End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

What up Fam. Weekly update on this big girl. I'd have to say it might be the biggest auto plant I've grown. It's drinking 1gal a day and not showing any signs of slowing down. The colas are stacking amazing with flower sites. Looking forward to the upcoming week's. Happy

Bienvenidos cultivadores de marihuana clandestinos, y también, a los que tienen la fortuna de no serlo!🖐️👨‍🌾 Casi 18 semanas de vida de esta cepa seria, colorida y exótica, esta semana mudanza a mi armario de cultivo casero en compañía de su compañera LSD, ambas plantas de similar envergadura y altura han encajado como un guante en este espacio de 60x40cm, al estar la floración avanzada en ambas plantas, la masa foliar se ha despejado un poco a favor del crecimiento de los cogollos, esto provoca mayor entrada de luz a todos los rincones de las plantas, actualmente alumbro ambas plantas con 265w de buena luz, en el dosel 3 lámparas Full Spectrum (200w), en laterales opuestos un panel de 2800K y 60x30cm y otro de 3000k +660nm y 30x30cm, todas las luces muy cerca de los cultivos, me aprovecho de las bajas temperaturas y de que el armario permanece siempre abierto, esta planta que ya tenía tendencia a colorear las hojas, ahora con el descenso de temperaturas son más hojas las que se tiñen de hermosos colores violetas, amarillos y verdes... I loved! Los cogollos presenta una gran densidad y rozarles solamente es liberar un gran espectáculo de aromas exóticos! El último riego de esta semana ha sido con poca concentración y componentes estimuladores, para desahogar el sustrato de nutrientes acumulados y con la vista puesta en las últimas semanas de cultivo, donde he prometido a la planta grandes comilonas... a jugar! Growing pretty well so far. I'm excited for this to be a good daytime strain to keep me motivated, in a good mood and hopefully not anxious. She'll be going outside so I'm strengthening her stem so she'll be able to handle outdoor stresses.

The effect was very Indica-heavy, but I also harvested it with a relatively high amount of amber trichomes. W

Cold cold week, with intermitent rain, and the last feedings, The AK is yellowing and rushing to flower, but, there are still white hairs, and the fattening is not complete, so im flushing until the end (1-2 weeks) Im looking for a narcotic effect so im letting her more time, because no bugs around, the THC layer has increased this week and you can smell the therpenes a little more, really musky-fruty with hints of mango It has reained on the plant last 3 weeks intermitently, but as the buds are not so compact as a Skunk, and the thc layer covering the flowers i find it can survive more, without problems Never expected to have an Indica the 10th of November but, im happy with that fact, she started to grow 7th of August soo a late Afghan Kush ^^ The colours are incredible, thanks Nature and Sedsman for this gift !! On 7/25 I finally got some time to spend with this girl because my Sunday Farmers Market was postponed a day due to rain, so I got pretty wet out in the garden😅 I removed the discolored fan leaves that were't getting enough light and a few interior branches growing inward that wouldn't amount to much. I used 4' bamboo stakes and PGarden EZ Soft Plant Ties to train her main branches out for better air circulation and light penetration. Since it won't be long until they start flowering I decided to give them a bit more P&K with the Neptune's Harvest Rose & Flowering and some good old fashioned Crosby's Molasses to get that sugar production going😋 After I was finished I brought the trim leaves back with me for my horse since he loves snacking on them😉

She was touch and go couple weeks ago and you could never tell it today! Originally what I think happened was the stalk was over saturated so I toned back the amount of watering and ran a stint of florakleen to back it up.
