Overall very happy with the grow. Got 24oz of very dense nugs! I also managed to get 2oz of less dense but still pretty bag-appeal, and a shit ton of trim which I made into tidy ass brownies, which have made typing this incredibly difficult😂! Both of these strains are definitely bed time strains. The Critical kush is has the usual overwhelming kush taste, however the peyote(purple nugs) have a very sweet / flowery taste and smell. Disappointed I only done 1 peyote but more than happy with the critical. Would definitely grow both these strains again!

This was a quiet week. The girls were recovering from their topping but were also flipping into flower. They have been getting water every two days and that seems to be an issue so I bought an auto watering drip system to install next week. The gorilla cookies is still the best grower out of the batch and really doing well. Excited to see the girl after some more training. Week five has ended theyre plain sailing now enjoying the whole process two phenos are showing some hairs turning a vibrant orange and some purple colours starting to creep up in the leaves .... humidity is a bit high in the tent of late so I might do some defoliation to bring it down a bit ..... plants seem to be loving the whole environment tho Smells are starting to come through a lot better and a range from lime to fuel mash up some got just pure gas aswell with nothing else still waiting for some garlicky smells but none yet happy growing

I got a week and a half notice that I had to go on a work trip out of country for 10 days, so the clown show continued. I was definitely overwatering them. Thanks @shinsimilla, I saw the difference after waiting a few extra days. Also, I definitely should have started LST at least a week earlier than I did. Now for work issues: I found an old security camera that the cats had knocked over a million times and damaged. With a lot of tape, I got it working again and set up in the tent so I could see what’s going on while gone. Be warned, the photos are NOT good quality. I also looked up DIY self-watering systems. I needed it as simple as possible to reduce the risk of something breaking while I was thousands of miles away. I found one where it wicks water up a cotton or wool string. I took two long planters, lined them with a construction garbage bag to be the reservoirs. Even though the floor of the grow tent is waterproof and I put plastic between the floor and outside of the grow tent, I didn’t want to risk any water getting out while I was away. I was nervous y’all. Basically, you wet the fabric then use a chopstick to run the it through the plant from bottom to top. It needs to be long enough to have a few inches sitting in the bottom of the reservoir. I filled each with 3L of water with the BioBizz nutrients mixed in and ph’d to 6.1. More info in week 5.

The purple Lemonade despite a very beautiful structure is a little worrying us because the flowers are swelling very slowly. We are afraid that they will remain small but it seems they are getting bigger so we wait a little longer to express ourselves even if the painta seems in excellent health. Bloom is slow.

I don't know what to make of her bud structure, because the one on Anesia Seeds look totally different, they should look like bunches of mini roses covered in smooth silver crystal, very good looking buds too ,but mine look totally different, do yall think I got the right strain (Black Frozen Cherries 🍒, any have pics of theirs in late flower ? , ps the terps are quality.

26.12.24: These are my 2 best plants P1 and P2 Purple Punch, they are looking great! Not sure what happened to P3. They are in early flower/ pre-flower with the pistils clearly seen on P2. I am also hoping to tie some of the branches down to help light penetration on the lower canopies. I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. The Gorilla girls all popped the soil overnight from potting. Day 1 with a bang. lol The cheese broke on the second evening and even now at day 11 , 2 are still struggling to escape the soil fully. Frustrating to watch helplessly. The Gorilla girls are all nice and settled in on day 11 ( today) . I am watering occasionally and keeping it wider than the plugs width to encourage the roots to explore out. The Amnesia are still dormant so I have excluded them from rhe grow this far. dissapointed is not the word and no idea why they failed so badly ??. The potential growers are settling in now so hopefully a good weeks growing will bring them to heel.

All the clones have taken we have run another round of clones for practice also seem to be doing well The mother plants are growing well continue with LST and topped the remaining arms that needed topping. Now to train and get ready for flower in a couple of weeks. Also started defoliating and will defoliate / lolly pop before flower You will also see the new genetics / next grow, seedling growing amoungst the field of green.

The sweet smell and her swelling of the buds is very evident mid flower glory. I gave her a mid flower flush of 2 gallons of water yesterday. From now on it’s just molasses and maybe some liquid budswell for the terps.

Hi growers sorry I haven't updated my diary been away on holiday I'm back now and ready to go again. This is day 31 all 3 are growing good they've all started to flower the only problem I have notice since I've been away some of the leafs have started to yellow I've gave them 3 litres of water with 1 ml of big bud , bud candy , rhino skin and 2ml of cal/mag I'm hoping there's enough nitrogen in the cal/mag to turn the leafs back to green I'll update in the next few days I've also cut off a few leafs from the bottoms of the plants. Day 32 quick update all 3 have started to get burn on the tips of the leafs I really didn't want this problem so early on in flower. They have perked up abit but the top leafs are still abit yellow next feed I'm going to add some micro grow and bloom with some cal/mag. Day 34 I gave them 2 litres of water with 2ml of micro grow and bloom the leafs are still abit yellow and I haven't noticed much growth in the last few days I'm hoping there ok I think my pH may be to low with the small branches going purple and the burnt tips I'll update next feed or any problems.

Day 47 ( day 10 flowering) Holy moly these ladies are a fast strain. They are well ahead in terms of flowering development with all three of them showing their black and white buds off so well. They are very aesthetically worthy of growing out so fat and I cannot wait to see the finished girls. #1 is by far the biggest overall as it the case with all the LOS pots. The soil is 100% and I dont see me changing this medium for the forseeable future. Her growth has been steady to this point and is clearly focused on her buds now. she is nicely spread out in her pot with lots of space below for air movement. #2 is still looking slightly pale and my decision to not top or train her could have paid off as she is keeping good pace with her LOS sister for canopy height at least. the paling is getting less now and she has some great looking branching and budding happening. #3 Is the little girl of this family and is building buds all over her frame now. she has been trained a little but it has kept her very low and stout. Overall they are blowing me away bit the ecothrive is a clear leader for me here.

the girl looks quite well :) from today I will leave her alone, I hope it won't be too much for her for 6-7 weeks :) I'm going on vacation, so there will be an update, but not soon :) good luck to everyone

Going great so far except the 2 Gorilla Zkittles are still a little far behind but they are starting to bounce back! Day 18 everything finally transplanted in 5 gallon pots except the hulk berry is in the 3 gallon, hopefully the 1 small gorilla zkittles hits a growth spurt soon🤞🏼

They took a long time to grow and mature 10 months in all. They produced amazing flowers with a genuine high. Left a lot to be desired in flavour profile however not awful to smoke. Would grow again for sure as they were a high yielding, ‘set and forget’ type of strain easy and resilient enough to grow and highly impressive to see grown outdoor.
