Missed last week update but did some cutting girls have to live up to the mission 73 between the 5 plant....added one more which was a cutting from a seed plant harvested previous...didn't look like I did anything so cut dem a few day later 85 between the same plants... only cut the lower half of G4 n smaller inside branches( going to stop they dont hold up well)

So this is what she looks like... I am very impressed so far with the results...the smell and size of her buds are fabulous, skunky and chunky.. Will definitely have another run with more training and so forth...better nutes too.. But I enjoyed this run...no complications what's so ever..

This plant is in good heath but has a weird growth pattern very wild it definitely needed more like in early flower

These are actually doing really well it's a weird feeling growing something you created with the prospect that it could actually be some pretty solid quality. Aight so the other day I found another hermie in the very early stages. So I emptied the tent and sat in there in the pitch black for 15 minutes to let my eyes adjust looking for anywhere light could get in. Because I have 2 veg tents in the same room on 19 hr schedules it's impossible for me to have the room the tent is in be pitch black. There was no leaks in the fabric but the air vents at the bottom, even tho I only have 3 open a little bit, let in the slightest amount of light. I had to toss out a mandarin cookies R1V2, a bwiz x Rocberry and a gushers. I found a male flower on a Hawaiian snow x wc x g33 on a lower but instead of tossing it I removed all the lowers and am going to check daily to see if its aight or not. I ordered a ac infinity 4 inch fan, some light proof ducting and a intake carbon filter to be able to set up a intake and close the vents. Very little pollen may have dropped which could seed everything but I might have found it just in time we will see. I almost retired on the spot but I'll give the intake fan a shot as a last ditch effort. Otherwise I would have to remove the veg tents or have intake fans and no open vents for all tents. 01/05 - Updating this a day early as they won't be 3 weeks old until tomorrow - but tomorrow's pretty busy for me... Gave them both a bucket change... added the Rapid Start to GG's bucket as her roots looked like they could use some (although I STILL think they look like OG has one more week of life to her than GG!) Going to start some LST later on today, a bit of ponytailing perhaps.... I have the feeling these two are going to fill my small tent!! Update: I went back 2 hours after changing their buckets only to find GG screaming in agony (see the pics of her teaching me a lesson)... the pH had shot up to 6.7 and she was NOT a happy camper at all!! Quickly made the adjustment and will check on her every half hour and measure her pH ... she's one sensitive little gal, is GG... Meanwhile, the same thing had happened to OG but, in typical OG fashion, she just yawned and said "Huh?" but I adjusted HER pH as well... good god! Second update 01/05 ... GG's pH was going up slowly again BUT she looked 100% better - her leaves had perked back up, the terrible crisping of them had stopped.. I trimmed off the two really bad leaves as they wouldn't ever regain any ability to help the plant and I did another small adjustment of her pH down again. I've also "ponytailed" her as I've wanted to try this technique and she seemed a good candidate as her cola was definitely going to be dominant. This technique will hopefully allow the side buds to gain more height and the plant will take on more of a bowl shape as opposed to a Christmas tree shape... Should anyone reading this want to try this, you need to know you cannot allow the ponytail to be in place longer than 8 hours a day... Interesting day... very interesting day. 01/06 - Well, the two of them made it through their day yesterday ... OG doesn't show any signs of any stress and GG is doing well although a couple of her leaves still bear the marks of her aversion to high pH levels! She's going to be the one I'm really going to have to baby but that's ok... OG is just a bull - nothing bothers that one! Ponytailing both of them again today... then I'll stop for a week before doing it again. 01/07 - Decided to do a regular bit of LST on GG - she's not as bushy as OG and will take more readily to that kind of training. OG, though, is still going to be ponytailed because she's short, fat and really, really dense. Did a bit of defol on OG yesterday and it's been well received by her - she's doing extremely well! Update... I've just discovered why OG is so much further along than dear GG... I was going back through the logs I keep because I wanted to know when to expect my newest baby's roots might hit the water - and I realized that OG's roots hit the water when she was only 4 days old! FOUR DAYS OLD!!!! That's unheard of... at least in MY experience! GG's roots didn't hit until she was 10 days old (her roots were only peeking out of the netpot at 6 days old) ... so no wonder OG has seemed like she's been about a week older than GG this whole time! That one is a ROCKET!!! Wowsie! 01/08 - Continuing to ponytail OG and LST GG... and both are loving it... responding really well. OG's side bud sites are almost completely catching up to the main cola so I think I'm going to just let it ride for a while. GG is needing more LST every day, keep pulling her over, letting her small bud sites into the light and they're responding well - had I left them alone, they would have been candidates for defoliation at some point - this way, they'll probably develop into good sized buds. 01/10 - The girls are really going to town but I'm having to do some hard LST on OG to try to keep her at a similar height as GG or we're going to have problems with the light distance soon. I may also have to do some defol on her soon - she's just terribly bushy! They're both loving their nutes - GG's is slightly less than OG's - and I'm keeping GG's pH at 6.0 since she doesn't seem to like it any higher than that... 01/11 - So the ponytailing days are over... both are being "normally" LST'd and they're both pretty much the same height which is good. Did some defoliation on OG yesterday - just took the two top fan leaves off since they were so massive they were shading the entire plant... she looks awfully good this morning and I'm super pleased. Starting to look for signs of pre-flower - should be soon!

Week 8

Dear friends of growdiaries, welcome back. Welcome to the jungle. The nutrients plus the genetics of the seeds, is doing an incredible job. As you can see in the photos, some leaves burned, this is because in one night they grew by 12/15 cm, and did not give me time to lift the lamp. Incredible. I started to fold and lst all 5 plants otherwise in the square meter available there would not be. I regret not having been able to scrog, because otherwise who knows what would have come out of it. Last couple of weeks she's been affected by high tent temps, hence all her curled leaves 😓 She is also a big plant in her little 10L fabric pot. I've noticed fabric pots really do dry out faster than airpots. That is a good thing, but you have to watch her drying out too quickly also! I think she'd make a monster plant in a 20L or 40L airpot.😍
