8/19. I notice some fading on the older leaves. Looking back at what I been feeding. Looks like I been getting ready for bud, but she hasn't. So tomorrow I'm giving her a solid nitrogen feed. She is growing like crazy. Only makes sense 8/20 Gave her a solid feeding of N. Foxfarm Grow Big. 30 mls in 2 gallons of water. She is getting to be voluptuous, so hopefully I made the right move. 8/22 gallon and a half of tea. This time cow poop and worm castings. She is showing definite signs of flowers. Next watering I'm going to feed her nuits for flowering. Few days ago she was fed a good amount of Foxfarm Grow Big. She is a good size plant, so I'm sure I can get away with another feeding. Just going to make sure there is not a lot of nitrogen. She is forming her colas. Think I'm just starting to see how big she really is. 8/24 and have not had to water for 2 days. Rain and not that hot, however the heat is back. So she is going to be thirsty.

On day 1 I adjusted the PH of the rez up to 6.2. I increased average ppfd to 972, with the highest ppfd on a top at 1500 ppfd lets see how she reacts and if she likes the intensity I will keep it steady till the end if not back to lower ppfd again. On day 6 I changed out the rez and ph to 6.2. Buds are growing and putting on weight very compact buds.

WEEK 11 - (05/09/2021 - 05/15/2021) Week 3, Day 17 - FLOWER: 05/11/2021 Doing 2 gallons of water per 5 gallon pot this watering due to lack of runoff in weeks prior. I’m thinking I could be letting the pots dry out a little too long in between so the 1.5 gallons hasn’t been enough for each watering. When I stick my finger into the medium 2 or 3 days after watering it still seems like the soil has plenty of moisture so I wait another day or two. I know fabric pots are supposed to dry out usually in 2-3 days, but the soil still seems too moist, and I don’t want to overwater. It seems like ever since transplanting into 5 gallons and switching them to a 12/12 light cycle, watering got more complicated. Maybe I am overthinking the whole process. I just don’t want to risk ruining my crop, you know? Tap water: 223ppm, 8.6 pH, 70℉ (9 gallons total) + HydroGuard: 9ml/9 gallons + pH Down: 30ml/9 gallons Mixture: 267ppm, 6.0 pH, 70.4℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1330ppm/1063ppm, 6.3 pH AP#1 - 1310ppm/1043ppm, 6.3 pH AP#2 - 1160ppm/893ppm, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 1350ppm/1083ppm, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 20 - FLOWER: 05/14/2021 Watered a day earlier than I usually do, with .5 gallons less water per plant. So each plant got a total of 1 gallon of water for their 5 gallon pots. This is really just to take the question out of the back of my mind: Am I letting the pots dry out too much going four days until the next watering? I will check on the plants shortly after they wake up tomorrow to observe their reaction to the watering. None of the plants produced really any runoff, which was boggling to me, because when I water there is usually anywhere between 10-20%, and that’s after watering on the fourth day. Needless to say, I was unable to take readings this time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 21 - FLOWER: 05/15/2021 5:30 p.m. - Decided to check on the plants since I watered a day earlier (yesterday) than I have been since transplanting into the 5 gallon fabric pots. This was kind of an experiment to see how the plants would react to watering on the third day rather than the fourth, because I keep doubting myself. Anyway, when I checked in on the plants, a few leaves looked ever so slightly droopy. Not terrible. It appears that some of the leaves had begun to swell up a little as well. Not 100% sure if these are actually early signs of being overwatered this time, or if it’s something I have simply overlooked until now. Just to be sure, I’m going to water once more on the third day to see how the plants respond. The plants seem to be doing well this week. I've finally installed another ScroG net on the second level to help maintain the canopy. Since I cut the first layer of net the plants quickly started to get out of control and began to grow unevenly across the canopy. The trichomes are starting to appear on all of the plants, with the exception of the American Pie #1. This pheno is a little behind. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with how differently this plant was trained compared to her sisters (The manifold/mainline technique was applied). Possibly could have even defoliated her a little too heavy and she's taking a few extra days to bounce back. She's still producing early buds though, which is good. 👌 That just about wraps up this week. Things just keep getting more and more exciting with each journal entry. All the girls should have about 5-7 weeks left in flower before they are ripe for harvest. Hoping to have another tent and light setup by the end of flower so I can get some more seeds started. This week saw the most explosive growth I have ever seen growing cannabis. I’m astonished at how fast and robust these ladies are. My BPP it seems like I have to LST new shoots daily and if I don’t defoliate it would be a blanket and there are to many bud sites to let go to waste.

She is really blowing up! I'm looking forward to having some chery coca-cola sized colas haaha. I will be sure to include a bottle of cherry cola as she gets closer to finishing! Shes got lots of energy still and is very green despite bieng a few weeks into flower! The overall size of the colas and plant itself already exceeded my overall expectation. I highly reccomend this based on the simplicity. She takes a heavy feed well and I havent sadly been able to take the best of care for her as I would of liked to. She is still stretching as far as I know as well. Its pretty impressive to see that in some autos as it's a definitive trait I see in photoperiods. This lady has at least 2 to 3 more weeks I believe. Hooked up my carbon filter today. I'm only using it to scrub the air on a timer. Decided to poke a few holes in the ducting to help move scrubbed air around my plant. Added the other fan back in to keep air circulating. Since I don't have fresh air coming in I plan on using a supplement for co2. What are you guys using? It's only a small 2×2×6 tent with one plant and running a 150w HP's light.

2018-04-03 Week 14 Day 1 Not much to say, there isn't much drama going on in growroom 2, the only things I do is giving them water and nutes 2 - 3 times/week and making sure that the lamp don't burn the girls. I gave them 4 liters today, and since they live in smartpots I can see when the pot gets wet when watering the girls, but you could hardly notice that. They are getting thirsty 😛 The flowers are developing very good, they look really healthy and their colors are fine. Power Plant XL nr 1 is 67 cm Power Plant XL nr 2 is 66 cm 2018-04-04 Raised the lamp to it’s highest level and turned all girls 1/4 turn, it’s really hard to get in to the ladies in the back, I need to push the girls up against the walls on each side and crawl on the floor to be able to turn them and give them water/nutes. Day 15 - She is still wanting light but gonna leave it at 11" cause she is taking off like a rocket. Sorry for the crappy pic. Day 16 - She is growing, little worried the stem is not going to hold her up for long she is growing so fast, kinda worried there. Gave a bit of silica/calmag (maybe 1 oz at the ratio in my diary) then about 4oz of water.. Day 17 - She is blowing up! Hard to see in pics but she is getting bigger! I was worried the purple light is what threw my DFL into flower if that was closest to that LED . I tried to quarantine her 600w more purple Light off of my DLF.... Day 18 - Still looking good, gave about 2 oz of calmag/silicia solution and spritzed with water Day 19 - Was a little dry so watered and spritzed leaves with water. Growth underneath is picking up. She is still growing so I am happy. Trying to keep Air temp up above 75F Day 20 - It is getting thicker and bigger. Not growing much taller but getting bushier it seems. Spritzed leaves with water. Day 21 - Undergrowth seems to be growing, not getting much taller but is getting a bit thicker... Spritzed leaves with water.

Week 8 Veg 08.20.23 - 08.26.23 Twice a week watering added nutes, supercropped 4 longest stalks and very lightly defoliate at the end of the week. She flexin! Recovering nicely and looking fuller already.

June 15: looks really good and will do second round of topping tomorrow. The last 30 days have been cooler than the historic average, and last year was way above average. So, she’s doing great despite cool weather. June 16: adjusted tie downs and watered with soluble seaweed extract. June 17: second round of topping to make 8 colas done this morning. Will do another round in a week or two to get the final 16 cola layout I want. June 20: released tie downs this morning. Looks really good on the last day of spring. Solstice and the photoperiods are right on schedule, unlike my two autos. Made second compost tea as shown in video. Key things are blackstrap molasses (sugar and trace metals), good compost, and I use coco coir for something for the bacteria to physically live on (substrate or matrix). #seedsman420growoff #seedsmanseeds

Did a bit more LST but the branches are very woody so won't bend much. Steady as she goes.

Lookin good, no more herms so far as I’ve tightened things up hopefully that’s the last of them for good. I installed a 4Inch AC infinity fan and filter as an intake so I have been able to close all of the vents. At this point the leaf strip has proven to be a solid method, I have nothing to compare bud size at this point but just the extra space it opened up is a plus. I’m sure the lowers will be a little more firm and the plants obviously haven’t had to be fed as often as usual so its saving time, water and nutrients. The added microbes have also allowed me to keep my ppm around 1000 instead of 1080ish without any sign of deficiencies. The Mandarin cookies x Dionysus has a little cal-mag issue but that was a trait from the mother which out of 10+ grows all had a cal-mag deficency.
