Day 44 - The smell is divine, and the buds are looking very pretty. Beautiful fade going on in the leaves, almost like a purple/red/black. Planning to tapper down the nutrients as we are coming closer to Harvest. Crucial to keep the pH in range during flowering and being away a few days, I wasn't able to correct it until I was back. So they were drinking more water than uptaking nutrients.. leaving a high EC in the system. Corrected the issue by adding plain RO water, treated with cleanse, no nutrients. They are now on track and could do with a last defoliation, but I've been holding it off. Will get around to it over the next few days. The buds are sticky, smell great and rock hard. Dehumidifier was added to the tent to try lower the humidity to a better range. Can't wait to see the end results and product. Another 2 weeks an I think we will be good.

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. Flowering is on, two plants showed pistils a few days ago while third one showed today. I upped bloom nute dose to half strength preflowering. At the very end of day 27 rn. Got hold of some string and started LST around week 3, gently bending every few days and as it grows bigger, not touching any budsites. Tallest one is almost a foot high, curious as to how much they will stretch, they're supposed to reach a minimum of 3 feet so, yeah I guess we'll see :) Faint but distinct super sweet dreamy smell from the first one that started flowering

I'd really like to try this strain in a photo strain.

Hey everyone 🤗. This week was harvested properly 😍. All of them are harvested, except for the two Tropicanna Banana (they will be on tomorrow). All finished crop images follow little by little as soon as they have dried enough and have got their actual bud structure 😃. I wish you much fun with the diary, stay healthy Ges and let it grow 🌱

I topped this plant and did some LST. I accidentally broke a branch doing this but it shouldn’t have much effect on the plant at the end because it was done so early in veg. Shaping up to be a beauty

Well this pretty lady is in her final stretch. I had to pull a few buds off that had bud rot. After that happened I decide to take a few of the top colas close to where the bud rot happened as I didn’t want to lose them as well (see pics). Even though i chopped quite a few colas off the top she is still a beast!! This plant has been a real winner!! I highly recommend growing this plant especially if you are going to do an outdoor grow. Dinafem deserves props for these genetics

I've topped this beautiful girl 16 times, now I'm going to take some time off from the stress to get out, then I'm going to put on the scrOG net and switch the light cycle to 12/12, she feels great💚🌋

Start of 12/12 light cycle, round 2 with the citrus skunk strain. Increased feeding to 6L per plant (water + nutes), hopefully this increase will keep the plants healthier throughout the grow.

What a hot week perfect for drumming buds in the house with ac on blast. So happy to be done harvesting.

You begin to see the formation of buds in all their beauty. Performed massive defoliation at the beginning of the week and at the end of the week as if it had never been done, the foliage regeneration is absurd.

I learned a bunch growing these plants and the harvest was well worth the effort it took. 300 watt actual power consumption for lights so I think I'll give this strain another run in the future. The smoke is smooth the smell is potent fruity with a touch of citrus. I dried to 67% then placed buds in a plastic bin for one week burping 4 times a day for 15 minutes then Jared at a humidity of 63% with 62% bóveda packs for one week burping twice a day . After 10 days of I exchanged the 62% packs for 58% packs. Burns smooth and tastes great but I'm going to see what it tastes like in a couple more weeks.

Les plants ont maintenant beaucoup plus d’espace et peuvent se développer pleinement pour prochainement, passer en floraison. Je renouvelle le marc de café autour des plants pour éloigner les potentiels nuisibles. Je pulvérise les plants au purin d’orties le jour 59. Arrosage à l’engrais de croissance le jour 60.
