Coming into week 4 transplanted into 5gal fabric pots. 3 plants are doing great really starting to hit there spurt. The one that topped over is starting to make a comeback. Thriving in flowering tent 120x120cm [4x4 ft] 12/12 since yesterday (since it was almost full week still on veg I count it as last 8th week of vegetative phase) PPFD set around 600 µmol/s/m² - I want them to stretch somewhat in next few days so I can easily ScrOG them. Nets are already waiting on the side. You can clearly see difference between cultivars. Jelly Breath (left) are short and bushy and Sugar Canes are tall and lanky. Both strong and doing great 💪🌱

Última semana usando pk y engorde en los riegos. Pasamos a lavar las raíces regando solamente con agua. Last week using PK and fattening in the irrigation. We moved on to flushing the roots by watering with only water.

Can’t wait to try some of these flowers very happy with my first Scrog attempt beautiful deep purple buds. The next run of the do-si-dos auto will be 100% organic as i have the ingredients for living super soil, top dressing and compost tea on there way… so excited Juan has produced a few new white pistils but not to many so I have given her a last supper of my compost tea. We are in the final week or so Noticed today that Juan wasn’t actually touching the scrog anymore so removed it and got a few beauty shots 🤣👌

Made a minor tweak with with the SCROG method on the CS strain this week, I removed the net completely to allow the stems to shoot straight up. Added molasses to my feeding this week, hopefully it does what I expect as the budding sites on both plants are beginning to thicken.

Week 4 has begun. LST (Low Stress Training) is starting to show its effects: most of the shoots have grown past the rim of the pot and are being tied down further away from the center—this will continue until the stretch begins. During the stretch phase, no further training will be done; the plants will be allowed to grow upwards undisturbed. I’m curious to see how many shoots will be in the desired position by then, and whether all the shoots or bud sites will be on an even level after the stretch. Until then, defoliation will continue as needed, and tying down will be adjusted accordingly.

Here we are starting week 5 with this beautiful plant (the big one, I should give her a name...) who went through all her vegetation weeks showing great strength, thriving like a boss and making me so very happy! What a therapeutic experience 😎 On day 32 I decided to introduced a 1000W LED monstrosity light to the grow environment, hoping to give a nice boost on her first week of flower, than a rookie mistake happened...of course. I forgot to raise the lamp further up, that caused a slight burn on the tip of a hand-full of leaves. The good news is: she is doing just fine as beautiful as ever. :)) The little girl got another defoliation session and she is recovering well after mainlining last week, but man.... she slow...she very slow. There Is strength on her, I noticed her little branches curving against the mainline ties, she is sassy Im telling you. I am going to insist to see what happens. Overall the girls are doing just fine, my two other seedlings are coming up sweet'n fast, I should've have planted all 4 at the same time! *FutureNote* Now a quick question, what is the lifespan of a Chinese 4'' carbon filter from Amazon? Apparently 5 weeks LOL. We are very happy with our two girls. We have worked them with two forms of different topping as we have said several times to try the yield and the way of filling and growing the plant. The first plant that is worked with our favorite topping way is worked at 16 peaks that grew up all high and regular and are filling fine. They are full of white hairs still fortunately and is swelling well for really we are very confident that this plant arirvated at maturation will be productive, beautiful and very competitive. The second plant is always worked with the topping at 16 peak central but leaving two "side" branches under the central main line. These two branches despite having tried in all ways to keep them low, steal power in the center and grow well and swell, but I think they approached a little too much to light and you are a bit burned the leaves I put it under a more delicate light Now but it's swelling anyway. They are all two sticks and promise excellent collections I believe over 50 but we don't want to protect us and enclose yourself so therefore we humbly hope that everything goes well and to compare ourselves cheerfully for the contest. Enhancer of Mother house started very good product no smell, looks very nutrient i would try to drink me too <3

Start of week 5. Week 4 went well, bud site development is going great, she's gaining size and weight, the smell is like fresh greenery, almost like walking in the spring forest.

Day 77. Maybe a bit early, but no space and one Smoothie went for a date with bud rot ;))) didn't want to loose that nice top. Very frosty, nice gassy smell surrounded by fruits. Day 82. Second girl is down. Both small as you see, but with few branches will produce seed packaging cover type plant. Maybe second got some purple fade ... First was very nice by structure. Day 85. First went to jar. How lovely it sparkles and smells !!! Solid strain, even being so small by structure. Day 89. Second is in jars too ! Happy Growing !!!

Girl Scout Cookies-Day 49# The plant is at the end of its seventh week today, it has progressed nicely, if it hadn't been for the problem described in the text below, it would have been better, but my God 5 nights ago there was a strong storm, the morning after the storm when I came to the site, I found some plants crooked, some normal, but there were no broken ones, thank God, but they were very stressed and what you can see in the pictures appeared on the leaves, some leaves were crispy at the edges, but still green, mostly shoots before the newest ones. I haven't had this problem before, I researched a bit on the internet and came to the conclusion that the wind burned them, and I also turned to GW for an opinion, two characters confirmed my opinion. Two days later I noticed that the matter was getting worse and that it was spreading, which worried me, so I contacted GW again for an opinion. Some told me that it was mold, some that it was an infection, disease and so on, mostly guesswork, but no one specifically told me what was certain, so I decided on nim oil, and whatever it is, I guess the problem should be solved. According to some leaves, I would say that insects might be the problem, but I really don't know, I haven't had similar problems before. I regulate the ph of the plants, I still don't feed them, there is food in the ground for another week, except for the fact that I added cal-mag after that storm when I watered them. I want to say that the plants are certainly not locked, and the heat is not yet so high that this would happen from the same, the more the temperatures have dropped and now it is perfect. Since transplanting, I have watered the plants only 2 times. Yesterday morning they were topped for the second time, only the main branches, I will do the next topping of the side branches. Last night I sprayed the plants with neem oil and already today the problem seems to be going away, if I tripped at least it doesn't spread further, that's for sure. I didn't mix the oil very well, I didn't add any soap or anything like that because I wouldn't really spray the plants with any chemicals, and on some of the leaves on one or two plants there is that thick, brownish liquid, so I hope it won't hurt them, I noticed that today during the day, I couldn't see it at night. I still don't know what the problem is, but my guess is still that the wind burned them or some insects. Speaking of insects, I think I noticed thrips on one plant on the underside of the leaf, so in addition to the neem oil I already gave, I also ordered SMC, so I will spray that at least once a week while they are still young. 4202024 or backwards, it’s 4202024. I’m sure there will be other palindromic dates in future, but this is the one and only stoner palindrome date that can happen in our lifetimes. Thanks to Seedsman for the idea of a 420 grow-off and the chance to try some of the latest and greatest. Anyway, started some Blueberry Pie F1 Fast seeds from Seedsman today. Very promising sounding genetics, and I’m very keen to see how she goes. Hopefully we won’t get as much wildfire smoke as we did last year. The plan for this plant is a 16 cola manifold with force flowering (12 h darkness) starting in late July for a couple of weeks. Starting in a glass of water on a heat mat at 25 C. Kept in dark using foil. I’ve decided to avoid plastic for the seed starting. Also, based on a science paper I saw this winter, I’m leaving a ripe apple in the dark with the seeds. Apparently the ethylene gas helps, but only in the dark before light is applied. Tried it with tomato and pepper plants and seems to work. First time trying with my cannabis seeds. Will add the reference to the paper some day. Apr 22: moved into soil. Starting three seeds but I only have room for one plant. Will adopt out the other two. Apr 25: removed foil cover (and apple) and set the plants beside the light that is going for tomatoes and peppers. The seedlings need minimal light at this stage so taking it easy. After the first 2 weeks of Veg, she's looking great! After adjusting the light distance and intensity a bit, the issue with the weak and stretchy stem disappeared. Also, the fact that her roots have reached the nutrient rich living soil part absolutely helped with her development. Now she's standing super firm, her stem is stable, her nodes are coming along nicely and thus on Day 17 I decided to top her just above the 4th node. Another day of rest and recovery before I'll adjust the light distance a little more, to bring it closer to the plant. She also has some mushrooms growing out of the soil - so sweet! When they're gone, I'll add some mulch and possibly a Blumat drip feed system, so the top soil remains a decent moisture level.
