Week 11 🗓️November 15: It’s freezing outside! 3°C in the morning, 15°C in the garage (grow tent). For the moment, I have around 20°C in the growing room when lights are on.

~ DUTCH PASSION / SUPER SATIVA SEED CLUB FAST FLOWER 'TESTER' A and 'TESTER' B ~ Well cannafam, here we go again on another growing adventure together! This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/1- Week Three of veg is here for the pair of 'Testers' from SSSC/Dutch Passion Seeds. Both 'Testers' continue to do exceptionally well despite temp's in the greenhouse reaching just over 90℉ at the peak of the day. Both continue to show great vigor, color and are both constantly 'praying'! 5/3- Watering both continues every 2-3 days depending on what the plants want. Both girls are looking like champs! 5/5- Today I watered both with 8oz. of well water, to which I added 1 tsp. of Uncle Willies Worm Tea Concentrate. 5/6- Well fam, the Third week of veg is in the rear view mirror for these two beautiful 'Testers' from SSSC and Dutch Passion. Unfortunately, I have to go out of state for 7-10 days because of a family emergency, so I won't have pic's for next week. I will have a family member looking after the plants in the greenhouse to make sure all survive until I return! les 2 petites sont dans la serre 😀. le maintien du climat est plus facile que je ne le croyais, j'ai commencé les nuits et j'ai ramarqué que le taux d'humidité relative est plus simple a stabiliser. la nothern lignts est plus grande en taille que la stress killer et rattrape un peu son retard. j'ai fait 2 essais différents, pour la pousse, la stress killer est dans son pot definitif. La nothern light est dans un gobelet en carton pré-percé : pour constater, ce qui est le plus efficace. Mes doutes maintenant, se porte sur l'arrossage, j'ai peur du surarrosage. Et je me doute que si il n'y a pas assez d'eau que ça cause un retard de croissance. donc je mets peu d'eau. la temperature extérieur monte espérons que ça le fasse^^

D33 (24/12/2020): First week of flowering. Both officially went into flower 4-5 days ago but I decided to finish the week before starting first flower week. I fed around 3L of water today, they were thirsty. I mixed full recommended dose of nutrients for last week of veg in 1,75 gal. of water. I want to go slow in reintroducing nutrients after 2 flush last week. - temp: 25C - water: approx. 3L per plant, PH6.4. 600 PPM - run off: 900 PPM for Banana Kush and 800 PPM for Glue Gelato - RH: 54% D34 (25/12/2020): Nothing special today except that it's Christmas, everything is going well. RH is higher today since higher temperature where I live but nothing crazy. - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 58% D35 (26/12/2020): I removed leaves under canopy today and fed with a gallon of water + minerals each plant. - temp: 25C - water: approx. 3,75L per plant, PH6.8, 350 PPM - run off: 750 PPM for Banana Kush and 600 PPM for Glue Gelato - RH: 55% D36 (27/12/2020): I readjusted some ties because they are stretching like crazy! The buds are forming and more pistils are showing. - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 53% D37 (28/12/2020): Still readjusting the ties and removed leaves today. The lights are now at 24 inch and plants receive around 495-525 PPFD (38 0000 to 40 000 lux). I'm aiming to go above 600 PPFD in the next week. I will check how they react with more light. - temp: 24C - no water - RH: 54% D38 (29/12/2020): I gave approx. 3.5 L of water per plant. I used 3/4 of the recommended dose for transition week. - temp: 25C - water: approx. 3.5L per plant, PH 6.4, 720 PPM - run off: 900 PPM and PH6.8 for Glue Gelato; 800 PPM and 6.8PH for Banana Kush - RH: 54% D39 (30/12/2020): Removed more leaves under canopy. - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 54%

This week they did more stretching as you can see the one on the left is into and above the light! I can't believe this but I'll role with it! I slowly defoliate just a little here and there between watering and filling the humidifiers. They really like to eat! Also, something to note that is they love the humidity as well as the warmth. I had to clean the outside of their grow bags this week. To my surprise the roots are starting to come out the bag! I can't believe it but this is awesome! Now they'll die due to contact with the air, and in return get bigger to take in even more nutrients! As predicted they fell off because their little pieces are on the floor. Well I fed and watered them daily. Like normal whenever I fed them either nutrients or soil amendments I made sure to water the plants with plain pH balanced H2O the next day in order to flush them. Then I would do any soil amendments if needed. After that plain pH balanced H20 and then you could do another fertilizer nutrient for them. After that pH balanced H20 and then you return to the soil amendments if needed. That way every other day you're feeding soil then pH balanced H20 then nutrients then pH balanced H20. This will allow you to monitor pH imbalances, nutrient burn, or any subtle changes you need to make you can catch it before it happens hopefully!

Day 42 Flower Hey Growers. It’s been a pretty easy week. Im just watering and feeding away. I’ve slowly worked the Vipar Spectra XS2000 down to 16 inches at 100%. Im moving the light back and forth every day from the right to left of the tent and the plants really seem to like it. They have a scent of over ripe lemon. A kind of sweet lemon skunky earthy aroma. The scent is uncontainable when the canopy is manipulated and they are covered in wet sticky terps and trichomes. We are essentially just on autopilot for the time being, just hoping they are able to bulk up some more in the coming weeks. I am expecting to be at this for at least another month as this is a 10 week strain according to GHS. So far so good. I’ll keep my fingers crossed. Happy Growing 🤞🏻🌱🍋

Purtroppo per montare il filtro a Carboni mi è caduta una fascetta sulla Limonata Viola e ha tagliato una foglia a ventaglio del nodo più grande facendo un piccolo danno, ora dopo 5 giorni sembra essersi comunque ripresa, metterò altre foto appena torno a casa, queste sono di 4 giorni fa…comunque sono veramente super vigorose queste FF di Fast Buds!!!

2nd topped on day 20 and she is reacted well to HST, she is too busy with growing, there is no time to get stunted. I give her 1/3 of the feed schedule’s recommendation. Soon I will switch to bottom feed. DLI has been set to 30. Day 26 - today I installed the Megapot system. She has been transplanted from a 5 gal bag to a 6 gal one, it was quite a torture I must say. More stress for the plant. I had to do this for the better drainage. Was it a stupid move? We shall see.

Looking good, seen a few more Amber trichomes, daily monitoring. Mimosa Orange Punch drying, doing good, ready to cure in a day or two.

So I had a few issue. I over watered early on, took them out the seed tray early, started feeding them a week or two late, no humidifier yet but they recovered well.

7/6/2021 - Trimmed lower fan leaves as they were being blocked completely, and a few tips were yellowing. - Continuing to lightly bend the upper branches so the lowers can catch up. - Bought some Gaia Green veg + bloom dry fertilizers as I expect I'll be flipping to flower soon. 7/7/2021 - Watered in a little bit of Gaia Green's veg fertilizer. - Foliar fed w/ DIY kelp extract. - Yellowing/browing on a new leaf, can't identify what it is. - Staked down the branches on the upper mains this evening to open her up for more light penetration, she was gettin' real bushy. 7/9/2021 - Trimmed out middle to expose canopy

Despite no A/C in the spot temporarily, things are going perfectly fine, no complaints! Thank goodness I’m just vegging. Temps have been around 87 ish, but the plants seem to love it.

Won't be a big harvest from this girl, although the buds are fattening up nicely. Will stop adding PK in the next few days before getting ready to flush in the next couple of weeks. This plant is on the left of the timelapse video.
