A cinch to grow and really had no problems at all. It’s my first time trying anything from Mephisto Genetics and I’m very impressed. Gave nothing but filtered water after applying the 5 tbsp of grow dots at the beginning of veg. Went into flower pretty early but still grew to a nice size with a beautiful cola and had some great trichome production. Would definitely run it again!

Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. So with much pride and thankfulness for the presents the Universe bestowed on us, in the form of MarsHydroLEDS offer and the bountiful harvest of the last grow, (which I am thoroughly enjoying btw, such a great weed to have grown ourselves) we start out on a new adventure that we can't wait to share with you. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. I'm very careful with who I endorse and support these days, but a company with that many wins in design, I'm talking ever since their first range came out in 2009 these guys have been raising the bar for the whole industry, I did not hesitate to support this leading brand. If you want to compete with these guys, you better bring some quality AND affordable pricing. Why do I endorse the SP-3000 without ANY hesitation? It is seriously THE BEST light on the market in this price range and size group. It has an enormously effective output in U/Mol and with 30% less energy waste comparing to older LED lights. Prove me wrong! And with a company holding a considerable market share selling thousands of units every month, competing on price and quality, one would think that customer service would suffer. Of course, also Mars Hydro is not perfect, but check the sheer amount of people that not only praise the light but also the service received, should the light somehow not perform up to par. Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Every time I made three layers, I would mix them by hand. This way we simulate natural soil, which consists of humic layers, composting plant waste, fungal and microbial life, and nutrients from fossilized sources. The Nutrients I will start with just adding 6.4 PH water, although this soil should buffer ph itself and regulate, after 4 weeks, I'll slowly be adding: - Biobizz Grow - Plagron Alga Grow - Biobizz CalMag - Biobizz Flower - Plagron Alga Flower - Biobizz Topmax - Melasses The Tea Some of you might remember the permaculture tea from my previous grow, I have a short video in my harvest page showing how we make it), it will star again in this grow. - (Rain)water - Comfrey (whole plants) - Dandelion leaves - Roots and leaves from the earlier grow - Minor periwinkle (Finca minor) is a plant we have in our garden, it contains an alkaloid that is associated with increased brain function but also is a light toxin for wee beasties and other unwanted guests like gnats (who hate it). - When flowering I add some wood ash to this mix Thank you for checking in on one of my grows again! May9 May10 - growth around where I topped is flying - i've raised up the light another bit May11 - 250ml water May12 May13 - 250ml with 0.5ml of biobizz grow, growth was mad there around the 10th, but its a bit slower now May14 - took out all of the bigger leaves, removed some of the smaller leaves along some of the stronger looking lower branches to try to encourage more growth at the end bud site and used some flexible garden wire to do some LST May15 - watched a video about topping... decided to have a go

Week 3 - Pre-Flower Good a little nuteburn I quess, this week only pH'd Water. I think the Nuteburn is because I used Root Juice for a longer time then advertised, so yeah.

17.7 inches/week Usual summer week here in the south, every day above 86 ° F (max 100 ° F). By now the main cola is no longer dominant, my Gorilla is unstoppable , the youngest of the batch is grown almost 2 inches per day by drinking 2 gallons per day of spring water showing only few signs of heat stress. She's in full stretch and had fill every spaces with her thick branches. I fed her half the recommended dose of Biobizz Griw 'cause is too hot and don't want to burn her. I think we are 10 days before flowering. I covered her with a PVC net in order to give her a little shield from the sun and give me more privacy ;-)

Well I’m pretty excited about this being my first auto grow. These things are really doing awesome I’m pretty impressed I don’t have any experience with them but I feel like they’re all pretty big for their size all of them are really starting to stack up bud. One of the jacks seems to be a few days behind the others in the flowering process. The jacks are both a lot Bashir and flatter the bubblegum and OG a really stretching out nice I love that shape of plant. Soil pH and everything keeps testing good no big issue so far I think one of the plants may have had some small nutrient lockout last week but I flushed it out good. I’ll update this week again soon or maybe not I don’t know thanks for stopping bye be safe ✌️.

We continue training. Due to the fact that 10th day is failed because i didn't prevent left branch of the 1st pair escape, the trunk gradually twisted in the opposite direction. With the help of tent pegs formed a bush. In the video you can see the general plan and the picture from different angles.

Week 7

Continued watering every 2-3 days with plain rain water. Buds are fat, trichomes look good and are showing some amber. Should only have another week or so left before harvest

Plant 1 has 2 sets of cotyledon leaves. Which is a neat mutation. Anyone else grow stardawg and seen this? I really tried getting the temperature up a little more this week. Worked a little too well and things coulda went south quick. Thankfully everything’s good. I do not have access to my grow as much as I would like? As I do not have sufficient space in my apartment for my grow, Iam forced to do so in my parents basement. Big shout out to my mom! For watering these girls for me. Ladies and Gentle stoners I present to you, my best tree, when it comes to presentation, when it comes to bud size, plant size and scent, she was my tallest but she slow down when she started flowering, now that she is showing signs of reveg, I thing she wants to add more flavour and hopefully potency. Though she has skinny brunches surprisingly the can support the weight of the bud, though I suspect it is due to, her been in a green house, so the airflow is plant friendly 24/7 unlike outdoor, the wind is unpredictable would of made life impossible for her in her current state, but if she was an outdoor girl she would of had thicker bulkier brunches.

Fixed all my calmag issues from last week thanx to your help. Turned out the plants where underfed with only 400ml water per feeding, so i increased the water and nutrient levels and included calmag. Smangies Bloomboss is a custom nutrient i have created for my autoflower. The plants seem to love the nutrients and i have been achieving some nice dense bud growth using this formula. Would you recommend organic autoflower nutrients?

Kush Titanium - [ ] 1st week Veg: germinated in substrate lighting very close so it jets medium high humidity after the 3rd day they started sprouting - [ ] 2nd week Veg: this week my ventilator broke down and as the temperature stayed very warm nothing developed much - [ ] 3rd week Veg:fortunately this week i had fixed the ventilation and the temperature has go down a bit allowing the little plants to develop and reinforce - [ ] 4th week:very good developments in this week I already started feeding a bit two times but i didn’t have to…once was enough - [ ] 5th week Veg:this week they were very strong green i only had to water them good and keep the ventilators going no stop .They have good hight already ,but as i have to strains together.
