What up fam. Weekly update on these girls. During thus past week I found some dreadful catapillers in some of my flowers. It's never something you want to find but it's definitely part of the challenge growing outdoors. I started to harvest some for some fresh frozen so once I get them all done in the next couple weeks I'll know what my total is going to be. All in all Happy Growing.

Flower sites are clearly forming now, and a sweet smell comes out every time I open the grow space. For some of you seasoned pros this might be trivial, but I’ve changed my watering routine — and it seems to be paying off. I’m now watering more thoroughly, more slowly, and with enough runoff. Well… what do you know Sometimes the basics really do make the difference. Stats so far: 💧 Watering: Every third day 🌡️ Temp: 26–28°C 💦 Humidity: 65% RH 📈 VPD: ~1.18 kPa 💡 Light: ~700 PPFD

Update: I made a Flowering feed guide for myself so I figured I would share it. I'm going to do a small flush on them soon to remove nutrient buildup. I'm sure it will help finished quality. The first girl has been stretching all week. I have had to LST branches to keep her short. I hope she is done stretching but if not I will just keep tying branches down. She did make it too close to a light and it burned one of her buds. It did not cause any issues tho. On the second girl I was tying down the main stem and damn near snapped it off. I freaked out and cried IRL. 😭 I braced the top broken half and taped it up then I gave her a large dose of Silica and Recharge to help her recover. Only the broken top of the main stem went a droopy for 4 days and she almost stopped growing. She developed some rust spots on some of her fan leafs. I gave her Cal-Mag the second I saw the spots developing but they developed regardless. My guess is that she used energy in her fan leafs to help her recover. The good news is she looks fully recovered. 👊 I can feel a knot where the break is, very fast recovery for such a bad break. For sure this was my worst LTS accident to date. I will get a pictures of the break when I feel comfortable removing the tape. I upgraded there lights with 2x 100w 3000k flood lights with the lens plate removed. I have had really good results with these lights in previous grows and they are thin so they fit perfectly. I now have: 2x Castnoo 300s (really 100w) 1 Grow Star 150 UFO(really 70w) 2x Viugreum 100w 3000k thin flood lights (really 60w) 2x MAIICY 45w (really 30w) That's a total of 450 true watts. 225w for each of these girls. Very bright inside. Maybe over kill?

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos 5 weeks of flowering completed 2nd April 2020 Hi Everyone , Welcome back to my diary The plant I created is growing nicely nothing much to report other than the smell has changed yet again... Now it resembles yoghurt or slightly sour milk crossed with fruit. Not an unpleasent smell by any means just unusual. I'm not needing to feed a lot as the soil seems to be providing most of her nutritional needs. Now For the Aussie Music Videos Because this plant is geeting closer and closer to harvest time I thought I had better start doing more than one video a week lest I miss out on too many great videos I could add. Hola y gracias por pasarte a ver mi diario. Recibí esta variedad mediante un paquete promocional de 2 semillas en una compra online. Una se la di a mi hermano para que la cultivase y, tras leer la ficha de la variedad en BSF Seeds, me pareció una excelente elección para añadir a mi jardín de exterior. La planta creció sin ningún problema, con mucho vigor, muchas ramas y adaptándose perfectamente al LST. Al ser un cultivo 100% orgánico y únicamente con riegos de agua del grifo sin añadir abonos líquidos era esperable alguna carencia, aunque no se apreció hasta bien entrada la floración. El hecho de añadir todos los nutrientes al sustrato me ha permitido facilitar la tarea del riego y no tener que realizar el lavado de raíces. La planta se desarrolló en una maceta de 30L y ha producido 150g de cogollos secos, muy duros y con una relación flores/hojas excelente.. El olor de las flores húmedas era fuerte, dulce y afrutado. Respecto a plagas y enfermedades ha sido muy resistente, no he apreciado signos de araña roja, pulgón ni trips gracias al aporte de harina de Neem en el sustrato. Tampoco he sufrido el temido y habitual ataque de las orugas (ni la oruga de las hojas ni la del cogollo) gracias a las pulverizaciones en las fechas clave con Bacillus Thuringiensis. Tampoco se ha visto afectada por el Oídio que normalmente aparece al final de la floración en la zona donde vivo, tampoco botrytis pese a ser cogollos densos y llenos de resina, por lo que la pastilla de Micorrizas y Trichodermas ha funcionado a la perfección, no sólo reforzando el sistema radicular sino también frente a los hongos invasores. El clima también me ha acompañado este año, vivo en una zona cálida donde la temperatura suele ser óptima para el cultivo de exterior de cannabis, el mes de mayo llovió algún día de forma agradable, junio, julio y agosto fueron especialmente secos, solo llovió un par de noches a finales de agosto, y septiembre también ha sido muy respetuoso lloviendo solo 2 veces. Por todo esto, siendo la primera vez que elaboro un supersoil, estoy seguro que para la temporada 2022 repetiré el sistema, haciendo algunos ajustes a la mezcla para evitar estas carencias que he comentado. Well my Peach is simply PEACHY lol!! Gave her her final major defoliation today so she can now concentrate on blooming in beauty. I don’t have many expectations as this is my first grow but am very happy so far, she’s a wowza 💚 Description Peach Puree CBD is a high-CBD, sativa-dominant medicinal marijuana strain. fed her to much nutrients, just for the next few feeds im going to hold back and give her just spring water. The leaf curling isn't happening on any new growth since. I scraped of the white powdery mildew, waited for the soil to dry and topped the pot back up with fresh soil... and its not returned....yet 🤔😅 I'm not seeing any pre flowers yet, I'm hoping in the next week or so. Day 47. More stretch, leaves are still curling down a little so i stopped the nutrients 2 waterings ago. Any advice is always loved ❤️

July 12, 28 days since flip Clones: So far all 3 remaining clones are growing well. Buds are really starting to form and getting a ton of pistals forming. Plants grew a little bit in the last week. Ended up doing another aggressive round of super cropping to keep them from burning up. Some of the colas are above the light so may add supplemental lighting but honestly so many bud sites I’m not concerned about getting a large enough sample. Began to notice some lower leaves dying and some spots on some upper leaves so top dressed both earth boxes with some craft blend, cow cal 24, big 6, some potassium and some epsom salts. Should make her nice and happy again. At this point going to flower for a few months and drop individual updates as the plants stand out Mothers and father: Didn’t end up topping like I said I was going to last week so going to top this week. Just trying to stunt them a bit so they don’t get too large. No major updates other than this God bless!

I don't see any change or difference from classic guava and guava RF3, except for a change in some nice told marketing story, the plants have a sweet, beautiful, strong smell. and a lot of glue, like I said, no difference from regular Guava. Average announced yield, average growth. whoever has more space can play. I'm limited by space, so I wouldn't experiment any further 😉.

Hey everyone :-) This week it smells more and more sweet and fruity in the whole room 😍. There is actually not much to report, everyone is now under 12/12 :-). 9/3 Shook the plants off this morning and took a few pics and did a video. Let's see if it uploads. Plants are doing good. Toasted toffy is due for another plant doctor application tonight. It seems like I'm losing lots of leaves. Looking back on my other diaries I guess it's normal. BUT I could've had pest/pathogen problems then. I'm over thinking it. Toasted toffy only needs a few more weeks. It will definitely outvrun the disease. The nugs are super dense too. The plant in the 50 is loosing leaves faster than I'd like. It is also one of the furthest along. The big leaves that turn yellow look like it's a calcium/magnesium issue. The stalk and branches are all bright green and healthy looking. So are the flowers. It could be something below the soil. I couldve been overwatering but last time I waited until it drooped. It will be fine though. I'm happy with my results so far. Not my best or biggest year but I'm going to put in the work and Mae these plants produce the best quality cannabis that im able too. Also I think plant doctor may kill insects. K bicarb with dawn does too. I've found a few dead bugs like flies and pillars. Pillars actually seem to be gone. Not many moths either. Unless I see them I'm not going to treat them for it. This is that magical time where you get to watch the plant produce those beautiful flowers. Despite some small problems I'm very grateful for what I have. I've worked hard for it. 9/4 Watered everything but the sherb pie which was still heavy with leaves yellowing. It's tied for the furthest behind in flower with the seed in the 10. I treated the toasted toffy with 1/4 gallon (4tsp/gallon) of plant doctor. I avoided flowers as much as possible and tried to just get a few leaves. I used the rest on the soil. I just wanted it to absorb a little faster. That's why I sprayed the foliage. It's not 4 days it's 14 days when tje plant doctor just leaves behind a bunch of potassium and phosphorus after it's done its job. Can't be used in a 14 day interval with copper and I think that's what treats septoria best. I dontvknow if I can use that in flower. Doesn't really matter. Things are looking good. Plant Doctor and the K bicarb seem to be doing there job effectively as long as i stick to the application times. I made a short video but didn't upload. I'll try again but I may have some medical emergencies that need to be dealt with. If not I should defoliate and tie down some event horizon branches. I thought about treating the other event horizon as well. I'm not positive it has septoria but it wouldn't hurt anything to be practice. It AT LEAST has a couple suspucuous spots. I smelled a skunk as soon as I got out of my car. It can't get in my grow but I might put out traps to catch it. We'll see how it goes. Video seems to be uploading. It's at 31% so I'll wait for it. I think I've got like four or five weeks on my toasted toffy and one event horizon and the one in the 50 that I THINK is red runtz. That's good that I'll have different plants to harvest at different times. It's seeds from here on out though. It was hard to find info on some of the strains I'm growing but they all have ONE thing in common. They are EXOTIC and they are at least MODERATELY DIFFICULT to grow. AT LEAST lol. Last year I picked the right seefs and strains and it greatly helped. Still, if these are difficult strains to grow, then I'm doing a good job. EDIT: I WAS STONED BUT IM PRETTY SURE I TREATED THE PLANT IN THE 50 WITH PLANT DOCTOR. DIDNT SPRAY BUDS. TRIED TO GET THE LEAVES THEN USED THE REST ON THE SOIL. I REMEMBER BECAUSE A STREAM ACCIDENTLY HIT A COUPLE LEAVES ON THE HUGE PLANT IN THE 10. 9/5 Sherb Pie was light and drooping. It's not to far in flower and still seemed moist yesterday with a little bit of weight. I watered it a gallon. I defoliated a little but I need to go through that plant. I have a bunch of plants that need a little work. The 50 gal seed is losing lots of leaves. I must not be feeding it enough, overwatering or maybe theres some sort of lock out. The plant looks nice and healthy. Leaves just turn yellow and die. Looked like a calcium or magnesium deficiency but i saw a septoria spot. I wouldn't think I've over feed or locked out using the small amounts of nutes I've used. It will be time to feed again soon. It's in the middle of flowering and still has leaves. I'm hoping things work out. I just have an anxiety disorder and worry too much. I'm GOING To have a great harve! I just need to keep moving forward and putting in the work. 9/6 What a fucking shitty morning. I did research on how to keep skunks out of your garden. Because I smelled it and the neighbors shot a few. Dad put traps out and it caught one. It wasn't a no spray trap so I approached it with him. Both had tarps. I kept telling him to throw it while I was distracting it bur he got a cramp and only got it over half. The half away from my garden. It's pretty far and down in a field but still. We had talked all morning about how to release it. I offered to drive their dog to take it for a walk so his alcoholic girlfriend wouldn't spiteful put the dog on its run. It wouldn't be sprayed but I made it out like it would ruin my plants. Picked dad up and got him to the bathroom. In that 30 seconds the stupid bitch grabbed the dog and brought it outside despite me YELLING "Can't you wait 5 minutes!? We've been dealing with this all morning. I heard fuck you in my head and she did it anyway. Dog ran at the skunk barking and it sprayed. Not a lot but I was fucking pissed. She's a full blown alcoholic and doesn't like me around early or the fact that my old man's 80 and house is mine. Anyway I got back and there was NO SKUNK SMELL. AT ALL! I WATERED EVERYTHING BUT SHERB PIE AND FED EVERYTHING BUT SHERB PIE. ILL FEED AND WATER THAT TOMORROW. WATERED A GALLON WITH A QUART OF FEED. Researched my strains found out they were all "difficult" to grow. One year ago to the Day I cut my first tenth planet. I got a couple close to a few weeks but the others will be later. If I can pull this off though I'll have some crazy quality! Grateful for what I have that's for sure! I doubled beastie bloom this time. We'll see how it goes.nothings uploading. I did some vids a pictures but I'll have to upload today. 9/7 I think it rained last night. I forgot to water and feed the sherb pie but I'll do it when I get back. I shook off the plants the best I could. I need to get the leaf blower out now and put it to use. Buds are swelling like crazy. GMOs are very tight flowers. Same with the event horizon. Rock hard nugs. With the gmo's I'm not worried. The were monster cropped so they have enough leaves even if some do die off. The toasted toffy only has like four weeks left. Same with the event horizon. The plant in the ten is the furthest behind but it's extremely healthy. I removed some leaves from the bottom and large fan leaves. The plant in the 50 I hope finishes before it loses all its leaves. I treated it with plant doctor and SOME people strip their plants but I don't. I'm grateful for what I've got. Won't be the biggest harvest but WHEN I make it to the finish line I will have some incredibly potent strains. I'm proud of myself to even get these to finish seeingvthe level of difficulty on cultivation. I'm trying to upload some stuff. We'll see. 9/8 Apparently it rained pretty hard last night. Took forever to go through and shake everything off and defoliate what needs it. Sherb pie is praying to the sky and almost totally purple. It's flowering so much more in the last couple days. Everything has. Even the one in the ten is stacking up! I defoliated most of what needed it and I was soaked. I noticed a branch on the middle gmo that was getting heavy and starting to break away from the trunk. It wad wobbly but I don't think there was a break un the Cambrian. I made a sling with rope (couldn't find zip ties) and I pulled it tight amd secured that branch to the tomato cage. GMO buds are hard as rocks. Everything is in overdrive. They liked that beastie bloom. I have cha ching but nothings ready for that yet I don't think. We'll the event horizon and toasted toffy might be I'll have to check. It's been beautiful today but not too hot. Lots of wind which is good. I'll upgrade supports as needed. Flowers are progressing at an amazing rate. Weather is supposed to be great the next few days. I'll keep this updated. 9/9 Had to shake the plants off. WATERED EVERYTHING BUT THE SHERB PIE WHICH WAS REALLY HEAVY. It's also lost a lot of leaves and the majority of leaves have turned purple. Toasted toffy and event horizon and red runts are pretty far into flower. I tried to take some pictures. Even the ten is blowing up! That looks like I'm going to switch to cha ching when flower gets further. Trichs are developing nicely on the ones further in flower. This year it's going to be quality over quantity. All these strains are ranked HARD to grow but have insane cannabinoid profiles and high THC %'s. So if I can keep it together for another month I'll be golden. Looking forward to it. This is the fun part. It's also the anxiety provoking part. I've learned a lot just since joining grow diaries.

Was a difficult week, because the plant was at the very back. I got some small % of bud rot. Very small. Buds are very dense. Dripping in trichomes. Colorful, and very stinky. What a beauty.

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.
