Day 43 F and this girls are getting more beautiful each day, I’m amazed how new trichomes are pumping day by day, and the amount of them 🤩 yes, freakin Fu##ing yes 🙌 🙌🙌 shoutouts to MARSHYDRO and to AptusHolland for the help in this department 🙌🙌🙌
I believe we are getting closer and closer to harvest day by the speed on this girls , but time will tell and so will the colors on the trichomes 😆 for now i will keep giving plain water with some enzymes and microbial live to help keep the soil alive for the next run 💚💚💚🙏🙏🙏
Day 44 F and the trichomes are getting closer to be ready but still not there yet , i do like the numbers, the color on them, the structure 🤩💚🙏 felling pretty blessed with it all 🙏🙏🙏

12/23 Day 90: While the first plant is drying I let the second plant continue to grow another week or so. The second plant is continuing to yellow. I have only been feeding it water and gave it some FloraKleen yesterday to begin the flushing. A few photo updates today. This one has not purpled at all compared to the other plant.

have some type of deficiency have some spots on leaves but besides that things look okay they both need more water now not sure how long I can veg in the containers I’ll probably try get another week or two then up pot to 7 gallons
I broke a branch and new growth from topping today smh trying to bend it for training and was to rough so i put some tape on it hopefully they grow back in a week or two
Feb 25 getting one of them ready for transplant I’ll probably do it in two days I’m going to let the one with the broken branch heal for another week probably before I transplant

Did some trimming of the lower leafs
Almost time for one to be transplanted the cover crop have not grown in the 7gal yet I seen some growing but not a lot

Today (chop) is the 14th day since moving to 18/6. The Foxtailing of the top flowers indicates 1) light stress, 2) Reveg . . .?
Even with 18/6 and TWO full weeks beyond week 10, I’d have waited another 7-10 days to ripen the Trichomes to my liking (>1/3 w/ vanishing abscission). As is - I know we’ve more mass - they’re both trichome laden - the smoke test will tell.

#7 “Broader Leaved” demonstrated moderate inter-nodal spacing, stacking buds put to the terminal flower(s). Flowers started as tiny ‘sunbursts’ of pistols in the common form for broad leaved plants in general. She branched significantly more than I expected - the buds along each mainline cola are on a small stem that’s 1/2” - 3” long, with a 1.5” to 2” bud attached. The buds spiral up the cola, starting (with varying internal spaces)

This week I harvested these two Quebec Black Bud, it was really a great experience. Its unique appearance and these colors charm us from start to finish. Calm in vegetation but surprises us in flowering. I can't wait to see the final product 😇

Training :
They have received my hand manipulation since day 8 and this every day to force them to grow bigger and stronger until the addition of the scrog. I started my base again on a manifold. For now I'm having fun like that, let's see later 😁

After drying and curing I realize how the color is an intense purple almost black, The genetics are not called Quebec black bud for nothing. the buds are really compact, I know that with the auto pot system I give myself a chance that they will be denser but I believe that hard training leaves its mark.

Decided to ponytail them today DAY 14 and 15 for 18hrs and will remove just before lights out....

Day 19 begun LST , hopfully they don't run away on me....
Watering only when needed and adjusting lights when needed ....
Rain Water Only !!!!!
Can see the differences in Pheno types ....

Last week, first of flowering, was outstanding, I could water the girls regulary and the work paid off they stretched a lot and are looking super healthy. The girl right below the upper fan is suffering a bit with the shadows and is notoriously shorter than her sisters, I will need to rethink the air circulation for the next grow. Another concern of mine is their height, hoping they dont stretch anymore as the lights are already at maximum possible height inside tent and there is only 20cm gap between it and the plants.

Auto Lemon is rocking along now. Gave her Recharge for the first time this week. Seemed to love it! Defoliated and she bushed back out again in a couple of days. Bud sites are getting bigger for sure. Auto Lemon is back-center in the whole tent photos.

Good week here #1 is 10" and wider,took a clone.
#2 is nice too she is 8.5" tall , both are healthy i will be flowering soon, I want both about 12" when I flower them. So maybe mid week flip? We see.

Mid week both one and two are females, I will try to a good picture to show her pistils.
#1 is 11.5" tall, and # 2 is 9.5" i anticipate flowering plants at start of week 8.

Alright..
We are today at the end of week eighteen with this beautiful lady, WEDDING CAKE 🍰🌳
Last upgrade before the harwest ✂️
She's completly purple and she has a good amount of trichomes👌
Aroma is so nice , I can't wait to try 🤩🔥
Now I think I will cut in about two or three days
After that I will dry her , entire plant for about five to seven days ..then , I will do an accurate manicure without strip off the buds from the branches..
Finish this process I will put the flowers in a brown bag, for about two/three days..
Then , I will cut of the flowers from the branches and I will put them in to the jar , and I start the curing process..
Usually I cure the buds for about three to fourth weeks📆
And I will started to use they about two months later🔝🏆
And thats all🙌
It was very lovley to watch this plant growing , especyally in this last months..

Week 1
Today I started 2 Strawberry Pie Auto from Fastbuds. 🍓🍓
I'll start by giving 18 hours of light and controlling the ph 6.5 without nutrients
Let's see if they want to grow or not.

My girls finished the first week very well, this week I started to give them 1ml / l of Bio-Grow. I also started doing a pre-training for LST.

📆 Week 15, 30 April - 6 May 2024
30 April - Turned light power to 75%.
1 May - Did a significant defoliation.
2-6 May - Observed and let the plant grow.
📑 I was debating on keeping the lights at 100%, or defoliating the plant. Defoliating won this time. There just wasnt enough light penetration getting to the lower buds (half the plant) to mature them for maximum growth and quality yield. So leaving the lights that bright did not achieve my expectations. It is a tricky situation when you start taking leaves away from a plant in flower, but when shadows are blocking bud developement you have to balance your grow and open it up. My method is to start with the lowest leaves and work your way up, use common sense, discard yellowing and damaged ones first, leaving the healthy green leaf on the plant. Then strategically remove the few that shadow the buds you want more focus on. This will help ensure the plant continues processing energy while avoiding possible shock by removing too much leaf.
