📆 Semana 6 La Alien Moonrocks sigue en plena forma: los cogollos se están desarrollando con fuerza y empiezan a coger una estructura redondeada y densa, con una capa de resina que no deja de aumentar. En cuanto a nutrición, sigo con XpertNutrients y esta semana he continuado aplicando Sticky Fingers, que ya está dejando huella: se nota una mayor explosión de tricomas y un incremento claro en la intensidad aromática. La planta está respondiendo muy bien, sin signos de saturación ni estrés. La iluminación de los Adlite sigue siendo clave, permitiendo una distribución homogénea de luz que está ayudando a formar cogollos compactos incluso en zonas medias. Clima controlado: 22-25 °C de temperatura y humedad en torno al 55%, pero con buena circulación de aire para prevenir cualquier problema. Los aromas comienzan a intensificarse, con notas dulces y un fondo terroso que promete una flor final muy sabrosa. Los tricomas están en su mayoría lechosos, sin señales de ámbar aún, así que seguimos en plena fase de engorde. Una genética con presencia, y cada vez más pegajosa. ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪

Day 37 - Into the beginnings of week 6 and nothing much to speak of right now. I did tie down most of her branches again because they were starting to get pretty lengthy and want to try and keep everything as even as possible. Day 38 - All in all looking good and did a little more LST with her but some of the upper leaves are hanging low and think it’s due to the heat. I’m doing what I can to get it as cool as I can but can’t seem to get it below about 82 when lights are on. Temps are supposed to be cooling down around here in a couple days and hopefully she’ll be better but if not, I might change everything to lights off during the day and on at night. If by the end of this week it’s not cooler, I’ll change the schedule up. Day 39 - All seems to be ok, just trying to beat the heat for hopefully, a few more days. She’s still good on water and won’t probably need any for a few more days. Day 40 - Getting a little worried about this girl, she’s definitely not liking the heat and I’m hoping it’s not screwing her but it is finally cooling down and bit so hopefully she’ll perk back up. She’s finally ready for some water tomorrow but I’ll have to look back at my notes and see if she’s ready for nutes or another plain water. Day 41 - Still not looking all that great but gave her 2 gallons of plain pH’d water today so hoping that maybe that’s all she needs to perk her up. Hoping it’s not too late for her.

Mephisto Creme de la chem Earthbox grow using buildasoil medium and amendments. Soaked seeds in water for 18hrs and planted into earthbox. Light hanging at 24" 300 par reading. Keeping humidity between 60/80% Temps running between 75°84°

So had some problems. I took to long to raise my lights and i paid the price i flushed and 6.14 on the runoff so i think my meter is broken im also adding calmag too because from what ive been reading i should have used it sooner. You live and you learn though Some crunchy leaves but not as bad as my other plant The bud sites are doing awesome though still growing and the leaves are gaining more and more thc. She seems like shes still taking water and maturing so im not too worried. If anyone can give any advice to help me fix this it would be greatly appreciated

Well, this is the last week of flushing, then comes the chop. Timber! 🌲. Lol. I am super excited and happy with the results so far. I will update again when I harvest. 😃😎

It has been a week of snap snap snap! let's call it accidental toppings - yes - multiple. The OG Kush seems to be quite fragile compared to other strains I've grown. Continued LST has resulted in me snapping off the end of the main stem and another major branch. Both days within switching the light regime. Now I have to fill up the net using lateral branches. Initiated flowering with an extended dark period (32hrs) prior to switching light regime at the beginning of the week - this practice is supposed to promote a faster initiation of flowering by the plant. Light green spots and other spots noted on big fan leaves, possibly a calcium or other deficiency. Spots are lighter shade, irregular though some are circular. End up turning bronze colour dust. No pests have been spotted during extensive inspections. The problem remains to older leaves only and doesn't seem to be affecting any new growth. I also think I may have some Nitrogen toxicity due to my CalMag solution having a NPK ratio of 6-0-0. Getting some low N solution this week so hopefully that will address any impact on the flowering stage. The plant still seems to be strong, forming strong branches and massive fan leaves. Growth is being tucked under the net to fill it up. Pruned a few stems and leaves from below the canopy which may never see the light of day. Run-off EC still remains below target. Tracking run-off volume/EC/pH at every fertigation event as I manage the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is maintained now to once a day (at lights on) to maintain the target EC. Light period is during the night time to better maintain heat/humidity conditions during light off period (which happens during daytime). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grow setup includes ; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 (gives me great control over the environment) - ventilation fans - aquarium heater for nutrients solution (for winter use only) - small oil heater (for winter use only) - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots (as final pots) and 3.5L general plastic pots (for seedling stage) - Canna Coco substrate mixed with 40% perlite - GHE Flora Trio as base nutrients and various additives - pH and EC/TDS meters - 2x Govee Thermo/Hygro meters (one at canopy, the other at the roots level - these allow for external monitoring and recording) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some strain info from Royal Queen Seeds ; An amazing mix of genetics background - Its true genetics are unknown. Some say OG Kush is a mix of ChemDawg with a Lemon Thai and Pakistani Kush. Others say that it’s just a special cutting of ChemDawg from the early 90s. The most obvious trait of OG Kush is its strong, unique, very dank, slightly citrus aroma, almost like fuel or strong detergent. The flavour of OG Kush is equally as strong and dank, with a long-lasting aftertaste. Strong mental and physical high - OG Kush is an extremely strong cannabis strain, with most experienced smokers listing it as one of their favourites. The effect is as strong physically as it is mentally. Though its effect is like an Sativa, the strain's genetics are mostly Indica. The effect is as strong and complex as the flavour. OG Kush takes around 8 weeks to flower and on average the yield is 500 grams per plant.

Shes actually already pre flowering the bud sites are already purple so I'm super excited to see how dark this one gets. I've seen this variety almost turn black it's so dark purple. Day 36 1/18/22 - Doubled in height last week! raised lights 7 inches above manufacturer recommendation. Gonna try to stretch the ladies a bit this week. I feel I have the watering part down as I water slowly and (now) I feel the bottom of the cloth pots to make sure I got it down all the way. Day 37 - a little more LST as I was late to the party of understanding just how important LST, and other techniques, are to increasing your yield. Once you do LST the first time it becomes completely obvious that this is necessary. Plants now need water at different times so I will no longer be documenting when I water. Also I think I correctly diagnosed a wind burn issue and therefore have raised the offending fan a bit. Day 39 - Noticing a little yellowing on some of the leaf tips and found a little more of what I'm calling wind burn on another plant. I moved one of the fans, set the lights back to 75% intensity, and lowered them back to about 20 inches above tops (Mars says 18 inches). I think the ladies will like this better than 3 Mars TS1000's at full intensity inside a 4x4x66 tent (450W total). Note - I'm struggling a bit with temps in this small room. Hard to keep the tent under 80. Then at night the substrate gets down to 66 along with the room temps. So, during the day, when it gets too warm inside the tent, I open the doors and things are OK again. This is not a long term solution cause I can't be opening and closing it every day. Plus it's winter and the outside temps go into the 20's (F) at night. Run the AC in winter? No way. I can't imagine what I'll have to do when outside temps go into the upper 90's every day. So what is the long term solution you say? I've just about made up my mind to do away with the tents and dedicate the entire room for growing. I see myself growing 12 of the same or similar ladies per grow - one grow at a time and I can only fit these if the tents go. I'm currently figuring out what is involved besides grabbing an AC unit and venting it and the room up into the attic. That is what I'm thinking at the moment. Day 41 - upped my game cause I knew that I could not be accurate using my current ph testing solution. Could only get kinda close maybe sorta. So I picked up a BlueLab PH pen (recommended by the "420 Scene"). Long story short it looks like I've been feeding the ladies something near 7.0. Now I am able to get 6.3 or 6.4 consistently. Maybe I want to be at 6.5. Not sure so I'm going for 6.3 +/- 1 for now. Hoping they like it better! Day 42 - life is good. This was a fun week!

9/8/2024 day 1 of veg. looking happy and healthy. im dealing with fungus gnats from other plants in the tent. i think the peat pellet wrapping is keeping them from damaging the young roots at the moment. im using diatomaceous earth in an attempt to keep them at bay. 9/11 day 4 theyre starting to show small differences. excited to see where these 9/12 so far im noticing one plant that stands out from the rest. she has longer petioles than the rest and seems taller and lankier. its still early on though so hard to say anything yet for

she tolerated the move from indoor to outdoor very well. she likes the sun very much and she shows that she wants to grow. i am very happy with her performance.

2nd week of flushing, no time to yield and dont kind letting it rest a bit more . As expected this royal cheese auto is not giving much, the terp Profile is there but you really gotta smell the bud to get the terp profile. Will upload the yielding too as soon as i get to do it. I apologize upfront for all the photos. It was hard to pick which ones to upload, so I picked a good variety. There is gonna be between 4-6 pounds once dried/cured. These were all super dense and very little larf. This was a higher temp/higher humidity run with lots of co2 and they blew up big. It’s been a minute since I’ve grown a cola or 2 that were bigger than my arm…this time there was dozens of them. Each plant was only topped one time. The temps were usually mid 80’s and humidity in the mid 60’s during flower. This might seem high to some, but learning to apply VPD to a grow should not be trial and error, in other words, this was intentional. It’s not risky either. During the first 6 to 7 weeks of flower it is very important to not let your night time temps to go below 75 degrees. POWDERY MILDEW=LOW TEMPS AND HIGH HUMIDITY. Take one of these away and there will not be any powdery mildew! Do not let your temps go below 75! The last 2 weeks I dropped the humidity to 40% and my night temps to mid 60’s for resin production. A couple of thing one should have to create large buds is a temperature gun(for leaf temp), a par meter and co2. Keep the stomata open and feed lots of co2=huge buds. Learn about VPD and not just a quick google search! When it’s dry and cured I’ll be back for an update on weight, taste and effects. Currently the plants are drying in the room at 60 degrees and 60% humidity until I can get in there to trim them. Might be 2-3 weeks. Thanks again for all the likes and comments!

Watermelon Autoflower is growing good under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 in the Gen1:11 nutrition. She is doing a lot of stretching. I lollipopped the plant and defoliated her some. She also got a solution change a few days ago. Everything is looking good.
