Will harvest tomorrow morning, so this is my last photo dump of it growing. Grow was less stressful than my last and I am hoping it continues to progress that way.

The first week of vegetation is here, and it’s been a bit of a mixed start for my two plants.🌱 One of them is looking a little droopy, while the other has developed slightly yellow leaves. I’m not entirely sure what’s causing these issues, but I’ve decided to give both plants their first dose of nutrients to help prevent further damage and hopefully get them back on track. I’ve been checking on them daily and keeping a close eye on their progress. I’m staying hopeful that they’ll bounce back and show improvement by next week.🌱

5/5 MONDAY Took out the AC Infinity lights and just went with the 2 cheap blue and red lights. Samsung 301B.. H?....great lights but so powerful and no blue red combo. I noticed the plant grow towards the red spectrum LED than the whiter ones on the AC system. There are 2 on each bar. I use the AC lights as auxiliary when I get need it for taller plants with lots of vegetation. 2pm looking great. '"Sir, I have seen nae deerskin treaty, nor have I seen fairies or water sprites. ENGLISH BELOW ESP: Estas dos mangos fueron preciosas de cultivar. Cogieron un tono azulado y algunos pétalos se volvieron de un color rosa muy fuerte. No fue difícil de cultivar aunque la empezara en octubre, tuvo la visita de algunas orugas pero no causaron casi ningún daño. -Empecé el cultivo en octubre, esto y la falta de luz hizo que mis plantas no llegaran a la altura deseada, no tuvieron todo el sol que necesitaban y se espigaron. Les hice un corte FIM a una planta y apical a la otra, lo cual hizo que las puntas desarrollaran una forma curiosa. - El producto final son 23,3 gramos de cogollos no demasiado prietos pero muy resinosos y con unos colores preciosos. - El sabor es algo difícil de definir. En el sabor no he encontrado el coco, pero sí las frutas tropicales, mango y cítrico. Y me parece haber saboreado algo de hierbas. Es un sabor agradable aunque solo lo haya curado durante tres semanas. -El colocón es indico, pero empieza como algo cerebral y se va extendiendo por el cuerpo pero sin dejarte k.o. A mí me ha convencido, he disfrutado cultivándola, la recomiendo a quien esté pensando en probarla These mangos are amazingly gorgeous. They took a bluish tone and some petals turned a very strong pink color. It was not difficult to grow considering that I planted it a little late, I only had the visit of some caterpillars. There are some pics of one of them. -I started cultivation in October, this and the lack of light caused my plants not to reach the desired height, they did not have all the sun they needed and they sprouted. I made a FIM cut to one plant and apical to the other, which caused the tips to develop a curious shape. - The final product is 23.3 grams of buds not too tight but very resinous and with beautiful colors. - The taste is something difficult to define. In the flavor I have not found the coconut, but the tropical fruits, mango and citrus. And i think i tasted something herbal. It's a nice taste even if I only cured it for three weeks. -The high is indicated, but starts as something cerebral and is extending through the body but without leaving k.o. It has convinced me, I have enjoyed cultivating it, I recommend it to anyone who is thinking of trying it00

So the flowers are bigger, the smell is really in a sweet direction and the girls have now been defoliated, but unfortunately I think to see male flowers let's see what the time results 😕 dont like Problems 😡

The setup is thriving, and we have a very surprising plot twist in the tent this time! Let’s take a virtual step inside the jungle and look at the magic! 🎬👇 ### 🔎 What You See Inside the Jungle (Visual Update) If you peek into the tent right now, the first thing that hits you is a beautifully structured, deep green sea of leaves with an incredible architectural layout: * **The Plot Twist: A High Society Takes the Crown! 👑** In a complete reversal from my first run, a **High Society plant sitting right in the center has become the most dominant, aggressive grower in the tent!** To keep the canopy uniform and manage her explosive energy, I spent this week actively tucking and weaving her branches into the Scrog net. By bending her dominant tops horizontally into the grid, I successfully flattened her profile, giving the surrounding plants the crucial time and light they need to catch up and level out the canopy. * **The Lower Architecture (The "Tree Trunks"):** Looking under the hood, the training this run has been clean and precise. The lower sections look like well-manicured bonsai trunks. The stalks are incredibly thick and woody, providing a massive highway for nutrients. Every single lower fan leaf and weak node has been systematically cleared out (lollipopping), leaving a pristine, well-ventilated under-canopy where the automatic drip irrigation lines are locked into place. * **The Switch Dimensions & Canopy Balance:** During the switch to flowering, the genetic differences were initially clear—the Zupernova stretched to around **110 cm** and the High Society clones averaged **90 cm**. But with the center High Society pushing the limits and being woven into the net, the white Trellis grid is doing a phenomenal job keeping this jungle perfectly balanced. * **Pure Health:** The wireless sensor sits right on top of the canopy, bathing in the intense glow of the LEDs. The foliage looks pristine—a vibrant, healthy light-to-mid green sheen with absolutely zero clawing, zero nutrient spots, and zero burnt tips. The first flower clusters are forming beautifully at every single tip. ### 🎛️ The Golden Strategy: What Made the Difference This Run #### 1. Perfect Root Evolution (No Stagnation) Looking back at the root photos from transplanting, the root balls were pristine, bright white, and incredibly dense. Moving step-by-step (12 cm $rightarrow$ 11L $rightarrow$ 30L $rightarrow$ Final 35/45L) allowed the root system to thoroughly colonize each container. There are no unestablished "dead zones" or soggy pockets in the soil this time. #### 2. Natural Deficiencies Solved via Repotting So, early on, the hungry Zupernova showed a little hint of magnesium deficiency (you know, that classic yellowing between veins on the middle leaves). Instead of freaking out and dumping chemicals or Epsom salts into the soil—which totally messes with the EC—I just let the scheduled transplanting do its thing. The fresh soil immediately fixed the problem naturally, and the color came back in a few days. #### 3. Super Strict "Less-is-More" Nutrient Control I've been **super careful with fertilizers** this whole time. Last time, adding too many nutrients too early in pre-amended soil caused a huge EC buildup when the plants started flowering. That led to osmotic blockages where the plants literally dried up from the inside out right after I flushed them in wet pots. This time, the EC in the soil is perfectly balanced. Since the pots are packed with active, hungry roots, the automatic drip irrigation system works flawlessly, and the soil dries out beautifully and evenly. ### 🌤️ Climate & Parameters * **Light:** My main LEDs are locked at the perfect height, giving a strong, even light spread across the whole canopy without creating hot spots. * **Irrigation & Sensors:** The wireless sensors track the climate right at the growth tips. The automatic drip lines ensure a precise dry-back cycle. The tops are stretching perfectly through the grid, the center dominance is beautifully managed, and the first flower formations are setting up for an epic harvest. The main purpose of chlorophyll is to capture photons of energy. When growth is no longer a priority for a plant in nature, it will naturally sink its "no longer needed" nitrogen and switch pigments to carotene and anthocyanin, which are better-suited pigments for environmental protection rather than capturing photons (growth). This is because of all nutrients used by a plant, nitrogen in its nitrate form is highly stable and required for the rigours of electron capture, ammoniacal nitrogen readily evaporates into the air during cure/dry. The ripening stage is no longer about growth, but the main priority is protecting trichomes and opening up the oxidative capacity of the plant so it can focus 100% of filling those trichomes. Nitrogen in its elemental nitrate form is no longer required during ripening to the same degree as it was; the vast majority of growth is over. Understanding when to shift a plant's focus from rapid growth to maturation is the key to maximizing the trichome quality and terpene profile of the final product. That is the single most important decision you will make during a grow in terms of dictating smoothness, taste, and smell, I have found from my limited years of dedicated and driven study into the matter. Synthetic nutrients maintain a near full nitrate ratio comparable to ammoniacal nitrogen, whereas organic nutrients maintain a supply of ammoniacal and convert only to nitrate what is needed. This is far more beneficial for organic growers when it comes to smoke smoothness, as the higher levels of ammoniacal nitrogen are far easier to dispose/convert than nitrates come harvest, cure/dry with far more efficient margins held within leaf/bud when it comes to conversion to aminos. A good dry and cure can go a long way to a quality smooth smoke, but without a proper senescence sequence or triggered autophagic sink of nitrogen, then you will be asking far more than can be expected from a dry/cure. It's one thing to sink the last 5-10% and convert the last drips to amino acids during the dry and cure, but leaving the plant fully charged with nitrogen in the form of nitrate is simply not going to taste good, no matter how much smoke you blow up your own ass or how long you have been growing. Means nothing. Smoke quality relies on pre-harvest physiology, not just the dry and cure! The dry and cure cannot fix poor pre-harvest metabolic states. A high-quality, smooth smoke requires correct signalling before harvest. While a proper dry and cure can gently soften the edges and convert the last 5-10% of sugars into amino acids, it fundamentally cannot perform magic on a fully fertilised plant. You cannot oxidise stable nitrates (+5 charge) into a smoother state during drying. Ultimately, accept it's going to be a heavy smoke and be grateful, onwards upwards! The way in which ammoniacal nitrogen reacts to carbon sugars is critical in how it acts during oxidation and is responsible for oxidizing leftover sugars that can make the buds smoke harshly. Limited ammoniacal equals limited oxidation of excess carbons held within tissues. Just so you know, it's not an anecdotal rule that's unresolved and unsubstantiated. It's called the Maillard reaction. Signal triggers and stressors. Normally, you can only use 10-30% ammoniacal nitrogen, but as harvest closes, it is beneficial to increase this ratio 50% of ammoniacal as it assists in steering the plant towards maturation. Rather than running 50% ammoniacal nitrogen continuously until harvest, use it in short, targeted flushes/additions (e.g., 7 days) to slow internode elongation and hasten maturity. Use alongside forced larger "dry backs" (allowing the root zone to dry out significantly between watering events). Raising the Electrical Conductivity EC of the medium to create mild osmotic stress. Widening the day-to-night temperature difference and increasing the vapour pressure deficit VPD. How would you like your cola's sir? Arm length, please, no gaps with trichomes as thick as snow.

This week started strong. Some small concerns due to small orange spots appearing on fan leaves which on researching indicates a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Will add a small amount of cal mag to their next feed

The stretch is in full force here. This girl us getting ready to flower. She is a short wide plant. Healthy as can be, just a little white fly issue. Neem oil to the rescue.

Hello Diary, Cherry Pie has completed its fifth week of flowering, as you can see in the photos, we are very close to harvest. I would say one more week and she will be ready. Given the appearance of Cherry Pie, it would be a shame not to take a picture of her on a black background. The flowers are now quite large, hard to the touch and sticky. Especially the main cola which looks impressive. The flowers are full of trichomes that are still transparent when viewed through a microscope. Some leaves have started to turn yellow which I attribute to her ripening. The smell is very intense at this stage, the whole room smells like plants when I open the grow box. Watering is still every two or three days. This week I stopped adding nutrients, I just lower the p.H. to 6.0 and water the plants with clean water. Here's what the previous week looked like. 13/09/2024 - Day 51. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.0 and used that amount to water all three plants on the farm. 16/09/2024 - Day 54. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 18/09/2024 - Day 56. It's the end of the 8th week, taking pictures of the plants. That's all from me for this week, see you soon.

Early skunk 2 and 4 stretched a lot this week while early skunk 3 didn't as much. ES 3 development seems to be faster then 2's and 4's however is not gaining as much height and shoot structure as 2&4's. Noticed little burning on ES4 leaves closer to ventilator. La fanta CBD evolved a little this week, noticed by pistils finally developing on a fast rate. 17/10 Fed them with liquid quillaia extract, biosymphony (psb) and little lmx to the water reservoir. Last one in order to slow down algae dev on reservoir.
