6/18/22 Today starts week 4, and the first day of flowering!! The day has finally arrived, and my large (flowering) tent is packed! With these 4 additions, there are now 6 plants all together. I defoliated the living daylights out of all four of my ladies today. I also cut off all the lower, small growths as well as the large bottom 2 branches to provide clearance near their bases. At this point I’m more interested in the ease of growing instead of volume at harvest. Their mother is big enough to give me a pretty good yield. The 4 of them will still be large enough. I measured each one as well today, and their sizes are as follows: #1 & #4 are both 21 inches tall. #2 is 22 inches tall, and #3 is 20 inches tall. They are all approximately 28 inches below the light at 100% power. I fed each plant half a gallon of water today mixed with the early bloom step 1 level nutrients. I mixed 2 separate gallons containing the following: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 5.7 ml FloraGro - 6.6 ml FloraBloom - 6.6 ml Floralicious Plus - 1 ml The pH was 6.2 in each of the two gallons and was not adjusted. Runoff was sufficient for each plant, and the pH was as follows: #’s 1 & 4 were both 5.8. #2 was 6.2, and #3 was 5.7. The tent temperature was 81F, and humidity was 66%. Today has been a long day, and I’m tired! Happy growing everyone! 6/20/22 Stella’s Cuatro are all doing well. They all seem to have recuperated from their massive defoliation on the 18th. Right now they all seem to be naked since they haven’t started to develop any bud nodes yet, but I’m sure they’ll be beautiful eventually. Today I mixed 2 more gallons of solution to feed each plant half a gallon of water with the early bloom nutrients. The nutrients are the same as the other day, so I’m not going to repeat them here. Both gallons had an initial pH of 6.3, and we’re not adjusted. Each plant had plenty of runoff as well. The runoff pH was as follows: #1, 3, & 4 were all 5.8. #2 was 6.1. The tent was 84.2F, and the humidity was 52%. Not much else to say, except, happy growing everyone! 6/23/22 The stretch is on in full force with Stella’s Cuatro! Just since 6/18/22, only 5 days, #1 green 5.5 inches, and is now 26.5 inches tall. #2 grew 8 inches, and is now 30 inches tall. #3 grew 4 inches, and #4 grew 3 inches, and now they are both 24 inches tall. I’m hoping that the stretch stops soon and that they don’t choke off the space I have left in the tent. I mixed 2 more gallons of water with the early bloom nutrients. Each plant received 1/2 gallon, or 8 cups of the following: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 5.7 ml FloraGro - 6.6 ml FloraBloom - 6.6 ml Floralicious Plus - 2 ml Liquid KoolBloom - 1 ml The pH for both gallons was an equal 6.4. Each plant had sufficient runoff with pH’s as follows: #1 & #4 were 5.9. #2 was 6.2, and #3 was 5.8. The tent temperature was 85.1F, with humidity at 51%. Stella’s first 4 daughters are doing well, but I’ll be glad when they stop growing, and start producing some pistils, and bud. Happy growing everyone!

There are about 5% of thr trichomes that are amber. There are about 50% that are cloudy. She is getting close. ITA: come mi avevo pensato le piante stanno crescendo a vista d'occhio, addirittura di diversi cm al giorno (basti guardare come erano solamente due giorni fa). Fortunatamente non dovrei incappare in problemi legati all'eccessiva altezza in quanto manca più di mezzo metro (forse quasi uno) per raggiungere il soffitto della box. Tutte le piante non mostrano segni di stress o carenze, anche se la temperatura della soluzione nelle ultime settimane è cresciuta: sono partito con la soluzione a 20C e ora siamo a circa 25C. Purtroppo la watermelon zkittles è rimasta più piccolina rispetto alle altre 3. Questo può essere stato causato principalmente per due motivi (dal mio punto di vista che non è quello di Kyle Kushman) 1. taglio delle radici 2. eccessivo stress dovuto a un numero di topping troppo elevato con conseguente eccessiva ramificazione di rami troppo sottili per sostenere il peso di una cima densa e compatta. In ogni caso cercherò di salvare il salvabile. Ho eseguito una defogliazione a tutte e 4 le piante in quanto nella settimana e mezza passata la weed ha rimesso tutte le foglie. Ho potato anche le ramificazioni più basse che non prendevano abbastanza luce, almeno fino a dove sono riuscito ad arrivare dato che il mio growbox si apre solamente da un lato e arrivare dal lato opposto è praticamente impossibile almeno che tu non abbia le braccia lunghe 6 metri. Piano piano si stanno iniziando a formare le cime, vedremo come proseguirà la crescita. Si continua a spingere!!😋 ENG: as I thought the plants are growing visibly, even several cm a day (just look at how they were just two days ago). Fortunately, I should not run into problems related to excessive height as there is more than half a meter (perhaps almost one) to reach the ceiling of the box. All the plants show no signs of stress or deficiency, even if the solution temperature has risen in the last few weeks: I started with the solution at 20C and now we are at around 25C. Unfortunately the watermelon zkittles remained smaller than the others 3. This may have been caused mainly for two reasons (from my point of view which is not Kyle Kushman's) 1. root cutting 2. excessive stress due to a number of topping too high resulting in excessive branching of too thin branches to support the weight of a dense and compact bud. In any case I will try to save what can be saved. I performed a defoliation on all 4 plants because in the past week and a half the weed has put back all the leaves. I also pruned the lower branches that didn't get enough light, at least as far as I managed to get as my growbox only opens on one side and getting to the other side is practically impossible unless you have 6 meters long arms. . Little by little the tops are starting to form, we will see how the growth continues. Keep pushing !! 😋

6/18/22 Today starts week 5, and the beginning of the mid-bloom nutrients, step 3. Jackie has had a little explosion in growth the last few days, and is now standing 16 inches tall. She is currently positioned 14 inches below the light at 100% power. She took half a gallon of water mixed with the following nutrients: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 4.7 ml FloraGro - 3.8 ml FloraBloom - 8.5 ml Floralicious Plus - 2 ml Liquid KoolBloom - 2 ml The pH was 6.2, and was not adjusted. She had plenty of runoff with a pH of 6.0. The tent temperature was 86.9F, and humidity was 40%. Jackie is doing wonderful, and her small size is growing on me when all of her tent mates are giants! I made a video log today, and I believe that I mistakenly said she is 19 inches, but I was incorrect. She’s 18 inches tall. No biggie, but I do like to be precise. I defoliated her today, taking most of her larger leaves off to open more space for light to get to all her buds. This little auto is starting to grow on me with the ease of growing that she provides. She’s small, but still looks like she’s going to produce a decent amount of bud. I’m still using the same level of nutrients as the previous note, so I’m not going to repeat them here. The initial pH was 6.2, and was not adjusted. Runoff was sufficient, and the pH was 6.1. She’s a new cultivar for me, and I’m looking forward to getting acquainted with her soon. Jackie has grown another 1.5 inches in the last 3 days, and is now 19.5 inches tall. She received half a gallon of water mixed with the following nutrients: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 4.7 ml FloraGro - 3.8 ml FloraBloom - 8.5 ml Floralicious Plus - 2 ml Liquid KoolBloom - 2 ml The pH was 6.3, and not adjusted. She had plenty of runoff, with a pH of 6.0. The tent is crowded, but she has her own spot and gets plenty of airflow. The tent temperature was 85.1F, and the humidity was 51%. 6/18/22 By now I’m sure all of you following along are sick and tired of reading about how large of a plant she is, but DAMN she’s big! She takes up more space by herself than the other 5 plants in the tent with her. She is moving along nicely up the feed chart, and is now on the mid-bloom step 5 stage. Step 5 is the same as steps 3 & 4, so really nothing new to report. She took a whole gallon of water mixed with the following: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 4.7 ml FloraGro - 3.8 ml FloraBloom - 8.5 ml Floralicious Plus - 2 ml Liquid KoolBloom - 2 ml The pH was 6.2, and was not adjusted. The runoff was excellent, and its pH was also 6.2. 🤷‍♂️ The tent temperature was 86.9F, and humidity was 40%. I skipped feeding her yesterday because I was tired and not in the mood. Today she looked dry and somewhat flat before I fed her which is normal if I skip a day. However, she’s usually quick to come back to her normal chipper self after getting fed. It looks like I’m going to have to bend a couple more branches in the coming days ahead, but I’ll deal with all of that later. I’ll be so glad when she’s done growing! I finally just sat down inside the tent today after removing all of the other plants and did some serious defoliation. In addition to defoliating her, I also cut off a bunch of smaller branches that didn’t look like they were going to produce much. I figure it’s better to cut the shrubs off, so that the actual nodes get all the nutrients in order to produce some fat ass buds! My previous DarkStar cultivar I grew had some seriously large and dense nuggets, so I’m hoping for the same from her. She took another gallon of water today mixed with the same nutrients as the 18th, so I won’t list them again here. The initial pH was 6.3, and I didn’t adjust it. She had plenty of runoff, and the runoff pH was 6.2. The tent was 84.2F, and the humidity was 52%. Stella was practically naked when I finished with her today, and I’m looking forward to seeing how she looks tomorrow. I’ve cleared out all the clutter, and I was also able to raise the light up a few more inches today using some other bands to connect it to the top of the tents frame. She is about 10 inches below the light now, but she still has a couple long branches that are within 6 inches of the light. It’s still better than it was earlier today when some of the buds were above the light. My grow room is doing great right now, and I hope all of yours are as well. I defoliated her to the extreme the other day, so she looks dryer than usual. However, she is a wonderfully strong cultivar which can withstand a lot of issues; such as high heat, as well as long periods without water. But she does have her limits to which I don’t want to find out. She took a whole gallon today with plenty of runoff. She received the following nutrients: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 4.7 ml FloraGro - 3.8 ml FloraBloom - 8.5 ml Floralicious Plus - 2ml Liquid KoolBloom - 2 ml The initial pH was 6.3, and was not adjusted. Her runoff pH was 6.2, which is excellent! The tent temperature was 85F, with 51% humidity. Stella is mainly bud nodes at this point, and all of them are just starting to fatten up. I love this part of the grow! Watching something turn from nothing, to something amazing is awesome!
