Fractal was harvested on Sept 12. Due to extended period of high temperatures and humidity with more rain expected every day following another hurricane. The other gals were showing disease. That was the determining factor to chop all outside girls down. Fractal hung in the dark for 2 days. Because her grow family experienced bud rot and wilt, she was examined carefully for any disease. She was disease free. Fractal had a long vegetative phase. Probably too long since I started my outside grow in April so they would be hardened off before I went on vacay in May. Three months of veg caused massive vegetative growth. The various breeder notes on photo period seeds indicate late September or October harvest. So that was in the back of my mind during this grow. 👉 Note for next year start seeds later in spring. 👉 Plan start date based on counting back from the vernal equinox. 👉 Based on such a long growing season, Autos may be preferable to finish quickly and not have extended vegetation phase before flower. Clones didnt like the strong light at first and needed some days to get used to it. Some even showed small signs of sunburn. Automatics seemed to be doing fine as they were grown from seed. Clones were put into small pots to encourage growing strong roots first.

DAY 27, most of the plants are flowering, LST works so well. I'm worried because some of them seems to have advance, I don't think the buds should be that big for their age, maybe the heat stress made them flowering faster ? Moreover, some plants have their lower leaves turning yellow, I don't know what it is, give them nutrients once every 2 watering and I'm being very light with the amount of nutrients. Ordered 2 cooltubes, one for each light, it will help to cool down the room, gotta pick them up at the store and use them today. DAY 33, I followed your advices guys and added a bit of each nutrients for their deficiencies, don't know exactly if it was Ca, Mg or N deficiency but I can tell how better they are ! Water pH between 6,2 and 6,5 with 3acid down, hygro 55%. Because of the lower hygro for flowering stage, temp is going higher, I'll try my best to take care of them because another heat wave is coming... Thinking about reducing the light time to 12/12

I've defoliated a little as I go. One of the watermelon candy has a flat stem (Fasciation) I've been trimming the leaves as they are growing in abundance on the affected branches. The black orchid smells so good it's very pungent and captivating, I'm really looking forward to trying it now.

Noticed thst the temperature inside the tent was not dropping as expected. Especially after the colder night temperature ive been seeing. Also the upper canopy has fox tailed. I was on vacation for 2 weeks before noticing this. So hopefully there csn be some recovery on the denseness of the nugs.

Week 6 2/9-15 Pink Rozay Auto in flower. On Thursday, 2/13 I did a major defoliation on Pink Rozay. I removed all large fan leaves and any leaves shading bud sites. Initially, I thought this would be my last defoliation, however I have since heard that, 10 they continue to grow new leaves until day 20 of flower and 2 there must be enough foliage on the plant to photosynthesize energy. Well, I hope I left enough leaves for energy to keep bulking up the buds. She is still stretching and now 18 inches. This should have been an indication Not to defoliate severely. Oh darn I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. The controller is set to flower now. 2/9 & 11 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and a Dill in the back. LST went good the plant is growing ervery day for 1-2 cm I am very happy with the products used.Until now i didnt run in any issue :) Starting to give a little more Water.

At the 5 week point we are still a way off what they should be due to their waiting for me to get them settled but today they look good and better than they have all week. The megacrop is working the magic now and I am getting them into their NFT later today so I expect them to fly.
