Z420Organics Kannabia Grow Started! 🌱 The babies have started pushing out their first little leaves! We had a bit of a stretching issue at first, likely due to high temperatures (30–34°C), but I think it’s manageable — they’ll be transplanted soon and properly buried to stabilize them. Despite the heat, they're looking healthy and on track. Excited to see how these Kannabia genetics perform! 🌞🌿

Realy pleased with how healthy it's looking .Still not seen much happening getting a bit wider an a few branches but still super short .will give it some food next time I water it ,the soil is meant to feed it for 3 weeks but it's not doing much so I'm going to start early can't stop checking it then Google images to see if I'm at the right size .

We are getting close to the finish line. She never got big but she did produce what she could. She smells absolutely amazing. I can wait for harvest day. The next one I’m growing indoors for sure. The heat was not nice to this one.

COntinued to apply small amounts of pressure with LST but aside from that, letting her do her thing. Had to leave her for a few days and she got dehydrated, after a feed she perked up again but she's now started sucking all the nutes out of her lower growth. Amazing Colours! As you can see the colours on this plant at the end of its run are absolutely amazing. The buds didnt out as dense as I had hoped but I think thats just this pheno and we are busy hunting a denser pheno atm. what a great strain to grow though. no problems during the cycle of the plant and the colours make it so rewarding to grow! I would definitely recommend this strain to people who like fruity and colourful plants. Barneys never disappoints really;)

Lefty was dropped during veg that explains why she looks a few days behind the other i damaged a high fan leaf in about week 5 of veg and now I know what effect it has so not to do it again! Started on pk13 two days ago just a video update for now 😋

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. We have made it to the end of Week 6. Conditions in the tent have improved DRAMATICALLY. The heat wave has finally passed and the temperature has finally leveled out. Not only that, the super weird monsoon weather that we were having has also passed and now the humidity is not rising above 60%. This turn for the best is really showing and also fixing the pH problem I had also probably helped a lot. Going to push the PPM a little more this week, between 750-850 The color of the buds is really coming through now, especially in the pineapple express and zkittles. The melonsicle seems to be growing much more like a traditional sativa. I feel it's about a week behind schedule with the rest of the plants. It seems to be on a true 9 or 10 week tract at this point. I think the blue gelato is going to be a bust in terms of yield. It just got heavily over shadowed by the other three plants from the beginning. It has stayed quite small and I am not sure it will yield heavily. Hopefully the smoke is quality and I will be impressed enough with my first Barney's Farm experience to try again.

So, this week I cut phosphorous intake in half, and did a small cleanup job, removing some leaves. Plants look really healthy, except I would've expected they showed nitrogen deficiency signs since then, which suggest soil might be keeping some nutrients. Not sure if that's good or bad (certainly not a real issue tho). I started to flush yesterday; we'll see how it goes for the next few days. I already see a few amber trichomes, so harvest is either for end of week or next one. I'll have to travel a few days next week-end, so I try to sequence everything the best I can :) Also, I just heard about stem splitting, which doesn't seem to be a common technique among us; I'm not planning to do this to my plants (at least not yet), but I'd like to have your opinion on that; anyone tried ? Days 120 - 126 (from sprout) 9/20/24 - 9/26/24 The Good Shit - week 13 of flower and trichome heads are looking far more swollen For IPM I sprayed existing mulch layer with tweetmint, followed up with topping all pots off with build a soil 3.0 and forest collected IMO's - fungus gnats almost completely eliminated overnight Pots were cover cropped with build a soil seed blend + grape tomatoes, oregano + thyme, snap peas and napoli carrots Fingers crossed harvest is on the agenda for this lady next week

What up fam, weekly update on these lovely ladies. I put the scrog net out this week for support and am I glad I did. Only after a couple days they grew right through it. The greenhouse is 6'5 feet tall and they're pushing 5'6. I'll go in there and take off some of the lower fan leafs at the bottom but not to much defoliation needed. I'm seeing preflowers so I'll also switch the nutes from grow to bloom. All in all Happy Growing.

Another week for this SOG of Auto's from our friends fastbuds, at the moment they are doing great, i do notice that some genetics required less food than others (they all got the same amount but some showed signs of N toxicity last weeks) At the moment we noticed the stretch and we needed to put the lamp higher, we are growing with a TS1000 at the moment and things are looking good 😊

Everything is going great :-) You can see every day how they continue to explode :-) Although we are still at the beginning of the vegi phase, the roots grow out on the first drain hose. I carefully pushed it back up into the system :-) As fast as it all goes, I think I'll switch to bloom next week. I wish you all a nice grow 😎
