La tierra utilizada es al mix top crop, por cambiar. De 3 ejemplares seleccioné los 2 mejores para completar el indoor y trasplanté directamente a macetas de 7 litros, cambien el fotoperiodo a 12/12 y aplique una buena poda de ramas bajas, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color y progresan a muy buen ritmo por el momento, están cogiendo ya una tricomada seria. Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been a couple changes this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plant. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more light penetration. Then finally switched to 12/12.. Just 36 hours after the defoliation she looked fuller than before. Leaves pointing up and out. By how she's doing I'm sure she'll stretch a good bit these next few weeks. Great reaction to the defoliation. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how she flowers. Stay safe!

Been a week now since the topping. Will let them recover for another week and then will do the second topping. #2 catched up with #1 and even seems to be surpassing #1 in growth. (Can be related to removing some roots of #1 last week) D29: Switched the nutrients for plain water with lowered PH to flush since the leafs are curling down which could be due too much nitrogen. Beginning of week.. So I went ahead and did a late defoliation.. humidity is sitting too high in the tent.. its been around 50 - 55 % RH but it does sometimes get up to 60% RH.. removing some of these leaves should help lower the RH AND lower the chances of getting mold.. these are gonna be some fat colas.. and those are the ones mold can creep up on.. doing my best.. dehumidifier just cant keep up.. but I also dont run it inside the tent due to the heat that thing and it's transformer give off when it runs for over 24 hours or so.. but she shouldn't mold.. I've got 3 fans inside just moving air.. but of course, sometimes that isn't enough.. but we will see how this goes.. may even add another fan.. keep it on the floor of the tent an point it up.. we shall see! But damn she smells so amazing.. i can smell alot of similarities from the Mandarin Cookies in here.. which also has Mandarin Sunset as a mother.. just as this one does.. but you can smell the skunk along with it.. but not as powerful as the citrus.. aw man the citrus.. love that shit.. I even chewed on a trichome covered fan leaf.. very delicious! So glad I have 9 more of this strain and a few others from ETHOS.. next run may be some Aura Genetix.. I've gotta see what fast versions are all about.. I bougt some of the Peach Bellini.. should be pretty epic.. keep an eye out for that diary after this one! Mid week.. Lower branches are getting plenty of light after the defoliation. The smell is getting intense. My carbon filter has began to smell like shit lol. Not literally.. but it stinks.. maybe like rotten skunk or something.. I've ordered a new one but I took that smelly one off for now.. so the whole block smells like member berries right now till the new filter comes in.. tomorrow. I couldn't figure out what the smell was untill i accidentally got my face into the exhaust fan wind.. smelled like rotten skunky shit.. lol. I guess I forgot things need to be changed out every so often.. just figured "air" running thru it wouldn't make it crap out so fast. Been maybe 8 - 12 months.. something like that. Never used one before this.. but running some ETHOS, it is a must! So citrusy! Purples are slowly coming in. She really reminds me of the Mandarin Cookies I grew.. but I also think the Mandarin Cookies was heavier on the Mandarin Sunset phenotype side.. and this one is pretty similar. Scent, growth, stretch.. but I know I cant say for sure that's what it is.. this is just what I believe is going on. But wow.. such a beautiful plant.. I've had to run a a few twist ties to other branches in order to keep them from flopping over, leaning on eachother and the sides of the tent.. should have scrogged I guess lol.. live and learn tho.. but so far its not too bad.. but this early on shows me what I might have to be dealing with in the next couple of weeks cuz they are beginning to get STACKED! I've said it before, and I'll say it again... ETHOS for the win 🏆 Later that day... Wow.. going back in again and now she smells just like the Early Lemon Berry! Wth! How is that even possible?! She is doing amazing things! Some calyxes are beginning to turn purple. Some of the top leaves are as well. Tried to get some decent pics of it.. but I guess I cant figure the new phone out.. as you can see, some pics are a little blurry. And sometims the capture is delayed behind the flash and I still get a dark pic as if it didnt even flash.. but whatever.. I can't wait to see what she has to offer! Such a gorgeous girlie! So happy and excited for this one! End of week.. Nothing left to do now but feed/water for about 1 more week and she will be ready for the 2 week flush!.. I normally like to just water as normal (without nutes, duh) for the entire 2 weeks and still keep checking runoff.. maybe FloraKleen once a week and then just water till harvest! So far, I am starting to see some milky! Still mostly clear, but that means she is getting closer! So excited! This girl really smells just like the Early Lemon Berry I grew! But still with a bit of sweetness to it too! Aw man I can't wait! Anyways... on to the next week!...

Shortly after they were switched to flowering (after week 3) the plants continue to stretch and then start to develop their first flowers. Now in week 7 all plants have very nice flower clusters all over the plant and side branches. They have grown to 45 cm (=Shiva Skunk on left side) and 40 cm (Serious Kush on right side of aisle) in height respectively and all plants have a nice dark green color, which shows they are healthy and also that the Advanced Nutrients schedule works like a treat. The Q6W-Gen.2 LED-Lamps are now dimmed to 100% (=three green LEDs on the dimmer) and work on FULL POWER, which ensures full fledged flower production. Both varieties have now started to exude their typical aroma. The Shiva Skunk starts to smell musky and sweet, while the Serious Kush smells 'gassy' and 'fuely' like its OG-Kush heritage. The flower clusters on the Serious Kush appear to grow denser than the clusters on the Shiva Skunk.

The cold weather and rain in the first two weeks definitely held these back. We had upper 70's F starting day 3.These girls are loving the warmer days and nights and have sped up their growth. More rain day day 4 then intermittently through the night and into morning of day 5. Day 6 we saw cooler temps and more intermittent rain in the evening and through the night. Day 7 temps stayed cooler and we had thunderstorms theater night. I added Diamond Brand Ferrous Sulfate at the above listed rate of 2.5 ml/gallon of soil in day 6. I distributed these granules evenly across the top of the soil. Using 7.6 pH well water creates challenges in keeping iron and phosphorus available to the plants. Adding this amendment acidifies the soil and provides a readily available and lasting iron supplement during veg.

The pound cake auto is really taking off. I’m happy I didn’t top the plant and just let it do its thing. It’s gonna have big long bugs all over the whole plant is just gonna be nugs. Not sure what I did with this plant but I got the roots perfect this time and it’s showing it the growth of the plant

Don't pay attention to the small pots. I'm gonna do another diarie for them because they are in another week. Now the regulation of humidity is great, i think that the plants do their own job regulating the humidity. I'm in love with the @TodoGrowLed led, so easy to install. Here we are in summer and the temperatures dont exceed 27-28 C° inside. I put some ice pack inside the indoor and the temperatures were between 20-26 :) In this week im gonna use neem oil with potassium soap, just for prevention. Im newy, don't judge me jaja i don't know if the distance between the knots it's ok (also, i don't know if that is the right word in english jaja)

Brooklyn Sunrise was not difficult to grow, she has a nice indica shape structure, with short internode. She has a lot of sidebranch and all produced big nugs. The second note was very dominant and gave 2 enormes side buds. I performed a HST to create a more even cannopy and a bigger main cola because of a bigger nut transport line.. EC levels never raised EC 1.4 and i had never a problem with feeding her. I harvest this plant at day 77. This plant had a wonderfull sour diesel smell, buds are covered with crystals and are sticky as hell. Ok so I'm going too only feed pH water from here on out too force the plants too use up all that's in the soil , I am hoping I can carry them on now for the next 2 weeks like this before they are ripe ,

so my first clones are in veg for now 2 weeks. soon i will put them in 12/12. Im still checking out what genetics works best for me, for my SOG grow.. will see how they develop and make a selection after flowering. lets see whats happening...
