I'm still feeling like a lazy grower with the Minigrow One doing all the LST 😅. The growlights make sure the plant stays naturally short and bushy. There's not much work to do but make sure she's hydrated. I may have to defoliate one of these days but that's about it. No buds showing just yet, let's see if they develop in the coming days!

This week, Tart Pops got a serious upgrade — moved into a big 50L pot and loving the legroom! Roots were wrapping tight around the old pot, so it was time to stretch out and settle in. Gave her a solid flush to clear out any leftover salts before the big shift. She’s heading straight into flower mode in the tent after this — lights, camera, pistils! Oops, things started from seed on May 20, so that makes these about two months (56 days) In other words, this is week eight and a picture of each plant after defoliation slightly. Ok, so now I got rid of the wrong pics for the wrong week and took current pics for the correct week. In the last few days, major development has happened that is not like any bag seed I’ve ever grown. One of the gelato phenos has colas that are 24 inches or more, that 2 feet! Amazed…2 more weeks. 😜

A smaller one on where i applied 2 techniques, a double topping (Topping x3), and a bit defoliation as can be shown in the video, she ended up with 0.5 m tall, 4 main colas, and the most dense buds i had among my autos. @Weight: The weight dried was surprisingly equal in both plants, while the bigger plant ended up in 67 gr, the small one was 62 gr and with much more bud density and crystal concentration, anyway both plants were very dense and crystal poblated. On wet, the weights were 276 g vs 226 g the smaller, what is translated wet2dry in a 24,28% vs 27,43% for the smaller one FTW!. That difference is very well appreciated in the density of the smaller plant buds, while both are very dense/compact/strong, the smaller plant buds are really MoonRocks. @Trim: Well well well, this part was awesome, very very very little amount of trim material, i finish the trimming of the bigger plant in about 6 min and 15 for the smaller what is real awesome in both cases, and the quality of the trims was incredible too, very good to ice wash it. @ Final product: The final product is almost equal in both plants, the smallest one acquired a stronger taste and concentration of crystals than the taller one, while both tastes are strong grapefruit, when you smoke buds from the small one is like real eating a grapefruit and it leaves a residual taste to orange some seconds after exhaling it, and when you touch or tear up any of both plants, the smell is also very strong to Grapefruit. My friends were shocked by the strong taste and smell to grapefruit it has, really. Good News everyone ! after a week in 12/12 cycle they still feel happy ( no more yellow leafs ! ) They are thirsty AF ( i added 16L this week ) and it's only the beginning :x ... Stretch phase has begun, i saw them growing visibly day after day, i made a small timelapse for you, tell me which one you prefer. pH i pretty stable now, EC is between 1.8 and 1.9 and don't fluctuate so everything is ok. the only thing that worries me is roots progression 😁 i can see some roots approaching the water pump in front of the tank 😂 ==> i'm gonna cut you if you go too close from the pump ^^'

HELLO GROWING FRIENDS - Please look at my Aftermovie Growvideo, which cost me about 4 hours to create. hope you like it! Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 209 grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I’m really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I’ve gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I’m incredibly proud of my first results! What to say about last week...I learned a lot about what NOT to do next time! the Northern Lights had all the leaves curl up and die on me so I decided to take it out and cut it...fuck it....a bit of a disappointing stick of nothing that prolly wont yield much, I'll add a 'Harvest for it next week when It's finished hanging. I messed up the watering (about once every 3 days) and gave em all (3) cal-mag instead of the overdrive I wanted to give...facepalm.... I guess that finished off the NL for good:P Anyway, the Diesel gals are looking healthy-ish... seeing some heavy leave coloration and curling but buds are looking frostier by the day! nice and compact, sweet smell, checked the trics but still waiting to spot the 1st brown ones, I'll try and keep em cooking till I feel its time (2 more weeks:P) 😁

This plant was an absolute dream to. Grow, no issues at all with health of plant, just struggled to tame her as she was a a thick strong climber 💪💪. I'm so impressed with how this turned out, I could have flushed for another 3 days to make it 12days but I needed the space. After The 2 days of dark I was recommended I can definitely say it has vastly boosted her trichomes and the smell when I opened the tent blew my head away 😍😋 Aiming for a 10-14 day hang dry, The 10-12 weeks curing in jars with humidity packs. I will update with a dry bud weight and smoke test 👌 Bud wet weight is just 500g+ Final bud dry weight is 298g. Of juicy resinous purple and orange buds 😍 smells like sherbert and hang dry smoke test revealed a candy sherbert, no banana yet but hoping like the grow it matures with cure process now. As I said in my video, triple check your measurements. I almost killed my girls for outside with some 3in1 canola oil for spider mite IPM. No matter how many years you have been gardening you can STILL make a mistake. Oh well one thing I have learned is to laugh these things off. Otherwise it will get you very pissed off and that is not the right energy to convey to your plants.

Buds are swelling up coming up to the final couple of weeks in flower. Will push for another week or two as trichomes are now mostly cloudy. Some of the tops have been pulled out slightly just to try an increase light penetration

Setted up this cutting of Skywalker. Having some initial problems with air and humidity. Hopefully is going to rain soon so humidity will rise a bit. Planning to do some LST and ScrOG.
