Week 8 Flower Flush flush flush 💦🚽💦🚽💦 It's extremely important to flush for at least 14 days when using synthetic nutes, or any bottled nutes in my opinion. The aim is to make her cannibalize (fade) as much as possible before she's chopped. By doing this, she's using up her stored nutrients, causing the leaves to eventually die. The better the flush the cleaner the smoke 👌💨 even when in an organic set up, the plant needs to be nicely faded before being harvested. Otherwise she's still full of nutrients. I still feel I'll be able to get an even better flush when I eventually make the switch to RO water, as my tap water holds a ppm value of approx 150. It's not too much, but 0 is always better. She was taken down on Day 57 flower, after a 16 Day flush. I didn't want to take her any further as she was quite stressed being so close to the light. So to avoid getting seeds I waited until she had a beautiful fade before giving her the chop ✂️ I always take my girls down about 30mins before the light turns on so there is minimal chlorophyll production in the plant. This is to ensure the best smell, taste and overall burn after drying and curing. A subtle but very sweet-ish tropical fruit skin kind of smell to her. Her buds are super dense and covered in trichomes. I trimmed off all fan leaves and then each branch was hung in my drying box and placed in a cool area. She was dry after 6 days and ready to be dry trimmed and jarred for curing. I'll post those pics with the harvest update! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺

Very slow growing let’s see how it goes after the LST. Day 28 getting better but still not satisfied

Buds getting thicker now. Doesn’t look the best due to the overdose but is frosty and will see how she smokes.

Day 70 — Cruising right along with the grow. Can’t say enough about the Sensi Bloom. I will definitely be using it for the next grow. Both Veg and Bloom. Buds are really filling on the short LB. Getting fat and sticky. Smell is really nice as well. Remind me of the pot from the 70’s. I’m starting to stress a bit about when to harvest. I don’t have a magnifying glass strong enough to see the trichromes. Is there another telltale sign the plant is ready? I’m starting to see the red hairs so is that an indication flowering is winding down? I still think I have a couple weeks, but will be watching them closely. Thanks for reading.

Week 3 = The Clown Show. I definitely transplanted too early into 14l pots. I also should have only started two seeds because this tiny tent is crowded now. I kinda freaked out when I saw what looked like nutrient deficiencies (calcium, potassium, I don't know) AND nutrient burn? I was so damn confused. I also realized not ph'ing was a dumb idea and quickly went out and bought a ph meter. I assumed since the tap water here is drinkable and not chlorinated, it's fine. But turns out it all comes from underground aquifers that are made of bedrock and every mineral that increases ph. I'm using lemon juice as my ph-down now and have figured that out pretty well. 1ml of it gets the water down to 6.0-6.3. Anyway, I spent the weekend in YouTube University trying to figure out what mistakes I made. More experienced growers, please feel free to comment with tips. Just don't be an asshole.

Hello This is the end of week 13 and the beginning of week 14 of veg. I didn't report last week because I was still harvesting the 13 plants of Captain Future. Put the last plant in the curing bags last night. I'll be switching over to flowering either tonight or tomorrow by taking out the lights and opening the tent at 8 am and closing it at 8 pm. Each plant is getting 2 gallons of rainwater for now. Still lots of compost in the pots for food for them. But I'll be mixing up some flowering solution to put in the 15 gallon reservoir and giving each plant a few minutes each day. It will last for 6 days and I'll clean and mix some new nutrient on the seventh day. I'll hand water when the pots seem dry. Each plant has filled their space now and it's time to flower. OK. Grown outdoors no nutrients just tap water (about 1Gal/day) on the days with no rain... usually around noon when I can see them sag and the weather forecast doesn't predict rain for the rest of the day. I add Terpinator (30mL/Gal) when I water manually. 2020 was an exceptionally warm summer in Quebec. Seeded on May 20th Sprouted on May 23rd Kept in nursery (watered with tap water + B1 vitamin (3ml/L) until Transplanted outside June 16th No Technique applied, she grows as she feels the needs.

Super stinky, eye irritatingly. Harvest is gonna be fun. Reduced the A&B, cut out P/K and molasses. Added mamoth P(free sample) I dont know if It'll do shit but eh free. I've got enough for next grow too. PUrple kush 5 plants in seedling stage now.
