Pre flowers started on my soil grow. Just started seeing one or two white hairs on my hydro girl. Starting to clear up that calcium deficiency as well.

Hey everyone! It's week 2 of flower and this week was a surprise! The girl on the back, the one that has the "long" stem leaves and I didn't have high hopes started to grow a lot and develop quite fast! I'm quite impressed by her! Flowers are also starting to be way more developed this week, which is absolutely amazing I'd say and looks very pretty! This week was very uneventful besides that! And since they are growing so well I decided to increase the amount of nutrients! 😍 I also trimmed a lot of leaves from both babies speciallyy the one from the back) and played with the LST a bit more. Both of them were quite bushy (specially the one in the back) and I hope this won't affect them negatively! Probably not but we never know. Anyway, that's all for now! Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. Week 6 of flower 9/13/24 Changed the nutrients to fit week 6 of flower. Runoff PH and EC daily (EC 1.3, PH 5.1). using H2O2 with every watering (to help the PH stabilize at 5.5-6.5 range if there is a root problem). plant seems happy and not showing necrosis/ nutrient burn problems. Hand watering ones a day at the beginning of the light schedule.

Everything is looking really good. I decided to remove more fan leaves than I was comfortable with, I guess I will see how it affects overall growth. I figure the stretch should be done, so now the main focus is on the flowers. The smell is sweet like berries that were dipped in kerosene (like toxic gas)

In this dairy I will be growing two, Critical + photoperiod plants alongside 4 others (see other dairies) using the methods of Topping, Low Stress Training, ScrOG and slight defoliation under the screen. I am growing in a 4x4 area and will be using a 250W MH, 400W & 600W HPS over the grow period. The other 4 plants will be grown using the same technique and environment, I am just splitting the dairies into separate strains as recommended by GrowDairies. The seeds were placed directly into solo cups that were pre-soaked with plan, pH'd water overnight beforehand. After three days all seedlings had emerged, and I placed them in the shadow of my other plants currently being grown for three more days. After this I transplanted them directly into the 11L pots that they will be in until harvest (see photos). I will be growing the plants until the are roughly 6 weeks old or 1m tall, whichever comes first. I will be bending them and keeping the branches low to build an even canopy, so this time period could change. All of the seedlings are being grown in BioBizz all-mix soil, so I will not be using nutrients either for the first 1-2 weeks. Any questions or recommendations, please let me know! Thanks :)

02/11/2021 Doing water cure

June 7: Lemon Cream Kush is looking good a day or two after being topped. June 9: going good. Video is a tip to moisten plant leaves a couple times a day when growing in dry air. It makes up for the low humidity. June 10: wildfire smoke has reappeared but not as bad as 2023 (here at least (so far)). She is not stretching out like my other plants but still growing. June 13: oops, i broke a main stem while trying to do LST. Patched with floral tape. it didnt fully break so the tape might work.

14.12. Day 85 of life. 47 of flower. Dry out. Leaves go yellow. Soaking all she had to the buds. You can see there still fresh phylaxien growing. BTW. Feeling sad to see this. But its a dry summer. When I harvested the plant it already showed signs of revegetation and after 2 weeks that I just observed its behavior, I now believe that it is heading to grow back vigorously and so I will start the feeding for vega.
