We're in the second week of flowering, and the stretching period has begun. This cut in flowering phase is growing very quickly and can triple in height in about three weeks with the right nutrients. For now, my strategy continues as in the first week: I'll only give them water enriched with microorganisms and let them grow without any stress.

Die ladies wachsen wirklich gut und waren so buschig, dass ich heute schon ein kleines lollipopping machen musste ✂️🥦. Geruch kann man auch schin wahr nehmen. Bis auf beschneiden und lollipopping werden die Damen aber nicht trainiert 😋

Managed to sex out the males this week, especially since the girls were putting out some pre-flower pistils. Moved others around a little using my potato fork and now everyone is in a much better spacing. Bummer that 2 out of 3 were males, but that's ok! The ladies that are left will have more room to stretch. I gave them a little Big Bloom and some molasses.

Let’s Go day 29!! This week went real nice ! Girls are staying very healthy and building up nicely and even started showing signs of female sex which is super great ! We started doing a little bit of leaf tuck training method on em , nothing to big as like I said I want these girls just to do there thang an grow more on naturally side! My Air temp and Humidity have been on point all week, staying from 70-75 degrees throughout the day and humidity staying around 58-61% humidity , my girls are loving that summer an 75 feeling !! Can’t wait to see what we do this week ! Hopefully you all enjoy, and are ready for another great productive week ! So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

This is a very special strain that was created especially for me by Nate at The Bakery Genetics. These genetics are: Neytiri (Blue Dream x Purple Haze) X Skywalker OG (Skywalker x OG Kush) This will be my first ever soil grow (eek). I will be growing indoors in a 2x4x8 Gorilla Grow Tent using using M3 Michigan Made Mix in Rain Science Grow Bags under California Lightworks 550 Solar System LED Lights. 5 regular seeds were soaked in water for 24 hours, and then placed in Rapid Rooters. Rapid Rooter plugs were placed in a seedling tray upon a heating pad and towel and put in darkness for 30 hours. 4/5 had sprouted in that time, pushing their little seed shells to the surface. 1/10/2020 - DAY 1 - 4/5 are thriving 48 hours later. Checked on the 5th seed and it never cracked so I'm moving forward with these 4 and hoping to get at least one female! 🙏🙏🙏 I surrounded the seedlings with clay pellets to block out light. Day 2 - Seedlings were transplanted into 16oz solo cups filled with M3 Michigan Made Mix. I cut slits in the bottom of the cup for drainage and have each one resting in a 12oz cup underneath to collect run off. I watered them very slowly until I had some drops of run off. I hate not being able to see their roots. 😭 #hydrogrowerproblems Current Light Settings - R39 W49 B99 Day 5 - Gave them some 6.5 pH water slowly until I had some runoff drops. These plants are looking fat and happy!!! 😍 Day 7 - Had my first learning experience, as I found some roots coming out of the bottom of my solo cup. I wasn't sure what to do or why it happened so I did some internetting and realized that my roots were seeking the moisture at the bottom of their runoff collecting cup. I had neglected to empty the runoff from one of the solo cups (not much at all mind you) and it was enough to attract the roots. I removed the cups from all 4 and will let the air-pruning commence! - air-pruning being another thing I learned about today! I'm really enjoying getting to experience the "new grower" feeling all over again. It's pretty cool. 😎 Slowly increasing Red and White light on my LEDs to gradually move seedlings into full Veg settings. 💜

Very well growth and very fast very strong Indica great taste around 11 oz yield four and a half months total good cannabinoids drying was a lot longer than normal

Week 4 is underway and these girls are thriving despite the humidity being so stubbornly fluctuating de humidifier cannot keep up. Managing to keep it below 60% mostly and keeping airflow strong. Papaya frosting is going to be very frosty and I suspect Chunky colas for this 1. Suppose to be 9 weeks strains but I feel a few Phenos may take the extra week to fully mature 😌💚✨

Day 54 of week 8 flowering This week I have continued to flush and I am a bit surprised that the plants are still not showing their amber warning light! This means I started to flush to early as I was expecting the clones to be harvested around now, This info will really help me planning the next crop of clones. I also defoliated the canopy to allow for the smaller buds to ripen. Happy growing, Skully.

Week 11 for Moby Dick by fastbuds She's also starting to fill out quite nicely wayyyy too leafy for my liking. Also caught a little caterpillar munching on a bud today glad i found her before she gives me bud rot 😂 Quite surprising how little water these girls drink... still only got fed once this week with a bit of (WCA) Water Soluble Calcium & (FFJ) Fermented fruit juice for its last few weeks of life now. Got a few yellow leaves after feeding the WCA wonder if its related...

Grow diary 11 stage 5 Days 41-50 During the week she had some training and I removed the damaged leaves. The whole grow has suffered from me not getting the watering schedule sorted. She has been flowering for about a week now. She is fairly short, and I hope I haven't messed this one up to much.
