Der Dünger wurde letzte Woche erhöht und ich habe das Gefühl, dass es ihr gut getan hat. Je nach dem, wie sie sich entwickelt, werde ich in der kommenden Woche noch 1-2 Blätter entfernen um die Luftzirkulation nochmal zu erhöhen. Gedüngt wurde an Tag 30 der letzten Woche. Fine della 8 settimana le piante mi i sembra che stiano abbastanza bene alcune mostrano qualche carenza di nutrimenti,ma nel complesso nulla di grave continuerò a fertilizzare massimo due volte a settimana il restante darò solo acqua. Natural grow with all the cloudy,rain und Sun hours

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Final product is been absolutely amazing on these clones - the jungle came out about average but the clones definitely exceeded expectations there absolute fire in comparison but still just as good hopefully I can just improve a few issues we had on this run and dial right in 100% will be so much better, next few run is going to be special I’ve got a few things lined up. From tester packs to breeders packs I can hunt from. So lots to choose from but what to keep to run will be interesting

UPDATE mid week spoted smnth on the soil that turned out to be a polinator. When inspected the plant found them all over. Especialy in the lower btanches. But on mostly all of branches, they are blendong in with lower buds very tight making them hard to clear. I belive there still some left. And most probably they are going to keem emerging. 3rd week of flowering - looks good. Hairy and even a bit frosty already. I was wrong about water consumprion. Although I managed to put 2 liters at a time and the fabric pot held it, it was too much, the soil was wet for around 4 days. And the humidity in my 50 by 50 cm 1 meter high tent was 99%. So wattering back to 1 liter each second day, just right. Starting to think that maybe in couple of weeks I will need to remove some fan leaves as it realy is quite bushy and when buds will start to swell and get dencier I will need to addres humidity concearns

Feb 6 They got last feed yesterday and for 7 days they will only get plain water, then chop chop Feb 6 Did some snipping of the dead leaves, just did second last water, one more in 48hrs, then 48 hrs darkness and she’s done… I’m thinking prolly 2 - 2.5 oz off these girls 🥦 PS: trying out 4 plants in 1.5 gal pots next instead of 2 plants in 3 gal. Got some signs of light stress via mid to late flower, so maybe 4 plants might help spread out the energy and increase yeild.

D-89 : Every thing is going great till now ! I wish they grew a bit more, but still 2cm/week is not that bat as long as they continue to get fatter, and they do :) Raised Calmag from 0.5 to 0.8ml/l

1/5 - Day 51 / Day 23 flower - Feeding Day Pots were mostly dry on this day, last time they were fed was a little over a week ago on day 43 (12/28). I've done two small waterings since last feed, about a half gallon of water for each of my 5 gallons and about 8oz of water for my bonsais. My plants are drying out within about 48 hours of each small watering. For today's feeding I went to full strength on my nutes. My solution consisted of: - 1 gallon distilled water - 3ml CalMag - 3 tsp of FF Big Bloom (full dose)) - 2 tsp of FF Tiger Bloom (full dose) - pH: 6.9 - TDS: 342ppm - EC: .7 I gave each of my 5 gallons about a half gallon of the fertigated water each which wasn't enough to produce runoff. I gave them each about another 1/4 gallon distilled water to generate enough runoff to test. I tested the runoff of my Z52 which gave me readings of: - pH: 6.3 -TDS: 1600ppm -EC: 3.2 I gave about 12oz of fertigated water to each of my bonsais. My ZB2 runoff posted readings of: - pH: 7.2 - TDS: 594ppm - EC: 1.2 My TDS readings are definitely low compared to the FF Soil Feeding Schedule. The suggested readings for week 7 are an EC of 2.8 - 3.0 and 1960-2100ppm. Not stressing too much over the reading as the girls are looking healthy and happy. Will add another feeding in between waterings if I start to see any nutrient deficiencies but I don't see any cause to do so at the moment. As you can see from the picture on 1/3, the super cropping I did on 1/2 didn't hurt my girls one bit. By the following day, the tops were already bending back toward the lights. This was a big relief. **************************************************** 1/7 - Day 53 / Day 25 Flower Light watering in the morning today using pH'd dechlorinated tap water w/ 4ml of cal mag. Gave about about a 1/4 gallon to each for my 5 gallons and another 8oz each for my bonsais. **************************************************** 1/8 - Day 54 / Day 26 Flower Noticing signs of nutrient issue on the Z51. Surprisingly, no signs of nutrient issues on the Z52 despite using the same solution and roughly the same amount of water during the feeding day on 1/5. Decided to do a heavier watering tonight, using about 3/4 gallon of pH'd dechlorinated tap water. Hoping that dilutes the soil a little bit and pushes the salts toward the bottom. **************************************************** 1/9 - Day 55 / Day 27 Flower Nutrient issues did not appear to get any worse overnight so that is encouraging. Did some minor defoliation on my 5 gallons this morning to remove any of the smaller branches on the lower 3rd of the plant. Haven't completely removed any branches that are below the trellis. Will start pruning more regularly every other day so I don't shock the plants too much.
