another uneventful week. the girl is still creating nodes like crazy ... she is growing sideways rather than rushing for the lights. i raised the lights higher to about 12" from the top of the leaves. i also changed the nutrients from a seedling recipe to an early growth stage recipe that is richer in nitrogen with a higher ec 1.2. i also got to see the roots for the first time, they are looking really nice - white and fuzzy. i made the main nutrient tank more permanent and relocated the used nutrient and fresh nutrient tanks in their own chamber so, it's even easier to do manual nutrient changes (1 container in and 1 container out sort thing). later on, in the week, i noticed the main roots showing a little discoloration, not sure if i should be concerned about this, but she looks healthy.. it was fun using the doser again as i really hate mixing chem's since my days in chemistry labs. looking forward to new aggressive growth this week.

Performed some light lst and topped all plants, then feed some recharge. They bounced back pretty fast they didn’t show no signs of stress so that’s a good thing. I’m give them one more week in the 1 gallons and then transplant to 3 gallon Keep up this grow is epic

Thinking of pulling this whole run at this point, the stems are in a bad way and general structure has really suffered. FIM'd both girls this week & gave compost tea(ecothrive biosys) to aid recovery. Will make a decision on growing them out depending on how they respond. (Update end of week.) So in the first week these girls stretched terribly, instead of riding it out and letting them adjust I tried a trick I've applied with tomatoes in the garden and coiled an inch of the excess under the surface and covered it. After a burst of invigorating from the microbe tea(biosys) these girls seem to be recovering from the stress fairly well. The only down side, the stems have broken the surface and left me with these crazy bonsai style stems & the girls are very short and bushy, concerned the stems won't hold any weight later in life.. Will give this another week and make my decision TLDR; Don't interfere with nature when you can help it, especially with autoflowers. Update day 28 from sprout. Bbk1 showing signs of nitrogen toxicity after perking up, I had to use the bottle measure last week instead of a syringe. Much less accurate so assume this is the cause, just ph water for a while. Bbk2 perking up slightly. I did think these girls looked a funny shape and now I can see the stem properly its starting to make sense 🤦‍♂️🤣🤣

Hello thanks for stopping by. These beautiful ladies from weedseedsexpress are just so easy to grow, they have amazing leafsets and the branch spacing for me is perfect. Lots of space for light and air to get through. Get them in for your summer grows because if the smell is anything to go by i can not wait. I took some leaf off yesterday from the lowest nodes and my hands were sticky with a sweet smelling candy smell.. Just so inviting..😻 i dont really know what i was thinking with how i shaped them. I started out with the thoughts to mainline for 8 colas but then i remembered my triple cheese grow and i can not do another 12+weeks of veg... So i have just shaped them how my eye wanted them. Smoked a big joint then sat and just let it happen.lol so i dont know how it will effect yeild but then i am not growing for max yeild i am growing because i like it and theres the bonus of some great weed..😇 For me i love the tall shape i expect i will have to tie them to the roof to stop breaking (i hope) Feeding is still once a week with some N and otherwise just 6.4 H20 and beneficials when needed.Will be adding some Bloom possibly this week when i see some flowers but at a low EC. I dont know how strong the Ecothrive charge i used at potting is?!? i dont want to stress them with an over feed so will start very very light and build up as they ask for it. Thanks for looking. Week 6, added Biobizz top max according to their schedule. Great to see so many pistils growing and the smell is strengthening. A lot of growth the past week and this week, the height went to 36 cm and down to 30cm due to LST. In hindsight (writing this in week 8,5) I should've spread the large cola stems even further outwards and guide one/the big main cola to the center, I did try a bit but couldn't see what stems to move to the center.

Just letting it do its thing. not having any problems, just another week of fattening. No ripening pistils, calyxes are swelling, trichomes have decent clear/cloudy heads on them....happy days

Week eleven now. Found out it's getting longer than the breeder mentioned, that's good, girls have more time. Most of the pistils are still white. After defoliation new buds appeared in the surface.Most of the buds have formed, they are big enough but they seem to have more to offer. Also they are dense like the video shows.
