All doing well added a bigger dehumidifier on day 68. Fed them day 68 will be last feeding for Banana #1 her trichomes are clear nearing cloudy.

Die Woche über haben sich die Blüten weiter entwickelt. Die Trichome wurden mehr und man fängt an erste Terpene zu riechen. Wir haben Donnerstag (BT 2) stark entlaubt und schauen jetzt wie die Pflanzen wachsen. Z-Up haben wir ziemlich extrem entlaubt. Mal schauen wie sie reagiert.

Week 19 of Vegetative Growth (Transition Week – Pre-Flower Move)** This week marks an important milestone for the Pineapple Upside Down Cake: she was finally moved into the tent where she’ll spend her entire flowering phase. She’s not flipping yet — this stage is all about controlled acclimation before the real show begins. Up until now, she was growing under a 5000K blue-leaning veg light at low wattage, which kept her compact and focused on structural development. Inside the flowering tent, the lighting is completely different: a full-spectrum 3500K panel, warmer, broader, and naturally more stimulating. A spectrum switch like this can easily stress a plant, especially in late veg, so the intensity was intentionally reduced to 300 PPFD to give her a soft landing. Temperature conditions also shifted: about 21°C during the day and 17°C at night, with the light set to 25% power. It’s a cool, stable environment — ideal for a plant adjusting to a brighter and wider spectrum. The second key topic of the week was training strategy. Her growth was accelerating fast, and the debate was wide open: Should she be topped? Should we go for a scrog? Should we prune more aggressively? In the end, the most coherent choice was a clean LST session. Her main branches — roughly ten apexes — were gently bent and opened to create a wider, flatter canopy. This approach keeps stress minimal while giving her a solid architecture to handle the upcoming stretch. Over the next few days, she’ll naturally stand back up, and once she does, her true structure will become clearer. At that moment, we’ll be able to judge whether she needs extra shaping: a light defoliation, selective pruning, or even a late top if it really makes sense. For now, the plan is simple and strategic: • monitor her adaptation to the new spectrum, • watch how she reacts to the LST, • keep the environment stable, • and only move to flowering once she shows full vigor again. 9/24 Busy as fuck and personal emergencies always hit during harvest season. I took a few tops from my favorite gmo just so I have some if the weather fucks me. I'll take more today probably. WATERED YESTERDAY. I'll post pictures of dry flowers and do the reports. Three are still standing. That huge gmo is going to extracts though. 9/25 9/26 We are getting a week of rain. After looking at my trichs I decided to pull the GMO's I had left. I was sick of cutting branches due to grey mold and I was starting to lose buds to botrytis. Trichs got to about 10% amber on most. Maybe more. I worked like a mule. I was going to leave my favorite gmo and the sherb pie. However, my wife had multiple medical emergencies that required hospitalization. I couldn't risk letting my girls turn to mush if she had to stay. I'm glad with my decision. Everyone now I see is asking about bud rot and pm cures. This happened at the same time last year. She was hospitalized during late late flower. I couldn't keep this updated and I took the plants ad quickly as I could and rough wet trimmed some of them. Some plants got hung whole. I have been in trim jail. I have finished two plants and that is working my balls off. The one in the fifty and the event horizon. I'll do the harvest reports and add pictures but with my wife how she is and the work load I'm going to have to wait. I also left buds to ripen right before the rain and got lots of nice amber flowers that I froze to make a temple ball. I have lots of content. I just need time and a place to do it. I have one lone survivor. The seedling in the ten that seems to be a sativa hybrid. She's a beast and I think can handle the rain due to the fluffy buds. If I see problems I could easily carry it inside. I'll be back with some pics and videos but for now breaks. 9/28 Busy as FUCK. SICK. Been in and out of the hospital with the wife. Looking back on diaries she's in the hospital when I'm harvesting the past few years. I got two strains curing right now. I got a shit ton drying and I'm in trim jail. I haven't taken picturesor been on here but ill be more active i just havent hadcthe time. I'll wait until shits dry and I can do my harvest reports. I'll look to see if I have any pictures I can upload My sativa hybrid survived the rain. All this rain has made its leaves turn yellow and start to drop. It needs food I think. I'll check the trichs but I know it's not ready. The buds are like soda bottles but they are loose. Like a string of calyxes. I don't flgrow sativas so I'll have to ask for some help. I'm trying to decide if I should feed it. It looks hungry. I'm going to have to scope it and then I'll feed if necessary. I'll take pictures and a video when I have the chance. 9/29 Rain stopped and the sun came out. I need to take some pictures and put them up here and do a harvest report. My little BIG Sativa hybrid in the ten got scoped today. It's weird it's starting to foxtail some. . I've had tons of emergencies but I've bern kicking asses and taking names. I've got one GMO (one pheno was much faster flowering than the others), one event horizon and the sherb pie all curing. I'm just waiting on the others to dry. I've got a couple gmos that are just going to extract. One is really nice though and I'm keeping it for smoke. That's trimmed too. I have been working on the other event horizon which will be done today because it's time for it to be cured. I am sick and sore as fuck but I know how important this is and it's mine and my wife's medicine for the year. Sherb pie was a let down quantity wise but I let it get eaten by ear wigs for too long. I've got to get back to it but when I get it done I'll take the pictures and do the reports reports but this breaks over. I've got a BUNCH of fresh frozen too that I'm planning on running bubble hash with and aging a temple ball.

I make soil for testing my craft and Livingsoil and single ingredient from organic material such as fish bone fish meal crab crustaceans shrimp oyster and some guano and npk from plant base soybean and alfalfa that enough for it. I think every time about how to use organic fertilizer for plant to make crazy yield and high terp from Livingsoil

I had a lot of fun with this strain and it was grown against 400 growers so let me say PHENO hunting is a true thing. Overall the Bud was a nice dense structure and the smoke on it was smooth and the high nice and even.

Another eventful week! Transplanted into 5 gallong pots. Its interesting to see that there hasnt been much vertical growth but allot of branchung out compared to how it was with the other lights

UPDATE: Day 2 of week 10; Friday 23rd October: Nutes in with some LST and defoliation again. Diatomaceous Earth going onto the soil tops today to beat this thrips problem.. Sticky traps to catch the live ones. Glad I caught them fairly early as the girls still look ok. Raised my LED slightly today to give the girls a bit more room to grow and tonight I’m making my dehumidifier in a cardboard box solution to get the dehumidifier out of the tent to bring down the temps to a sensible level to deal with these thrips. I had no probs with thrips until the dehumidifier went in and raised the temps too much. So hopefully these small tweaks with get me back on track. Update same day: dehumidifier in a box method built, my handy work is in the pics, will update again tomz with humidity and temps checked to see if this shit worked! 🤞🏼🙏🏼 UPDATE: Day 4 of week 10; Sunday 25th October- Dehumidifier in a box idea was total shit lol but... I found that just rigging up the ducting to the dry air outlet and leaving the rest of dehumidifier in the open rather than in a box and then pumping that into the tent works much better than having the dehumidifier inside the tent. The plants have soooo much more room, fresh air and temps although slightly higher are not as crazy.. After careful inspection, I couldn’t see one thrip today and my sticky traps have lots of little bugs stuck on them 💪🏼🙏🏼... I’m pretty sure I’m not out of the woods yet, so to not disturb the Diatomaceous Earth in the soil bed I’m going to water them via the bottoms of the fabric pots for a few waterings to really ensure I cut those bad boy thrips to shreds 🤞🏼😎 Nutes will be going in too late tonight when I water them via the bottoms for the first time.. UPDATE: Day 6 of week 10 - Tuesday 27th Oct Girls looking good and the watering via the bottoms went better than expected.. So the Diatomaceous Earth can still do it’s job. Can’t see any thrips but I know they’re still there but no way near as many as before. Buds are still really small and in some areas look like they are beginning to turn orange already, I hope my LED is not burning them. I don’t think it’s that as some of the lower buds under foliage seem to have the same. Will keep an eye! Happy days 💚🍃🌱🙏🏼
