Started Northern Lights Automatic. I will be applying LST so it doesn’t grow too big. Been feeding it RQS Organic Easy Grow tablets. All good so far!

Watering has jumped up to every 2 days ph 6.3-6.8 with 20% runoff Flower Fuel has been added to AP,GG and ZK watering's. Lights have been lowered to 24-28 inches. White Widow just started flower at end of the week. Still waiting on the Cream Cookie. Doing light Defoliation to expose bud sites to the lights.

In my humble opinion wen growing in organics one fight life with more life and in this case i broth the big guns, i am talking about applying nematodes (steinernema faltiae) with you cant see at naked eye but will do they’re job on the soil and take on a microscopical way, i also am introducing some beneficial bugs to be more exact the stratiolaelaps scimitus they are machines killing trips, soil flies and a bunch of other plages we dont want around our girls and i also invited some Noseilus Californicus as a preventive for Any kind of non beneficial mites. With this i recipe i have faith my girl will be in control until the end of the run were i can clean it all up good !!! The plant mulch is an exclusive mixture of harped mulch, nutrient-rich natural fertiliser, hill sand and long-term matured compost. New Tent, Started with Mr Canucks GRO medium, and planted directly in 5 gallon pots with a light watering center and plastic cap to hold the humidity. Currently 2 of 4 have broken the soil in 4 days now it’s time to keep the medium moist. The weather is chiller right now. I adjust my grow tent temp to 78. It feels the tent is dialed in for the othe 3 to germinate. When checking the seeds I realized I put them to deep. So I knuckle depth to see if there is success. The soil was cold so hopefully increasing the temp provides better results.

Week 5 of flower and seed production for all these plants has started in earnest. We cleaned up the tent somewhat and took down all the males after having done their job. Alls left is to wait for finish now. The nute deficiency appears to have corrected itself now that we’ve balanced out the ratios a little more. The WPM is no match for the sodium bicarbonate but still gonna have to keep on top of that to the end of the grow. Full fumigation of the grow spaces will be required - multi-day process I am not looking forward to. Time cleaning is time not growing, sadly. We’re coasting to the finish now but should still have some decent updates on our super secret seed harvesting method once they’ve fully matured😉👍. Hope everyone’s well and grow’n that straight 🔥. Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

Début de semaine 8 remplies de surprises, la tente de culture qui avait du retard selon moi par rapport à la deuxième tente, a progressé à une vitesse fulgurante, certes les plantes qui composent celle-ci sont plus petites mais la canopée est plus uniforme et il est à présent difficile de différencier dans ce que l’on voit de qui appartiens à qui tellement chaque plante à des ramifications remplies de bourgeons, un vrai régal pour les yeux et le nez. Elles font rêvées, ces jolies demoiselles... Ma deuxième tente que je pensais nickel si ce n'est que je n'ai pas su contrôler leurs hauteurs et que je me suis retrouvé avec les pointes qui touchaient la lampe, enfin après avoir tricoté un peu et diriger les branches en les attachants des fois avec de la laine, j'ai pu reprendre un peu le contrôle et m assurer que la lumière transite bien dans toute l'espace de culture devenu une vraie forêt. Et la surprise à 2 semaine de la fin, alors que je comptais commencer mon rinçage, je me suis aperçu que certaines de mes feuilles de la partie basse, comportaient des taches suspectes, après investigations et recherche sur internet, j'avais des thrips ! Etant en phase de floraison très avancés, mes moyens de traitements contre ces nuisibles sont donc presque nul, traitement chimique interdit, me reste donc comme solution le protoxyde d’hydrogène mais très discutés sur la toile ou les avis divergent beaucoup... le savon noir, dont beaucoup de sites présentes des recettes qui peuvent nous être très utiles , les bandes adhésives bleu prévus pour les thrips, et la dernière solution éliminé manuellement a la main... Après avoir lu et fouiller le net, je me suis tourné vers growdiaries et je me suis rendu sur le chat du site ou j'ai fait la connaissance de chouettes personnes qui me sont venus en aide et je les remercie encore grandement. Pour ma pars face à ce nuisible, j'ai suivi leurs conseils : savon noir plus éliminé à la main et contrôle minution chaque jour. Si je peux les nommes, merci à laBOSSANOVA, bird_of_prey et weedawan pour leurs conseils et leurs sympathies, première demande d’entraide réalisé à merveille. Ce site est juste top.

First time grower, criticism will be well recieved😀 Two plant ebb and flow setup in a 3x3 as a test run Top feeding until I can afford the rest of my setup🙄 Started seed in water balanced to 6.0 Sat. Feb. 29th Tap roots within 12 hours, directly into pre soaked rockwool cubes. Broke the surface march 3rd. Began 1/4 strength micro, grow, bloom and stress relief Using very hard water for the next couple days, roughly 450 PM out of the tap. Ro system to be installed march 6th Ro system now installed. Start of week 1 will be Saturday the 7th of March. Day 2: Turned the light down to roughly 50%, instead of raising it, due to the fear of light burn. Will look into it soon. Plants seem to have recovered after I decreased the light intensity. Fan and filter purchased. Alternating flush and feed cycles 12 hours apart to keep salt sats down. Day 3: Bumped light intensity back up to roughly 75% of the ts1000's capability or 700 "light units" from a cheapy 3way meter. Adding as much co2 as I can through baking soda and dilute phosphoric acid. Day 4: Exhaust fan with climate control installed March 10th Day 5: Girls exploded now that I have my salt build up figured out . Day 6: Light back up to 100% Day 7:little droopy on the one plant, gonna let them dry out a day Setup should be complete for start of week 2.(actually sick right now and having trouble getting supplies) Still need a flood table setup.
