Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. KL 08.00. The girls woke up after their beauty sleep, the leaves are always a bit down after 6 h of darkness, but they will stretch now when the HPS lamp starts. Everything looks good and I keep trying to tuck the leaves so they get the maximum amount of light where needed. Added pics and video. The Nr 3 girl is still a little bit behind the other 2 girls and all the 3 girls look like there 3 different pheno of the same plant. KL 23.30. I have never tested PH in my grows, when growing organic in soil iv learned that it adapt PH by it self. But im curious by nature so i had to test. Kl 10.00 Tested PH in the soil, it was 6.9 and tested my tap water and it was 6.8. Added a video of the girls, its 10 H after defoliation, LST and leaftucking. I think its looking good. Kl 22.30. Day 15 plants are doing great 👍 still having problems with fouth seed second seed didn't germinate so here I go with number 3 seed for Yumboldt auto... Day 17 diffently great white is growing fast The Acapulco gold is still small really slow growth and Northern lights is average growth. filled resivors with ro water no nutrients yet.... Day 18 plants doing great took a Blueberry auto seed and germination has started. This is for the fourth plant for this room..none of the Yumboldt auto seeds germinated. All three of them Duds. Day 19 plants seem to be growing a little faster filled resivors with plane ro. Day 20 plants are starting to grow and are looking fine. Day 21 three weeks in and I'm thinking about adding nutrients to resivor by day 25 because great white shark is looking like roots maybe already down in resivor this thing is growing faster then the others.

Nos vamos acercando a la recta final de los últimos 10 días. Espectacular la cantidad de resina y los cogollos los grandes que se han quedado en esta última semana el olor se a vuelto muy marcado! Poco a poco se va definiendo más los matices terrosos y inciensados por encima del toque a lima 🍋‍? Hemos estado reduciendo la comida y la planta anda tirando de las reservas de las hojas se ve que aún está a tope comiendo.. por eso no le quite toda la comida de golpe no quiero que llegue tan justa al ultimo día. Hoy estamos a día 62 de floración.

This week was pretty stable with no major changes. The plants have stopped growing in height and they're developing more and more buds and trichomes. I only have one issue about leaves yellowing maybe there's a low humidity ratio, but I'm not sure because I do not have a measurer for that. Apart from that, I set the fan ventilator to maximum speed to increase stalks' width. I'm really curious how is gonna be in the next weeks the sight when you open the grow box and see (hopefully) bigger and healthier buds :)

Time To Scrog :)

So, she is more than 10 weeks old now, so according to Fast Buds, she should be ready by now. But I already realized, looking through other diaries here, that the time the plant takes depends on the conditions. From how the buds look, I would still give her almost two weeks. Let's see. In general, I guess, it shows that our light is not ideal for bloom, because definitely buds are not fattening up as they could. Unfortunately I noticed some dry and curled up smaller leaves, I will add a grow question about those.

Still going well. Drained and refilled both tanks at the beginning of the week. Usually add PK week 5 flower but they didn’t quite look ready. Starting to smell nice in there now too.

I ended up with a bit of a situation in my tent so I'm improvising a little bit. My other plant that was planted along side this one didn't make it so now I am going to get another one in there and get it ready for flower as well - it is going to take a little longer though to get that plant going and even then I won't be mainlining that one like I was planning to. Either way, this plant needed to be slowed down a little bit so I went ahead and stripped everything off of her other than topping and of course I left the branches that will become the foundation for the mainline. She's super healthy and was growing incredibly well before I chopped her up - I'm confident that she'll make a full recovery and also that it'll slow down a bit so I can get another plant going!

The first week has passed. Roots are starting to show on the bottem of the basket and the growth spurt can start!

Buenas Jardineros!! Os traigo una nueva variedad NOVARINE, con THCV que elimina la sensación de hambre que nos produce el THC. Germinaron en apenas 3 días y el crecimento está siendo lo esperado. Solamente he puesto un poco de Alfa boost, un estimulador de raíces, para que esta primera semana crezcan bien fuertes. Uso el sustrato de Atami y el coco también. Para la semana más. On flush regime, water only, no nutrients, only a soil cleaning solution. Still has some clear trichomes, a few milky and no browns. Guess it has to flower 1 or 2 weeks more. Full history of the setup on week 1.

In love with all of my 5 plants of black cherry punch but this one is one of the most beautiful ones, 100% purple flowers, very dense and awesome fruity sweet smell love it!

Dropped two seeds into shot glass of water, and let them soak for two days. Once the seeds cracked open they went into living soil. I prepped one gallon fabric pots of Gaia greens living soil(recycled), all purpose(1tbs), and power bloom(1tbs). Watered the pots the day before the seeds went into soil to acclimate the soil to the tent's conditions.

This plant has been going strong for sometime now. I’m starting this grow diary so soon because I need to keep track of how much longer I have until it’s ready for harvest. I already forgot what day I switched to bloom lol. But I’ll be posting weekly. With better pictures.

Great week decided to give big bloom and grow big fox farm. They LOVED IT! I cut dosage in half for half gal watering can. We just bought a clone also gorilla glue Update my husband decided to defoliate it some. Will post pictures tom after feeding

Often, marijuana growers who have their plants in indoor grow tents or rooms with artificial lighting, take into account parameters such as temperature and relative humidity to maximize plants growth and bloom, thus obtaining abundant harvest with top quality flowers. As we will see later, these factors affect different processes of the plant, such as transpiration or nutrient uptake. However, we usually forget about another important factor that is related to the aforementioned ones: vapor pressure deficit or VPD. Broadly speaking, VPD is the difference between the amount of water vapor that the atmosphere is able to retain (which depends on temperature) and the amount of water vapor contained in it (relative humidity). It is usually measured in kilopascals (kPa). Providing our plants with a correct relationship between temperature and relative moisture will keep us on the right VPD parameters, increasing the plant’s activity and thus improving its growth and showing its full potential during the flowering phase. The ideal would be to adjust both parameters (temperature and humidity) to get the best possible VPD value, so that the development of plants will be amazing.In the chart above you can see the right temperature and moisture values to maximize the development of cannabis plants. The green zone shows you optimal values of VPD, in which it would be ideal to maintain the environment. The orange zone shows correct values, in which plants should not have problems to develop normally. However, red areas show values in which your plants will be very far from hit their full potential, since the relation between temperature and moisture is not optimal. With relatively high values of VPD (between 5 and 12) plants tend to open their stomata and release a considerable amount of water vapor into the environment (increasing their transpiration). This increase in transpiration results in an increase in the plant’s photosynthetic activity, which will need more nutrients and will improve its overall growth, both during growth and bloom. The best range is between 7.5 and 10.5, which we have marked in green. However, we must be careful that VPD is not too high (dark red zone) since the plant would close its stomata to avoid releasing too much water vapor to the environment, which would result in fast dehydration due to excessive transpiration. On the other hand, if VPD is too low (light red zone), the plant will also close its stomata for not releasing more water into the atmosphere, which in this case would be already saturated (it would have reached the maximum water retention capacity in a specific temperature). In this way, reducing transpiration will also reduce photosynthesis, which has a direct impact on the plant’s development and yield.
