Week 3 ( 15/8/23 - 21/8/22)

🌸 Week 1 – Flowering Phase Begins After a solid preflower prep, I’ve officially flipped the grow to flowering! I’m now running 3 phenotypes in bloom: 🔹 #36 🔹 #38 🔹 #45 Pheno #40 has been isolated due to potential signs of hermaphroditism — nothing confirmed yet, so I’ll keep a close eye on it over the next couple of weeks before making a final decision. Structurally, things are getting interesting: 🔸 Two phenos are showing a tall, US-style stretch, with wider internodal spacing — just like what I’ve seen in modern cultivars I’ve grown in the past. 🔸 The other two are more old-school in structure, shorter and stockier, with tighter node spacing. 🌱 All 4 phenos have been successfully backed up in a DWC cloner for preservation — the hunt continues! Really excited to see how these girls develop over the next few weeks 🙌 Let’s bring out those peachy gassy terps !

- Switch from a MH Bulb to an HPS Bulb - Discover "Fimming" a form of LST were you bend the stem to maintain its height. Not ideal for autos but seemed to work based on a small sample size. - First week were I trimmed leaves from the plant. From research I found that most people suggest not to trim the autos as they have less time to recover. I found that if you have very healthy plants it can be done but to a point - Had some brown spots forming on the leaves. From what I could figure out it is called Leaf Septoria and is caused by to much humidity and not enough air circulation. Trimmed all leaves with brown spots which was only a few - Last feeding for the big 3 at 1/4 strength

It's been a really nice week for weather, but also very dry. When did pick up a few times and I had to readjust my canopy again to get a tighter so I didn't hit the top of my plants. It's doing a really good job keeping the crud off but it does have a few spots where it's leaking so I might tape those up just to keep my plants dry. We just hit 13 hours of light in my area, and buds slowly transitioning into more rapid growth they are smelling pretty stinky from far away already. Water twice this week About 6 gallons each time and one with compost tea.

I feed them with the Hybrid powder and some Boster from Green House Feeding Nutrients. I gave them some CalGreen from Metrop, the best Cal-Mag of the market. I love the sativa shaped nug-towers! When my plants grow big, I like to grow them until the very end of their cycle! That's why the extended flower period. Ran out of Smart protein end of the first week, so it's plain water from here on out ! C99 chugging along, you can tell that any sort of exposure to the smart protein has lasting effects and the effects are proportional to the amount of smart protein available... it's not a nutrient so no nute burn no lock out ! witness the next generation of plant science ! witness it !! 🚀

D65: Tried taking some pictures with the macro lens. I'd say the majority of the trichromes are cloudy with some still clear and the occasional amber ones. Will keep track of the evolution. D70: Buds keep getting bigger, the main cola is starting to look like one big, consolidated bud. Trichromes remain mainly cloudy, with some still transparent and some amber ones. Also gave her a flush (10l), since I think she'll be ready for harvest in at most 2 weeks. Next watering, I might add molasses a last time. Smell is strong and really sweet, reminds me of vanilla a little.

Hello everyone A good week here but not that great weather. The plant spend 4 days inside my garden house with an open door for fresh air Outside so much rain that I just didn't want to take the risk. Also a higher humidity in morning so better safe than sorry She did receive enough light but it's not perfect, I know Some buds are a bit closer together and that's the only minor thing so far. Not problematic but I keep a close eye They are really bulking up now and starting to produce a bigger smell 😄 One feeding this week and one time neem oil watering. I think I'm gonna give one or two good feedings and then it's flushtime Last year i harvested in middle of August and I think it's gonna be pretty much the same this year. Will look more after the the trichomes this year. So far so good Fingers crossed for the last 3 weeks (I think 😁) Happy growing 🙏 Update : made a shelter, not perfect yet but it does the job 😄

A more difficult week. I've been battling the water consumption on two of the girls. I ordered and hooked up the Blumats auto watering system. I followed the instructions to a T but they don't work on those settings for this type of plant. They must be recommending for succulents cause the girls dried out right away with the settings. So I've been slowing dialing it in the get the proper amount to release. This Gorilla Cookie is my problem child right now. She is so delicate. Underwatered all the time. Then when you water a bunch she's overwatered. It's a dumb situation. I've never ran into this. I just think she outgrew her pot too soon and could benefit from synthetic nutrients. What a successful experiment! People said you couldn't grow and flower good weed in an Aerogarden so I had to prove them wrong. When I first started this grow experiment I would have been happy with a quality oz of bud. I never imagined pulling more than 2 oz's from 1 gallon of soil and only 45 Watts of light. That's 1.4 grams per watt! Already have a second Aerogarden going. This time it's Bud Bud Bling-Tingz✨ Give it a look!
