Hello Growmies, We’re sailing into week 13 of flowering with our Epic Buzz, and she’s taking up nutrients like a champ. Her appetite has grown to a robust 2.5 liters of nutrient solution a day, prompting me to stay vigilant with reservoir top-ups every three days. With the flower stretch winding down, I’m prepping to add PK 13/14 to her diet, aiming to bolster her as she enters the final stage of bloom. The marks of a previous hiccup when the reservoir ran low are visible, leaving a few leaves to yellow with chlorosis. Yet, most of her foliage remains lush and unaffected, a reassuring sign of her overall vigor. I’ve opted to keep the blemished leaves to avoid any additional stress that might come with their removal. Beneath the foliage, a network of healthy roots is hard at work, supporting the development of dense, trichome-rich buds that are starting to resemble golf balls in size. These buds are clustering around the colas with the promise of closing up any gaps, a sight that’s building my anticipation for what’s to come. The snapshots of Epic Buzz reveal her current state: a resilient plant pushing forward, her unaffected leaves standing out against the backdrop of her less fortunate counterparts. The canopy is speckled with trichome-laden buds, each one a testament to the careful balance of watering and feeding that has been maintained. I still found a few places with bud rot and I keep removing every spot I see. The plants have been doing fine beside that, they are looking and smelling great, they are super dense and I can't wait for them to be ready. Most trichomes are still clear so I am awaiting for the first ambers to show up, aiming for around 5% amber and 95% milky.

This Baby just can't stop grow. i wanna smoke this strain so bad so badddd. To give you an example of why i'm telling you this, check this out. i have my grow tent with the door open in my house with my infinity at maximum speed 10/10. AC ON 24/7. This days are really really hot over here and if i close the grow tent the Temp will raise up to 85%. Anyway.... 2 days ago i had a visit in home and i was a little afraid for the smell, turns that when they got here the first thing they ask for.... was the fruit that smell like that?. 😂😂 I said that i made a casquito de guayaba (that's a famous cuban dessert made from real guavas) smells very very sweet and taste asome. This plant smells like that. Like a candy or a very sweet fruit But she's taking her time and im glad of that. 160 days of life harvested on day 63 of flower. I don’t have photos of her vegging but she started off great. About two weeks in, she started having some major issues. Her leaves started atrophying, curling up at the borders, growing 3 finger leaves, all new growth was deformed and twisted and growth in general almost stopped completely, to what I suspect was from broad mites. These fuckers are nasty! I dm’d my local grow shop and tried out some Neem Oil. I diluted it in water like they recommended and sprayed that baby every day for one week, then every other day the following week, then down to once a week. I sprayed her leaves stem and surface of the soil. I also cleaned the entire grow space with some bleach solution. Doing this allowed her to really bounce back, growth started to take off again! So I vegged for a few more weeks and trained her as much as I could to keep her uniform but short, she responded well to this. During flower, she was very happy. I had two main issues during this time, one was being too hot in Nitrogen and a week of very hot temperatures which burned her a slight bit, although she didn’t seem to mind much. I also could’ve continued a once a week spray of Neem oil because I think they might’ve started to come back on the lower and younger leaves that weren’t getting much light. Overall it was a dope grow and hope to do better on the next one!

Started flowering.they are ready and healthy. Gave them just 6ph water and next watering tomorrow is gonna be huge dose of N as first 2 weeks they grow monsterous. I keep em low and bend alot.lots of shoots begin to form as i topped again about 10 days ago

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

This lady has recovered nicely from my 3rd and final hack attack on her. Leaves were so huge, still cannot get over it. Added an Exhale Homegrown Co2 bag to the tent right behind and above her this week as well. I have never used one of these before, but I figured I would give it a shot. More, any, will be good for the plant. Judging by the way she is growing, I imagine she will be hitting her prime height by the end of week 9. Fingers crossed, we will then be going to flower :) Time-lapse lost a days worth of photos. Some user error of some type. Lets just not question it shall we.

Last defoliation and final round, next week I will flush

Gorilla was first dry enough to trim and try. 34,9g. Fully on schedule I'm really excited. It knocks me out of my chair, tastes really great and doesn't scratch my throat. That should give me proof that I flushed correctly. I also read my electricity meter. Approx. 400 kWh since October. Are at € 0.37/ kWh approx. 150 € total current costs. Her sisters will be ready for trimming, trying and evaluating tomorrow or Saturday. Oh right. And I'm trying to ferment the whole thing in a glass. Day 42 week 6 Feed a bonide mixture 2nd time in a week. Pest have gotten worse but trying to manage persistently. Growth seems to be picking up. Added a 2nd mars hydro Cree 128 as I got a new flower light. Trying to get them used to the new lights and a better ppfd range as I was using the wrong measurements for the past year of growing around 75 umol range … surprising yeilds though with knock off lights in those conditions looking back on it. Next grow will be smooth hopefully lol Day 47 Top dressed 444 Gia green 2 tbps Alfalfa meal 1 tbsp Kelp meal 2 tbsp Crab meal 2 tbsp Asomite 1 tsp Gradual humid acid 1 tsp Glacier rock dust 1 tsp 1-1.5 tbsp of em bokashi bran .5 mykos gruanual mycorrhizal fungi Also sprinkled some langbeinite on I’m thinking there’s potassium deficiency in the soil mixture with this long veg and haven’t feed much potassium. Leafs showing some signs of it. Added 1 inch mulch layer of rabbit compost/ wood chips and spread some clover seeds underneath. Finally got my silica in the mail so soaked it all down with 3ml or 3 grams of 1 gallon of water split between each plant sprayed into soil evenly. They are already feed so this way just to get everything started under the new mulch layer. Will spray bonide on plants to continue with any pest issues leftover.

In der zweiten Blütewoche läuft alles ohne Probleme. Die Pflanzen zeigen weiterhin gesundes Wachstum und reagieren sehr gut auf die Bedingungen. Wir haben langsam begonnen, die Nährstoffzufuhr auf Blüte-Dünger umzustellen, um die Entwicklung optimal zu unterstützen. Gleichzeitig wurde die Lichtleistung schrittweise von 50 % auf 75 % erhöht, um den Pflanzen mehr Energie für die Blüte zu geben. Zudem wurde eine leichte Entlaubung durchgeführt, um die Luftzirkulation zu verbessern und den Fokus der Pflanze auf die Blütenbildung zu lenken. Alles in allem verläuft die zweite Woche der Blütephase sehr vielversprechend.

Buenos días familia, de nuevo os traigo esta esta 5 semana de floración de nuestras green ak xL de zambezaseeds. Una está algo bloqueada y no quiere comer nutrientes la otra ya va mejor y si come. Ph controlado temperatura y humedad dentro de los parámetros establecidos. Una cepa bastante difícil de dominar muy sensible a los cambios, pero que seguro bien cultivada dará todo de sí, xL su nombre lo dice.
