Well, this week has been eventful. What started with a fly deciding to lay eggs in my buckets with larvae swimming around and chilling on my roots turned into a bit of a disaster. I used very weak H2O2 (diluted 3% solution). To try and clean infestation, the roots didn’t like it, even though the actual concentration of H2O2 was probs less than 0.25%. Lesson learned 🙃 It has given some of them a touch of root rot (this is an assumption because I can’t figure out what else it could have been). So growth has stunted a lot. Just before the bug problem, I increased EC to 1.1, this was probably another mistake, the smaller girls at the back with a smaller root mass got massive lock out, potassium, mag and calcium by the looks of it, coupled with a few not so well timed PH swings out of the 5.5-6.5 range gave me a lot to combat this week. But, life goes on, they’re still alive (just about)... As this is probably the hardest curve ball I’ve had thrown at me since I started growing canna, I have cut back the EC to 0.56 to allow them to heal. Probably wrongly decided to top them all as they were growing past 7th node, either it’s gonna pay off, or I’ll be posting harvest details of 0g by this time next week 👽 I am on a stay at home holiday from work for the next 3 weeks, so looks like my babies are staying in the ICU and I’ll do my best to bring them back to life 😊

An salido GEMELAS, sii sii !!😵 de una misma semilla an salido dos raices una cosa impresinante! y damos paso a colocarlas en los Jiffy. 👉Instrucciones:👈 - Colocación de los jiffy en un recipiente con 2L de agua y 2ML de enraizantes de top Crop. - Dejamos actuar durantes varios minutos hasta que el jiffy se extienda. - Abrimos un pequeño orificio en los Jiffy para introducir la semilla con el cáliz dejandolo hacia afuera. - Colocamos en un pequeño invernadero para que tengan la suficiente humedad. - Ayudandonos de unos foco de pocos waltios, le damos a luz necesaria para esta face de germinacion dejandolas 24 horas de luz. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ DIA 22/12/2021 Colocacion de Jiffy en Maceta de 3,25L 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 👉Instrucciones👈 -Pasados varios dias vemos que el periantio(semilla) ya se rompió y empezo a salir los cotiledones con una hermosa raiz blanca por debajo del jiffy. -rellenamos macetas de 3,25L con sustrato de top crop(anterior cultivo). -introducimos los jiffy en las macetas dejando la plantula bien colocada. -regamos con 3L agua opmotizada y 1ML/L enraizante Voodoo ADVANCED NUTRIENTS - Permanecemos con las 24 horas de luz con foco led. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 👉DIA 25/12/2021👈 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 pasados 3 dias desde que se plantó en maceta. Day 57 - Yesterday I noticed that the leaves are darker than they should be, so I re-made the mixing solution lowering the PPM from 750 to 550. I've tried to raise it to see how much nutes that ladies can handle since it's my first time in coco and I like to experiment. Now I'm going to finish this mixing solution and then stabilize the next ones on 650 PPM. Keep learning every day 🙏 Day 60 - Today I added one extra equivalent 75W LED to give the lower nodes more power. Some fan leaves touch it, wish they will not burn. New update in the next days.

DOH! I've missed my window of opportunity for major defoliating and lollipopping. https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-defoliation-a-high-risk-way-to-increase-yield-n562 I don't wanna risk a hermie by stressing the plant with heavy removal of lower branches after I've gone into flowering. I'll have to wait until next grow to do a heavy defoliation and lollipop BEFORE I flip my lights...ideally 2-3 days before. I'll still be removing necrotic leaves as and when.

Still lookin happy, water only around 6.5 ph. I will start some LST next week 👍🏼 I will also give a 1/4 dose of advanced nutrients sensi cal mag next week because that's one issue I've ran into, usually nearing flower and I feel weekly small doses helps negate any issues. LED lights seem to increase the need for cal mag at least in my environment. The auxiliary shoots off the main are interesting! It's definitely going to be more of a bushy structure and fun to LST! ✌️🏼 ♥️

Plant has grown a lot recently. I think the stretch might be over as i havent seen a lot of difference in height recently. The budsites are developing really well. I have fed her today with some nutrients (easy grow tablet mixed with 8l of water). She received around 500ml i would say in total I have to refill the self watering base every 2 days. She is very thirsty. Besides that she is looking healthy. This is my very first grow but everything is going good. Plant has some yellow leaf tips. I dont really know what caused it but it doesnt seem to appear on newer leaves and if it does it stays at yellow tips. She doesn’t have any terpenes smell yet. It smells like a plant but thats about it. Im only struggling with humidity. It is around 63-70%. My minigrow says the RH is 70% while my amazon hygrometer says 61%. Idk which to trust more. I have defoliated the lower canopy again for better airflow. Vpd is around 0.8-0.99kPa

Week 15 - 06/21 - 06/27 Light - 200 W HPS & 265 W LED Day Temperature - 78 F Night Temperature - 68 F Humidity - 40 +/-5 D50 Flower - Fed the ladies their last nutrient feeding. Raised the HPS and LED lights up and turned the HPS down to 200 W, I am trying to emulate fall by lowering the amount of light. D53 Flower - Started the flush today with ph'd water and blackstrap molasses. I also decided to go ahead and defoliate one of the clones and both of the scrog plants. I didn't strip it bare, I just cut out the larger fan leaves. I opened the tent today and they were glistening and super potent smelling, I am probably a week away from harvesting! D56 Flower - Was on a trip and had to water the ladies with a timer and pump, thankfully everything worked fine. Flushed again with FloraKleen.

Observations: She is a slow grower. 21.01.26 She is growing nicely, hopefully the roots go down as planed. Been watering the lower soil more than the soil hiding the vase under, and go around it nicely.. will appreciate any tips!

NL topped will be a monster...did not defoliate yet...lost one of the 4 main colas (broken) but seems to get extremely bushy anyway...nutrients mainly from TA as shown above NL untopped (coco with aptus) seems to be extremely healthy and develops monster leaves...yesterday removed appr 10 leaves for more ventilation. For untopped didnt change the nutriens yet...still this Aptus all in one 1 ml/l Aptus regulartor 3 drops/l Aptus start booster 4 drops/l Aptus callmag booster 1 ml/l I have to water with the nutrients everyday, 2 litre...each plant...keeping the ec low at 1,2 - 1,3...means the basic water should not have more than 0,3 better 0,2...means I have to use destilled water partially Next week will be some in nutrients...blooming is coming especially the topped NL...untopped maybe later...

Late vegetative phase over and the plants are preparing for flowering. I gave the plants grow nutrients for last time and i switched the LEDs to bloom mode. I slightly decrease the RH and i've boost the ventilation so more air could move within the tent.

Day 29 Watered 400ml HulkBerry and removed some of the small lower branches with flowers. Day 31 Watered 500ml HulkBerry and 200ml WeddingCake and removed two big leaves wich were covering lower flowers. Day 34 watered 700ml WeddingCake and 400 HulkBerry Day 35 watered each 300ml

Day 107 Flower day 51 - Have been flushing for about a week now, was trying to pull another week but I couldn’t keep 2 of them from falling over so I decided to chop them this morning!
