Hey Growers. Things are going well in the Cindy tent. They are all at various stages, but making good progress this week. A lot more trichomes on the advanced 2 and bud structure on the straggler. I removed some larger fans blocking bud sights and cleaned up the underneath of the straggler. I am just watering when dryish and adding a bit of monster bloom. I am also moving the XS2000 from side to side to decrease light stress and pump them with as much light as possible. No need for any Gaia Green this week. Happy Growing 🌱

Defoliated heavily, and I'm giving only water for the last weeks

Hi all another week done strawberry banana still hanging on ill chop her tomorrow though and hang to dry for 5 to 10 days but other plant well thats a different stroy i chopped that bitch down and dried it all lasted 6 days drying between 16 &21 degress a few warm days but nothing to mad and 55 to 62% humidity now its curing in cvault containers no smell of hay at all jst pure sticky and opened container to weight it and wife screams down stairs about the smell of house I wouldn't say it was out of container and on counter top for more than 3 mins and she roaring over smell so hopefully that a good sign 🤣🤣66 grams dried. Now to my one criticism to myself the buds are a bit airey compared to what I was aiming and hoping for did I do anything wrong or will they dense up in curing process or do they come out same way they went in either way tho im well happy with my first run at this plus strawberry banana a much bigger plant buds look much denser and frostyer so dying to see what grams she gives out when all done Thanks again all Keep grow and blazing.

Things progressing, does defoliation really improve yield? I’m hearing conflicting arguments

Hi guys So day 6 of the flip and the screen is nice and full I will now let the nodes and bud sites stretch up, connecting autopots up tomorrow with just water for a week, I had to wait as needed a new air pump for the resivour. Blue cheese is a bit droopy also due to them needing water but have perked back up now. I raised the lights as I noticed the purple stems so obviously to much wattage set on the light. I am changing nutes to shogun for the autopot system, hence just the water for a week. On the whole looking good but a long way to go.

Week 5 for my plant so far it might be 4 more week to go, i have cut down a little bit of nitrogen The bud get nicer and got more trichomes but it seem not harden up by now. I have 5 large branches as in the video and 5 other small branches, how many gram dry will i get anyone have a guess i'm excited the last picture is the bud i cut down because the downside of it has greymold, i dry it for 5 day and cure for 6 day seem pretty nice, enter your thought :) If there anything i would do in this stay to maximize the crop, need suggestion

***April 18 Another great week for this freaky girl. The buds are getting fat and trichomes are producing everywhere! My fingers were coated in a sticky sweet pine coat just from removing a few fan leaves around the inside. You can really smell this girl when she is out of the tent. I also did a proper measure with a tape measure, and we're coming in a a whopping 22 inches!! Changed the reservoir, same as always. I think I have a good amount of nutrients getting into her, so I will leave it at the levels I have right now. (Tips are just BARELY burning, which is a perfect sign I'm at the limit). Looking forward to how much she changes this week! Only a few more weeks to go! 😀 ***April 20 You can really see the nugs stacking now. Been doing a lot of tweaking with the new gear and multiple sets of plants. Been quite a busy week and probably behind a bit on keeping track of everything. I'm currently working on trying to get better charts made to keep track of things like light schedules, detailed feedings, height change per day, etc. My current setup is my oldest 1st set of plants (5plants) and my 3rd set (6 seedlings), in my new 4x4 Vivosun grow tent equipped with a Spider Farmer SF-1000. I have kept my 2nd set of plants (4plants) in my original 4x2 Vivosun equipped with 600W Vivosun LED. These plants had been extremely stressed due to not having soil or containers available with shipping constraints. They've been doing a lot better since then and I'm hoping they make a full recovery. Fingers crossed! Running 24hr light schedule. Both tents equipped with temp/hygro high and low ranging from about 71-81°F with an average of about 78°F. Watering by plant pot weight, according to GH FloraTrio + CalMag Schedule. Mild LST via tucking of leaves blocking developing sites. The first set of plant's nutrients was made to 4gal of water. The mix is a ratio of (Cal-Mag/GHMicro/GHGro/GHBloom) It's mixed (for the 4gal) in order; 10mL, 5mL, 10mL, 10mL. 440ppm @ 98.5°F 890EC @ 2.2°F us/cm This new nutrient mix was applied for the first time tonight and will run about a week. I'm running a bit behind according to the GH schedule I was following due to stunting the growth I felt like over a couple issues to where I have them an extra week of veg nutrients. As I have defoliated them and they have seemed to take it pretty well, I'm hoping the increase in bloom nutrients will kick the buds into overdrive for production and the plants will start to thicken up again. The second mix follows the same order as the first set in regards to nutrient usage. This mix is only mixed to one gallon. It as follows; 2.5mL, 2.5mL, 1.25mL, 2.5mL. 500ppm @ 98.6°F 992EC @ 0.4°F us/cm This is mostly following the same GH nutrient schedule as the first set only about 2 weeks behind. These plants suffered from being in too small of containers for too long and I believe this stunted their growth. I've had them in suitable new containers for a couple days now and hoping this new mix of increased nutrients will bring them back to life a bit and get them back in schedule. I'm honestly not too sure still about the ppm and EC numbers but a few bud-dies have mentioned that it plays important roles in plant health. So until I can better research good numbers and how to control it for my set up, I'm at the very least trying to keep track of the data. I apologise about this large chunk of text! I hope you enjoy the diary anyway in spite of the fact. I'm loving the look of the buds and everything seems to be going great. Only a few months to go! 😎

I did partily harvest the Special Queen the microscope shows some orange/brown trichomes they are not enough to call her ready to harvest but just like with the Painkiller im scared of bud rot and next week will be raining non stop again so saftey first thats also the reason why i removed almost all the leaves, to improve airflow. Honey Cream receives a good amount of fertilizer not sure if shes able to use it all since its getting cold and the sun is almost never shining. I water with a concentrated solution because the ground is already soaking wet. I guess i'll harvest the rest of the special queen this coming week.
