So this experiment is going terribly! LOL This ulitmately taught me a few important things about this sytle of growing. 1.) My Frequency was way to high in the beginning. When i start over next, i will be going for 1 hr -> Spray for 1 min -> Wait 1hr (Repeat) 2.) Never reuse hydroton or CC. It ends up having left over material and nutes in it, which not matter how much you wash just make the soil a land mine of nutrients etc. 3.) Do no use rockwool cubes inside the medium, they hold onto water for too long leading to rot. 4.) Fill the buckets up right until about 2cm short of the nozzles that spay. Otherwise you lose too much water and nutrients to the misting, which spreads your nutes all over the enviroment. Ultimately, even though this is a living disaster, I have learnt valuable lessons, and who knows, some of them still might produce smokable flower!

Week 12 complete and she's starting to fatten up a tad more. Pistils are going brown but she kicks up new white ones every morning. 80-90% clear tricomes still and as I hoped she looks like she's got another week or two to go. Slight clawing of the leaves and some brown spots but they're very few of them. I've raised the LED a couple of inches just in case of light burn. Or it may be she still has a lot of food in the coco as after checking the runoff of tds it was around 1000ppm but as it's living soil she should just take what she needs and stop when she's had enough. And I'm still just feeding her water as I'm 'flushing' her. The Symphylans are still doing their job well from the looks of her!! After researching Symphylans, they are microscopic centipede like insects that are white and they mainly eat seedling roots or decaying organic matter..so they're essentially cleaning the medium..and they stay under the soil away from the light. They can makes holes in roots for pathogens to enter her..but as she's doing so well and as it's only a week or two away from harvest I'm not going to worry about it. The CBD has now fully recovered from her water logging adventure. The new leafs look very healthy and no signs of stress from the topping. I have to fix the ScrOG rack as the heat in the greenhouse caused the 3D printer clips (that hold the stand in place) to expand and loosen. Probably some binding wire will do the trick. Until I find a solution for the ScrOG rack, I applied an LST clip to the main branch. This will keep her from growing vertically too much. The next day the main branch was already pointing up. I attached some binding wire to keep the top horizontal and give the side branches a chance to grow taller. I bought some new clamps to keep the scrog rack in place. More on this in the next few days!

its branches are too heavy for their buds in the open air ... I found some worms in it. but. I will give 1 more week and it will be ready....

Plants are finishing up, maybe another week and I can wrap things up. Buds didn’t get as fat as I would have liked but everything looks really nice and frosty. cleaned up all the plants with some defoliation.

Starting to get a smell and buds are starting to stack. Did one more top dress with the power bloom 2-8-4. Leaves slightly curling so I’ve been adding just a little more nitrogen through the Buddha grow. Other than that, stems starting to sway so she’s gonna get heavy soon. Sugar leaves are smelling identical to fruit loops or fruity pebbles 😊

We are in flower ! Trainwreck is doing great, the defoliation delivered the shape I wanted like always, simple training but can change the plant shape a lot. The flower stretch went super well, I think she will stretch a bit more but should be almost done. I cleaned the lower branches completely to avoid any problems down below, better airflow and less risk for Pm etc. Still not using any nutrients, all living soil from Sonnenerde.

Day 113, Flower Day 57. Harvested Bubba Kush today as I felt nervous with it from last week's powdery mildew. It is hanging on hangers in the small tent drying now. GSC is going to get 1-2 more weeks.
