Mulberry Day 35 All is well. In stretch and transition to flower. She is a proud 28 inches tall. I tied her four bottom branches down to open her up some and get better airflow and light penetration. As an experiment I have only been removing the newly formed branches at her nodes and leaving the fan leaves alone. Seems to have an effect on branches being healthier! *** watered her last night with 1 tbsp each of coco bloom A&B. ***Day 38*** All is good with Miss Mulberry. Stretch is in full swing, she is now over 34 inches tall and growing strong. Flower development has begun to pick up as well. ***Day 40*** Merry Christmas!!! Miss Mulberry reached 36 inches today! I

Mrs Big B is about to have her sweet stretch to Budville so I hope I've shaped her well enough to take full advantage of the light space. If not a traditional 'Super crop' will solve any future spacing issues. Ha ha. Due to an accident in her younger days she's sort of become a triple stem after topping. I'm hoping I get something cool looking as a result. I trimmed a few lower buds that would soon be overshadowed by the canopy and not worth her effort. Weekly does of Biobizz triple nuits and tap water just to top up and irrigate. Because shes not drinking loads yet. My LST may need refining..... but we learn every mistake right?

Harvested on week 12 exactly. Was a little worried about bud rot during the early drying phase but it seems it just came out a little less bright green than I am accustomed to as there is no sign of rot after drying has completed and curing started. Don’t have a working scale anymore but my eye scale is legendary and I’d say probably got between a half oz and 3/4 of an oz, but would be shocked if it were over 1 oz. My best guess would be around 18g. Tried a small bit tonight right after I transferred to a jar for curing, nice hashy flavor with some pepper undertones. Smells very fruity in the jar, but definitely can smell the flavor without consuming too. The buzz is pretty nice. Balanced and relaxing but not too sleepy, definitely still functional. Seems it’d be best for lazy afternoons, winding down after a long day, or even laid back social events. Overall very happy with my first grow experience and excited to use what I learned next season. Week 4/03 - 10/03

Back again!!! After 2 rounds of Spider Mites in my old grow area, I moved my grow area to a completely opposite area of my house - from the attic to the basement. I'm near the end of the first crop of autos that have grown in the basement and I've had NO bug issues at all! 😁 This diary is primarily to see what happens when growing Fast Buds Cream Cookies outdoors and to enter in their 2020 outdoor grow contest. I started 4 Cream Cookies seeds indoors a week ago and they all popped. I started the seeds directly in soil. Personally, I find starting directly in soil works best for me. I'm going to take 2 of the seedlings outdoors in about a week and keep 2 indoors. Indoors they will be growing under a 315w CMH (LEC) in my 2' x 4' tent. Outdoors they will get full sun in our garden. They will be growing in ProMix and I will be feeding Fox Farm nutes as well as Recharge. I'll be feeding at 1/2 strength from the recommended feeding schedule. I'm excited to have a new diary up on GD again. And excited to see how the outdoor crop compares to the indoor. My prediction is that the outdoor crop will grow larger and faster. I've been seeing insane growth spurts outdoors in the past week. I almost took the seedlings outdoors over the weekend, but I'm glad I didn't - it got down to 34 degrees last night. That probably would have killed the seedlings. Stay tuned... p.s. The big girls in the tent are almost ready to harvest and include Seedsman Sour Diesel Haze Auto (nice fat, dense cola), Fast Buds Gelato, Dinafem Critical+ Auto and Female Seeds Auto Bubble. I also have Basil, Oregano, Mint and Chives growing in the tent acting as bug deterrents.

I also have that og kush enough for couple months soon so this prob going to get couple months more time to grow those clones for me. LST done. 24.4 couple days timelapse added. Surf Purp Week 6 Flower The last week before flush. All nutrients apart from PK and sugars have been stopped. This brought the ppm/EC down, plus Remo Bloom was reduced slightly now they're not so hungry. With that being said I'm still using a lot more with this line than I'm used to. Only because the remo nutrients feeding chart lists them so strong, which I'm already a lot lower than. In future I'll try reducing them and see how they cope and perform, but that's just part of dialing it in to your own specific set up. Now that they're close to flush they're starting to get slightly more pale, with #2 and #4 showing some purpling too. This is because they are slowly coming to the end of their cycle, so they no longer need heavy feedings and are now eating less and beginning to cannibilise. They're all very frosty and giving off an insane amount of smell. At this point I'm more or less certain that #4 is a keeper, with the most unique terpene profile out of the 4 females. It smells like rotting candy/fruit with a lot of gas ⛽ it's also a close call between #1&2, as they're very similar to each other yet so different to #4. These two have the sweetest, most pungent smell of blueberries but with very slight differences between them that could change more throughout flush (and even after drying and curing). The keeper from these two will more than likely be decided after drying and curing. One or two of the main cola's on #4 are way too close to the light, with one top bud showing clear signs of burning. When you look closely, parts of the burns are brown as you would expect, and others are bleached white. These are both from heat and light damage, and aren't ideal. But, it's only the one bud on one plant so I'm not going to stress over it. In fact, she's smelling that incredible that you wouldn't even know! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🦊

This week was good, Did the transplant from 7.5L/2Gal to 28L/7Gal, Stared to do some LST but the main stem broke on two "blue and Red" of the three plants. Kinda sucks but a bit to aggressive, on the third plant "yellow" I also used LST just not as strong and got the shape and placement I was looking for. Will have to wait for the others to heal and then I can try again. IDK how long it will take, but I'll give it a full week. Sucks as the tips will be getting more light then the others. I also ran out of soil so had to make up a half batch as well to top off the pots, got about 8L leftover for transplanting the peppers and what not, tents so full I had to remove the clones and one smaller plant. They are growing in a window now. The extras where Gaia Green All Purpose 4-4-4, Gaia Green Power Bloom 2-8-4, Gaia Green Insect Frass 3-2-4, Gaia Green Seaweed Extract 0-0-17, Bokashi Grains, Epsom Salts, Yeast Powder, Fluvic Acids, Enzymes, Silicon and Multiple Microbes. PH adjusted really low as the amendments have a lot of rock dusts and such, wanted them to be broken down by the time the roots reach em. Watered in with 4L on each container, Should be ok for the first few days, will need to judge how they are doing in a bit and see if their roots are colonizing the new area. no idea how the clones will do outside the tent, Still have them in a plastic bag till I can see roots in the containers they are in. Checking about once a week. My goal is to veg this out for another 3-4 weeks and top it one last time they switch to bloom with a SROG net, should have good coverage and lots of cola sites per plant. When buds are this heavy and this compact, trimming goes fast and smooth exactly the way I like it. As for bud size… I’d say ostrich egg level

21 days since the flip, they are stacking nicely and starting to smell already. The trics production under these LED seems to be abundant in comparisson to hps. Light is set up at 35 cm over the tops giving them high intensity across the canopy and i may add a UVB fixture later on to boost Trics production.

Hope to get some feedback about nutrition : After 1 plant developed a small brown tip, I started feeding. A total of 116.6 liters of water goes into my system. The feeding schedule says that you should give 4 ml of root juice per liter of water. So: 116.6 x 4 = 466 in total for week 1. So, 466/7 = 66.5 ml per day. Despite this, the differences in root growth per container seem very different. 1 bin was so far behind that I changed them. However, after 1 day a brown mass developed in the roots. The others are still nice and white. Is this already the bereft root rot? I've made some pictures and a video. The first plant in the video was first in the container of the third plant in the video. EC value = 0.6 PH = 6.6 Update 3-5 : After adding more air, problem solved. Need to keep an eye on plant #3. I've put sticks on top of the startblock. 1 stick is plant #1 etc. Plant 3 is behind the rest. Root development also differs from the rest. Instead of a long (about 50 cm) long carrot, they are a few short (10/15 cm). The plant is also significantly smaller than the rest. Can't do much now so, let's hope and see she can catch up.
