soweit sehr gut! Es pendelt sich zwischen 18-21 grad ein. Damit bin ich sehr zufrieden. Luftfeuchtigkeit im Raum beträgt ca 44% das hygrometer im Zelt sagt mir allerdings 10% x). Irgendwie traue ich den 10% nicht ganz, habe dennoch einen feuchten Lappen rein gehängt. 30. März Der Geruch ist sensationell!! Nicht mehr im Ansatz unangenehm! Die Blüten sehen wunderschön aus, schmecken trotz fehlender Fermentierung phänomenal. Wirkung mehr als zufriedenstellend. Bin gespannt wie es sich in 4 Wochen so entwickelt :)

If you know that automatics don't like it above 25C its a easy grow. This time also not much defoil needed. The very fast 80 days is also amazing. In Germany we can, by stupid law, only grow 50g max per person. So more grows per year ... is a must We like the taste and smell and

Orion F1 is a trooper. She started strong and never stopped. This time, I used a hydroponic setup in a rather small Lechuza Pon (9l) with standard mineral nutrients. She took everything i threw at her with grace, especially the K boost in the end. The harvested amount is more than ok for the small pot. The smell is heavenly, so fruity and sweet, but also piercing. Why not 10? Even under quite ideal conditions, I think 70 days from seed to harvest (as advertised) is hard to achieve, but, hey, if 14 days extra is the only drawback, I would not call that a problem.

You can always rely on zamnesia to produce top quality seeds, never had a bad strain yet. They've all been strong and yielded a good amount.

Absolutely fire smell and sticky as hell!! Cropped and drying now, will update the taste soon

not realy vaped yet still curing UPDATE: I harvested a litte early ... not many brown trichomes where visible. Next time i will give it a few more days hopefully. Now however this is a very SATIVA like smoke, not putting you into a couch lock.

Very good Grow and big production

My very first grow ever. No diseases. Easy and fun to grow. This cultvar is a beast! Nose: citrus: bergamote, lemon zest, flowers (white)

A really easy ant to grow with crazy fast grow times and a very even consistency across all five phenos. No issues growing except the silly little pots I used.

Grew without any issues. Very stable plant and resistant to disease. Lots of sugary buds and leaves The smell is soo fresh and weedy I am got 6 seeds from her. I am curious if I try them next year if it gives me anything 10 out of 10 Coming with the smoke rev in a few weeks

Too hot stunted

At the end it is how it is described. for me as a absolute newbie it was easy to grow. The strain was really resistant to any treat, from cutting leafs to changing the environment from room conditions with constant temperature to balcony with temperatures from 13°C at night to 28°C during day. I was expecting to be absolutely happy with 10 grams of dry matter and it was 11 grams. So for the first time grow it is great.

The second attempt turned out very well, the taste and aroma is sweet pine with a relaxing and stimulating effect.
