1.20.2024: Time to gives this a go. 2.3x2.3 tent, XS1500 light, 2 gal fabric pots. Pots filled with FFOF(90%) & Perlite(10%.) Don't ask me why I chose 90/10. Nutrents are the FF Trio. Also growing a freebee seed from Humboldt Seed Co(Emerald Fire OG Auto.) Decided to germinate directly into the medium. Light is at 50% power at 2.5ft from the top of the pot(s). I'll have the light running 24hrs until it sprouts(fingers crossed it does.) I sprayed the top soil with pH 6.5 water when i stuck the seeds in then placed clear plastic cups over the seed location. My 4inch fan is on the way and it comes with a monitor for temp and humidity....no idea what current stats are. Just hope the damn thing spouts. Fingers crossed. More to come. 1.23.2024: 3 days and still no sprout. Going to give it another day or two before i go fishing for them. Off to a fantastic start! 1.24.2024: They've finally popped....aaaaannnddd we're off! 1.25.2024: Took the lil domes off, opened 2/3 vents for some circulation. Been misting the top soil just to keep it moist with 6.5ph water. I also "bottom fed" 12oz of water just to keep things lubricated. On the fence about when to give the plants a proper watering. Might keep things going "as is" for the next two days. Inline fan and associated hygrometer comes tomorrow(1.26) so i'll finally have an idea on what the current stats are in the tent. Will make adjustments at that point in time. Light is 2.5 ft from soil at 50%. 1.26.2024: Inline fan came yesterday. Only set up the probe just to understand temp and humidity. With the light at 50%, 2 ft from the soil, all vents closed except one(1) port at the top, my current temp hovers around 79 and the RH is 50%. After setting up a humidifier, i'm now running 75 degrees, 64% RH and VPD .58. All within tolerance. I can already tell it will be a delicate dance managing heat, exhaust fan speed and humidity. Still haven't given the plant more than 2 cups of water and i'm only watering when the soil is dry. Tomorrow(1.27) marks 1 week since the seed was dropped. Plan is to lightly water the entire pot when dry for the next week or until growth really kicks in.

Day 86 . I will chop first two today. Plant A and B, C stays for a week still, a bit airy and not mature , but she was in shade mostly ... Spent almost 5 hours defoliating other plants and got too high and drunk a bit, so dry trim chosen for first two ;)))) Day 93. Last girl down ! Dry trim again ! @PurpleWorship just to prove my kilo idea I made a video for you ;))) this one was starved, she needed watering yesterday, so I could bump her to 1.5 easy .... Her sisters were heavier ;))) will do one more with monster Green Crack, can make a bet she will be above 2 kg easy ! ;))) Made some bubble hash, got light brown and pinky colour at the end when dried. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. June 20, 2022 Watered with 3 gallons RO water with no nutrients or supplements. This may be the last watering. I checked each cola for amber and cloudy trichomes. There are about 5% of thr trichomes that are amber. There are about 50% that are cloudy. She is getting close. It took some time to take off but after week 3 she's just began to explode with many branches, 107 d in total from seed. Very very sticky pungent minty smell. I love it.

viel hat sich nicht mehr getan seit dem letzten eintrag. so richtig bernsteinig wollten die trichome nicht werden obwohl ich den pflanzen zwei wochen mehr zeit als geplant eingeräumt habe. zum trocknen hab ich die nur grob getrimmt. die feinarbeit kommt nach dem trocknen. da im zelt noch die white truffle stehen hängen die freaks erstmal im schrank. die bedingungen zum trocknen sind wetterbedingt gerade sehr schlecht. bei 70% raumluftfeuchtigkeit wird so schnell nix trocknen. vielleicht wird es ja doch noch sommer in den nächsten tagen.

The double grape is coming around. But the freebie gelato is spreading out nicely. Dealing with tent temp raising a bit I’ve been constantly monitoring and enjoying the day by day changes.

Week 15 - August 09, 2020 -Day 99 08/09: We’re almost at the end. I gave Aaliyah her first watering with plain water. I’m planning on chopping the top colas off of her in a week. Hopefully I can get something out of the lower growth that isn’t getting any light right now. Alexis is coming down in two and Annie in three. Annie has some damage due to the light, but she is hanging in there. Alexis looks the healthiest overall. She stayed pretty compact, so light is still able to reach her lower parts. I think I could’ve had a better grow overall if I would have stuck with using only 3-gallon pots. [General notes: The nutrients on the diary are based off what I’m giving Aaliyah. Alexis is on the previous weeks schedule and Annie in the schedule from two weeks ago.]

11/10/2021 Catching up on some back burner projects Blue Matter F2 being upgraded to #1) dropped a few seeds into some RO water over night. Following night into paper towel in zip lock bag. Next day seeds cracked, put in jiffy pellets to finish germination under humidity dome. Will post pics when popping through soil. Searching for a special couple male and female's for open Pollination (Keeping clone of each just incase I get a keeper). Male or female😉 Original KOS Seed released through the gamblers table on KOS site Description by The REV BLUE MATTER Description Blue Matter (Dark Matter male x Blue Rhino 1947 f1) Welcome to the Gamblers’ Table section of KOS. Here and there we sell untested varieties for a real cool deal, there’s really not a ton of risk here, but every once in awhile shit can go south. Now here is a really trippy blend here amigos, and let me tell you why. When I brought up my BR1947 plants from seed, I got one of the small females, that is just resin soaked and much more potent than any other BR1947 phenotype, in my experience. This pheno of the BR1947 also has the strongest medical properties regarding her abilities to calm down nerve damage type spasms. But she doesn’t get very big, short and stocky with average yields and serious Blueberry flavors and smells. The father is the Dark Matter, which is my Rusty Haze male x my Cherry Thunderfuck. This plant (Dark Matter) gets large and often imparts a Grape Crush type influence into fruity/berry flavored varieties it breeds with. So while this cross is essentially the same parental varieties as the KOS Dark Rhino, this one was made with a very special female and sure to deliver a unique connoisseur treat. These will likely go 9 or 10 weeks, yields should be alright, smells and flavors should be off the hook, medical properties should be at full power, and she will fairly likely stay on the shorter more stacked side regarding morphology. So check out this special girl if you think she may be what the doctor ordered! 11/11/2021 #1 is above ground! Going to measure ppfd tomorrow to figure out where to put them so I don't burn leaves or stress without enough light. 11/12/2021 Three more popped up today at four and counting. 11/13/2021 3 more sprouts today total of, 7 of 11 seeds so far good. Germ rate considering how I stored them. In a warm dresser drawer since 2017? 11/14/2021 Seven of 11 so far. Up potted our #1 sprout to her home for the next 30 or so. Also up pot others as needed over the next week. Veg should be start soon. 11/16/2021 6 days and 7 out of 11 sprouting. So I'll pot up the 7 sisters ( fingers crossed) and ad others if they sprout. 11/18/2021 8 out of 11 germinated potted up 5 got 3 more to transplant. Should be ready to start veg soon got single fingered leaves but waiting on first set of 3 leaves to begin veg. 72.2 germ rate on improperly stored seed. Decent.

I finally feel like we are getting some good vertical growth! And all cut spots have put on at least 2inches. So i flipped into flower this is day 1-0

Started off week 6 off by adding 5ml of Flying Skull Z7 to reservoir and adjusted reservoir PH to 6.0. I've got the blumats nearly dialed in and keep making small adjustments every 24 hours. I am holding off a few days on the nutrients to see what the plant tells me. The clawing seems to have improved(combo of over watering and not getting runoff on hand watered nutrients I believe). When I apply nutrients going forward I will make sure there is plenty of runoff so I don't repeat the same mistakes. 😬 on day 2 I applied 1 gal of nutrients and watered until runoff. On day 3 I defoliated the bottom of my plants to improve the air flow. On day 6 I added 5ml of flying skull Z7 to the reservoir. I noticed a possible calcium deficiency on one plant so on day 7 I applied my 1 gal of nutrients with the addition of calmag and silica. Ive only used calmag once growing in coco and it burned my plants...so I assumed there was enough from my tap water and nutrients. I know this goes against all advice.. I think it finally caught up with me LOL.LIve and learn to buffer your coco. Next grow I will buy buffered coco and use a calmag product 😅 I defoliated the center of my plants to increase airflow and expose light deeper into the canopy.
