I dropped these seeds into a bowl of water overnight. In this case about 8 hours. I then planted .75" deep into wet soil on 4/24/24. I prefer moist soil but we had a rain the previous evening. Outdoors you plan for the weather but you don't know with certainty what nature will throw at you. There's a lot of rain in the forecast. I'm gambling that there'll be less actual rain. I want to get these girls more veg time so there's the trade off. I didn't fill these short pots completely full of soil. The idea is that less soil will dry faster if we get loads of rain. Once we get a stand, I'll add soil topping these pots off. Prayers going up for good planting weather and hoping for a fine stand of Wedding Cheesecake 🌱🌞🚀🎂. We've had lots of rain on the night of the 25th and all day 26th. It was cloudy and humid all day on the 27th but we missed the rain. The 28th we have rain most of the day. Two of three popped on the 28th and the third on the 29th. I dug up a few inches of soil around these to loosen it up and let some air get in. Hopefully that will counter this rain and drizzle on their birthday 🎂🎈 These girls came out fine and are turning up to get some sun. Fastbuds really do handle stressful outdoor conditions better. That's why they're my go to for outdoor fems.

She is growing like a champ! And has a really strong smell. Praying it stay warm out as we are heading to October

First grow of my life. Have a very basic and mostly DIY setup but so far (day 6) seedlings have kept a consistent growth and have initiated their set of second serrated leaves. Should have two full sets by tmr evening (end of day 7). I noticed that they were very dark and slightly droopy. started giving them bit more to drink and they have responded well. To all exp growers, any constructive comments, advice etc would be great. Plz refrain from commenting if all you have is hate to share! Stay safe friends!

Day 22 - her takeoff has begun a. the lady is doing well, growing all over, no signs of any damage or light stress b. i have to keep reminding myself that this Indica plant is only 22 days old c. the pool is hanging at 5.9/6.0 PH all the time. d. I will not be topping, fimming or high stress training this plant as the breeder recommends e. lowered the light is at 45cm away from the seedling f. added reflector tape to the top of the DWC, my main DWC has it, and its plants always do amazing, so why the hell not reflector tape this one Day 23 - Growth Explosion a. she is really taking off, like a rocket! b. she is becoming more and more bushy, smells too, really good c. the reflective tape on top of the DWC changes my photos, lol, it allows for a-lot of light reflection and eye pain Day 24 - performed light defoliation a. opened up the lower parts of the plant for light b. only removed 8 leaves, will remove more in a few days to allow for no runt branches c. also removed some of the original stabilizer rocks... when she was a tiny baby she was very leggy and needed support, she has thick stem now! d. airflow is opened up and the fan is blowing more direct on the gorilla e. gradually stepping up the ppm, at 550. only have to increase FloraMicro and FloraGro Day 25 - growth observed all over a. lower limbs that were hidden by leaves are perking up, and heading outward b. airflow around the plant is great, the CO2 production is very high, as the tent smells of banana liquor c. ventilation is turned off to preserve humidity and CO2 Day 26 - growth a. smooth and steady, she is drinking alot from the DWC, about 1/2 litre a day b. removed 2 large fan leaves, the lower limbs need to see light Day 27 - lower growth occurring now a. the lower foliage and branches are growing more since they see more light b. performed the last defoliation for a while, encouraging the side branches to take dominance over the main without topping this plant Day 28 - ending the week on a high note! a. she grew nearly 2x over night, opening her up to the light was a huge help b. with these smaller LED lights im guessing light penetration through thick indica leaves is very low, leaftucking helps c. will begin ponytailing LST next week to encourage more lateral branch growth d. today though, she is just chillin out in the 28 degrees and 60% humidity, ventilation is running, and she is smelling very nice

Flowers are starting on the Girls and I have started to introduce low levels of terpinator. Going to starting amping up the P an little to get some stacking. Any suggestions, let me know!!! Looking for the dankest buds possible, but also high hitting! Not seeing any nute burn so going to keep pushing. Working in a nice PH water flush with a little root cleanse 1x week.

7/31/2018 Wow 2 weeks since update?hmm. Well #1 is in training still getting Wide, about 36 sq feet..6x6 area, tops starting to stretch, I think. Feeding Tomato 🍅 tone 3-4-6 maybe a slight boost of high p guano to help transition to flowering in next week or two, we'll be at 10hours of dark. And flowering will commence.👍 08/04/2018 Pre flower starting,post some pics soon. Got the little booster i mentioned above it is Fox farms big bloom as I said a slight boost. #5 is definitely different from other plants, she is super stinky and sticky as hell, when stripping leaves. Took 3 clones for future testing.

The week went well. She is getting so fat and chunky. She has a very lemony and sweet smell when you brush up on a bud. I lowered the light schedule to 10/14 a few days ago. More pistils are begining to change now each day. We're coming down the backstretch now. The viedo is probably not so good quality.

Day 66/Day 22 of Flower: Finally made it to Week 4 of Flower which means I get to introduce BUD-XL to my nutrient line. Girls were hand fed tonight, saturated with fresh nutes. Tips were already showing signs of nutrient burn going into week 4, so without the former veg nutes, who knows how bad they're about to get. Question: I read defoliating throughout week 3 of flower is around the last time you should trim. I cleaned up the bottom real well, but do you think I trimmed too many fan leaves up top? A lot my bud sites have one fan leaves and the nodes under it have none at all? Throughout this grow, anytime, I've trimmed, it has had zero effect. I think that's because its receiving nutrients twice a day consistently. Regardless, should these leaves up top have stayed on to provide healthier sites or as an extra resource for food when needed? Thanks y'all! Day 69 Update (3/21): First time the grow has A burnt tips across the board. I read this is common during weeks 4-5 of flower, but I also know it can get out of hand real quick. I'll be measuring the runoff over next feeding and determine what the best course of action is. I believe for High Frequency Fertigation in Coco, you have to be careful how you dilute your substrate, and I also think you need to always include some type of Cal Mag in your water, even if just topping off reservoir. Going to be tricky as I enter into Week 5 where I'm supposed to add @House & Garden's Top Booster to my feeding line for a week. However, it's only one week, and after that, H&Gs line goes down considerably ( Pic in Gallery ) Question: Do I keep the nutrient line the same and increase fertigation, or do I dial down the nutrient strength? 3/24/21 Update: That does it for Week 4. Definite signs of nutrient burn with the tips and even some brown coloring leaves. I also don't think the buds are growing as fast as I see others by Week 4 and that's with four weeks of Big Bud and one week of Bud XL. I finally waved the white flag and topped off the reservoir with 2 gallons of fresh water and 2 ml of Cal Mag. Brought my intake down from 2.02 to 1.47 Brought my drainage down from 2.99 to 2.23. Debating on whether to give it one more diluted feed or make a fresh batch for week 5 where I'm supposed to add in Top Booster...Going to be a rough week trying to maintain any significant shock or stress to the plants with the nutrient changes/dilution. 29/10 - Full Res Change after a 6 hour flush with plain ph water. Tapering off the nutes as shes drastically slowed her water uptake. Took a test bud yesterday and vaped it wet. Tasted as expected, but has a smiley, relaxing effect to it. Think she should be good to come down shortly. 31/10 - Water uptake seems to have picked up a bit again. EC rising slowly, PH still plummeting daily. Looking pretty cloudy with a few starting to amber. Hoping to have her down in a week or so. 01/11 - PH still plumetting, PH stablized. Better microscope coming tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I'm seeing amber tips when eyeballing through a lens, but theyre not coming across on the phone. Hoping the new scope gives me a better view. 04/11 - Test nug taken and vaped. Shes got a very giggly but relaxing high which tails off into sedation. Very nice. Chopping tomorrow after a 12h dark period, and 16h plain ph'd water flush.

Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! Might have waited too long but hopefully the transplant and LST stress might slow the plant down since i think it's already flipping to flower like the Red Poison & Purple Lemonade in my other diaries 😱 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 The Dark Devil Auto is otherwise healthy and starting show hints of colour in the stems 😈 I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. It already has a solid skunky/hash plant smell on the fingers after adjusting them and it looks like it might actually be a tripod mute with three flower sites per node. Hopefully I can stretch it out and take advantage of the extra bud potential 🙏 I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. Some of it shown in the pictures. week 8 was another growful week no issues to report.. No matter what I do to this thing she just continues to thrive.. i was worried some of the aggressive defoliation I was doing would stress her out but she has showed no signs even after the training accident she didn't slow her growth down a bit

Her pistols are starting to turn and the smell is delicious 😍 I think it'll be only another week or 2 until she's ready to harvest; it's been a fun learning experience for my 1st grow; very happy with my results so far 🌱
