Esta por empezar el engorde final. Ya las flores estan casi formadas. La altura está al límite total. Uno o dos centímetros más y estaría en problemas de verdad. El engorde de muchas flores ya es notorio, pero creo que el uso de un bioestimulante que no es de primera línea, ha reducido el potencial de las plantas. De todos modos hasta no tener el resultado final no puedo afirmar nada. La solución de esta semana fue cargada con más pk booster para ver cómo funciona la linea de greenhouse en esta etapa. Suelo usar pk 13/15 de canna. Pero esta vez puse el que tenía. Seguiré actualizando. Día 31. Se nota mucho el engorde. Las hojas muestran pequeños signos de sobre fertilización, pero nada grave que no haya visto antes. Me suele pasar en esta semana en todos los cultivos en hidroponia. Pero las veces que ko me pasó, no tuve el engorde deseado. Por eso manejo mediciones de PPM superiores 1000. Se empieza a ver cuáles van a ser los cogollos más grandes, pero sigo con incertidumbre sobre cuanto más van a engordar. Estoy bastante conforme al momento. Hoy tuve contacto con plantas macho, pero me cambié toda la ropa antes de acercarme al indoor y le lavé. Además no sé si sumará, pero me rocío en alcohol cada vez que entro a casa, así que espero no tener problemas. Ya voy a ir preparando los esquejes para la próxima siembra. Quizá no logre sacar 10 de las madres que tengo. Pero quizá ponga menos y los haga crecer más tiempo y con bastante LST. Pero será en otro protecto. Por ahora espero que siga el engorde. Día 33. Ya el engorde es un hecho. Por el momento estoy bastante satisfecho. La solución se concentró demasiado así que tuve que agregar agua. Pero más allá de algunos signos de sobre fertilización mínimos y pasajeros en las hojas, la plantas se muestran saludables y firmes. Todavía sigo buscando la posibilidad de agregar overdrive la semana que viene. Todo está por verse. Ya puedo asegurar que va a haber una séptima semana de floración, sino debería empezar el lavado en 2 días, cosa que a la vista, sería muy apresurado. Así que seguiré esperando a ver las flores con los pistilos más secos. Entre tanto los tricomas ya están formados, pero recién van a empezar la maduración en unos días. No saco foto porque el celular no hace buen foco con la lupa, pero ya intentaré mas adelante. Día 35. Cierra la semana con una buena idea de lo que van a ser los cogollos. Según el calendario de la planta, debería empezar el lavado esta semana, ya que sería la última. Pero por la madurez de los tricomas, todavía le faltan entre 10 días y 2 semanas más. Así que se viene otra semana de sobrecarga de PK y voy a aumentar la dosis para aprovechar a medir el nivel de tolerancia de la planta a altos niveles producto. Al ser hidroponia y trabajar con el ambiente bastante controlado, confío en que voy a poder aplicar correctivos a tiempo, si empiezo a notar defasajes bruscos.

I used this supplement 4th time. All was good but we need use 150-200% of recommended dose as i sad for better results. So the day 71 was harvest day) the buds really frosted and dense.. . Sep 14: starting the ninth week of flowering and getting close to the finish. Buds are still putting out new pistils and definitely packing on weight. Also cool nights lately so there is some purple and blue colour starting. This is one of my favourite all time grows, and possibly the best. Sep 15: she is definitely packing on weight and if there was no support the outer manifold branches would be collapsing. Every single day I’m amazed at the daily progress on this plant. Definitely this year’s star. Sep 17: still going. New flowers are still forming so she’ll be going a bit longer. I want her done by the end of September if possible. Not that I’m complaining about more flower growth it’s just the sun gets weak and then it often gets too cold by mid October. I want ripe buds and not stragglers. Sep 18: I was thinking to start harvesting this weekend but the flowers are still blooming so I’ll put it off at least another week. Sep 20: some rain overnight the last few day. I have shaken the branches to get off excess water, but I found two small patches of bud rot (identified by dead leaves) that were removed and I then harvested the nearby bud. 49 g wet bud now hanging. These buds are huge and likely slow to dry thoroughly. #seedsman420growoff #seedsmanseeds

The plants are thriving! Up till now no issues at all, its all going perfect! I did start giving them more water. They get 2 liter per plant with 2 days in between. They are very thirsty, as they should!😁

They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! 31/07/23 Everything seems to be going really well even though I haven't added nutriments. I'm planning to use LST on plants 2, 3, and 4 this week, hoping not to mess anything up. I'll have to buy a dehumidifier too because it's very humid at my place right now, and I can't get the humidity level below 65% 01/08/23 I started the LST but only on 2 and 3, and I have no idea if I did it well, but I'm quite happy with the result. 02/08/2023 I have cut some leaves, especially on numbers 2 and 3, so that the little heads are no longer in the shade but directly in the light and I haven't touched number 1, I don't plan to touch it until the end.

Having a battle with my soil ph which is at 7.3 (down from7.8) I have been watering with water in the 4.5- 5 ph range since the soil ph is so high. I am also having nitrogen issues . I stopped feeding a last week. I added a bit of top soil to the plant which might have added more nutrients making it worse. I am going to do s flush and see If things improve.

Some mild defoliation this week. Budding up nicely and starting to frost. This girl was having a foliar feed of algae last week but this week she's getting light foliar sprays of the Lacalva stress treatment from madame grow on top of her other feed. I'll do this every 2/3 mornings and I'll only lightly mist the top. I'll concentrate most of my foliar feed on the lower growth and undersides, away from the buds. This is the main reason I kept so many lower fan leaves this time.

Week 5 begins for LSD and Green Crack! The LSD ladies had the most yellowing over the last week, yet they have the most frost on the buds. The Green Crack ladies had a little bit of yellowing and has bigger buds, but no frost at this time. They all seem very happy in their new 4x8 home. Ok finally all caught up to date on this diary lol. She’s getting pretty close to harvest and I can not wait. I ordered a jewelers loop and once I get that I expect it should be pretty close if not ready. I can not wait to see my final weeks. Wish I had more purple though.
