Our Northern Lights plant is displaying phenomenal growth. The buds are swelling and ripening beautifully, showcasing the success of our careful cultivation. Their density and frosty appearance are truly remarkable, indicating a high-quality yield on the horizon. This week marked the last phase of her receiving nutrients. I've meticulously managed the nutrient levels to support her through this critical growth stage, ensuring she received everything needed for optimal development. In the coming week, I'll be introducing Canna Flush to help remove any residual nutrients, preparing the plant for a pure and clean final product. Following this, she will be on a week of straight reverse osmosis (RO) water. This flushing process is crucial to ensure the final product is of the highest quality, with a smooth taste and pure aroma. Looking back at the journey so far, it's astounding to see how our plant has transformed, especially considering the initial challenges. Her resilience and our adaptive care have truly paid off. Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. ( 4cm in height ) Stress trained this lady 3 days ago because she was getting too long and slinky so I decided to help hear out and give some support. Very good growth development thus far and grows exactly like a Do-Si-Wine should. Growing strong at 3 nodes already. ( 4.5cm in height ) This lady is growing at her own pace. At this moment I’m waiting patiently until this lady catches some speed because she has been slowed down the leaf development has been disoriented The 2nd node is a 3-fanned leaf and the other side is just a 2-fanned leaf so growth is weird and a bit slow. The 3rd node developing looks like it both going to be 3-fanned leaves so I hope when that is properly developed this lady will growing nicely

F29 beginning of 4th week of flowering SD3 - initially sweet orange then engine grease SD2 - initially sharp vaseline then engine grease mixed with kerosine.I personally like SD2 more. Even with the stunted growth. SD3 is getting yellow from the bottom and i dont know what to do. I had thrips so i sprinkled diatomaceus earth on top of the soil and rubbed some on the fan leaves and stems. Sorry for the reddish pics

End of week 5 for Purple Lemonade FF. This week was better than the last week. She's bouncing back from her issues.She is still developing and stretching slowly. No signs of pre-bloom yet. I just fed her Goldleaf feterlizer and I did some defoliation to the bad leaves. Hopefully week 6 is better.

3erd week in the pocket still using Sun ligh i started giving them a root enhancer nothing else had to use mad farmer to bring the ph water down Las vegas water ph is too high my ph reader was reading 7.5 so it was adjusted to 6.5

2/17/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 1- I removed some of the water to see where the roots were only one had roots in the water. However I want to go ahead and get them on Week one Nutes So I am over 50 gallons of water in the system so I mixed the Trio at a 1.0mil per Gallon but restricted it to a top of 50 gallons period. I top fed the other two to keep encouraging root growth. I also finished my drying and curing from my last run and wanted to show what it looks like all bagged up and in the cannatrol. I added the following Nutes: Silica = .5Mil/Gal= 25Mil CalMag= .75Mil/Gal= 37.5Mil FloraMicro = 1Mil/Gal= 50Mil FloraGro= 1Mil/Gal= 50Mil FLoraBloom= 1Mil/Gal= 50Mil ORCA = .5Mil/Gal= 25Mil EPSOM- 1 big pinch 2/18/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 2- I top fed #1 and #3 since they still don't have roots in the water, I will continue one top feed a day until roots hit water. 2/19/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 3- #3 now has root in the water.. Yay!! I now have #2 and #3 with roots in the water so no top feed for them. I only had to top feed #1 and the only reason I didn't just go ahead and cull her today was I am responsible for breaking her tap root and stunting her, I wasn't careful enough and she was the first to show a good root. In that vain I will carry her a few more day's top feeding but if not root by the end of the week she is getting culled. 2/20/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 4- Today I Ensured the PH is in range, I refilled the Humidifiers, I top fed #1 since the roots are still not in the water. I also removed the humidity shields from #2 and #3 today the ladies were touching the sides so they are done with the extra shields.. 2/21/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 5- Today Morning: I Ensured the PH is in range, I refilled the Humidifiers, I top fed #1 since the roots are still not in the water, Evening: I decided that the roots of the two are looking great so I am going to drain and bump the Nutes to a full Week 1/ Week 2 Nute base. I added 36 Gallons I added the following Nutes: Silica = .5Mil/Gal= 18Mil CalMag= .75Mil/Gal= 27Mil FloraMicro = 3Mil/Gal= 108Mil FloraGro= 2Mil/Gal= 72Mil FLoraBloom= 2Mil/Gal= 72Mil ORCA = .5Mil/Gal= 18Mil 2/22/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 6- Today I Ensured the PH was not too high as the system continues to cycle the water and adjust, I refilled the Humidifiers, I top fed #1 since the roots are still not in the water, 2/23/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 7- Still have to Top Feed #1 no roots in the water, however she is still progressing nicely slower than her sisters with roots in the water but still going strong.
