Rolling into week 3 from seed roots are starting to drop through the net cups and down into the solution. Growth appears to be a lime green color, which would indicate that they are in need of more Nitrogen (N). One is struggling to keep up with the others and is looking a bit mutated and is not responding well to the nutrients I am using. I am going to add some 5.8 pH water to her rez and see if the dilution helps. Over all happy with the progress so far, Will post again next week with new progress.

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Hope you had a great week because these ladies sure have! 😍 They're starting to get that sweet aroma this strain gives off, her aroma will be over powering my tent in full flower. Love it! Pictures and info were taken on day 12 of flower. I put 71cm tall because that's the average between the three girls. CC 1: 78cm CC 2: 68cm CC 3: 68cm CC 1 is killing it with the double main colas. 💪 💪 🤩 CC2 is my favorite. She's got a perfect shape, nice evenly distributed canopy. Took LST great. For me that's the goal when I do LST. CC3 doesn't fall behind in any way, she's looking great. There's a bunch of new growth everywhere so after 21 days i'll be doing some pretty heavy selective defoliation. Feeding 1,5L each, every other day. Will be increasing as they ask for more. How do they ask for more? When feeding if the soil is drier than normal I give a 150-200ml increment of water. I do that until they stop feeding so much then i just maintain that amount. I start reducing if it takes longer to dry. That works good for me. The old finger in the dirt trick. 👍 Nothing like knowing exactly what your ladies need first hand. They've got a lovely green lush color. It's a delight growing this strain. Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

12/30/23 - Day 54 - Hello All! I started this week a day early. I wanted to update everyone on something I have been thinking about a lot. Curing. I feel if there was a hole in my growing skills it would be curing. Last grow there was more than I had anticipated. I was not set up for curing 1 lb. I threw in an audible at the last minute. It worked out but I know I can improve with some trial and error and hands-on experience. So after reading a ton, and going off of some of my prior builds for drying, I came up with this design. I have a controller that will turn the air on and will run when the contents inside the box hit whatever RH% I want to set it at. I think the first week I will set it for 78%RH, then every couple of days go down a % until I hit 62%. The thought is that if the bucket gets above the set RH% then the air will kick on and distribute air across the buds until the RH% is back down to where you want it. It will force the humidity out. I won't need to worry about burping. It will happen on its own.... in theory. Ill update tomorrow with some pictures after the water change. 12/31/23 - Day 55 - Everything is looking good. The water change completed this morning while I was in the shower. Its adding nutes now and will do so over the next hour or so. She is starting to get stinky. I had to add the extra carbon filter to the room. I've got some pics up top of that. Happy New Year! Next time I post it will be in 2024! Have a great night and be safe! Hi Growmies, I topped her towards the end of this week and removed two sets of fan leaves. It opened the plant up very nicely in combination with the light LST I applied earlier in the week. The plant is taking very nicely to the LST and didn’t seem to care about the topping either. I attribute this to the strong root system she already has. For the next week I have fed her additionally to the canna nutes, some plant success orca, for healthier roots and Rezin from greenplanet to prepare her for pre flower. The plant looks super bushy and also very very strong and happy, she's growing super fast, and she's also enjoying life man, really happy to see this lady enjoying, she has been mainlain ed by removing the main stem and allowing the 4 secondary low ones to become the main ones, after that she got topped on each main apical and that's how we have now on week 9 this beauty, a fat runtz muffin bush! 😍

Great. Week. No signs of mold or pests. Seeing plenty of lady bugs still and this is now almost a month after I first released them. Seeing some dragon flies and assassin bugs too. Niceeee Plants are doing super well. No deficiencies with plenty of swell occuring. More in some than others. The zkittles phenos that flowered early are almost ready. Maybe one more week or less.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had sunshine and clear skies until the afternoon. We had clouds roll in and about 4:00 P.M. a severe thunderstorm hit. There was high wind, heavy rain, and grape sized hail. Fortunately the hail lasted only a few minutes. Day 2 we have clear skies and sunshine. The temperature is mid 70's. Day 3 we had rain and thunderstorms through the previous night and into the morning. We had sunshine, clear skies, and temperatures in the upper 70's. That was followed by severe thunderstorms, rain, and a touch of hail from 4p.m. to 6p.m. These were topped and had thr bottom nodes removed. Day 4 we had relief from the rain. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's and lots of sunshine. We have a few days of sunshine in the forecast 🙏 Day 5 we had lots of sunshine and clear skies. Highs in the upper 70's and 49% humidity. We needed the dryness. 🙏. Day 6 we had clear skies and sunshine. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's. Day 7 we had partly cloudy skies and temps in the middle 70's. This week was a success. The plants doubled in height and thankfully didn't have any serious damage from the hail.

Day 43 - growing very well, preflowering a. defoliated some of the under runt growth b. bumped up the nutrients to my preflowering blend, 850ppm in DWC now, offsetting the measurements based of what is already in the res. c. PH is 6.5, the plant is liking the dwc, very similar growth to West Coast OG d. Fastbuds specifically recommends 6.5 PH for this strain, we are following directions e. performed some very light LST to the outside branches Day 44 - the very light LST is great a. the plant is really stretching out b. there are going to be many colas Day 45 - drinking alot of water a. growing very well, vegging hard b. added 4L to the DWC, 1000ppm Day 46 - she is stretching upward a. everything is going great, I love Fastbuds! b. when all other breeders are failing us, Fastbuds shines through Day 47 - growing well a. all is well in the world with our plant! Day 48 - growing well all over a. she is stretching upward, lowering the light a bit to encourage even more growth, 45cm away Day 49 - what a monster! a. all is growing well, in Geneva for the week, my grow partner is sending photos to me!

another uneventful week. the girl is still creating nodes like crazy ... she is growing sideways rather than rushing for the lights. i raised the lights higher to about 12" from the top of the leaves. i also changed the nutrients from a seedling recipe to an early growth stage recipe that is richer in nitrogen with a higher ec 1.2. i also got to see the roots for the first time, they are looking really nice - white and fuzzy. i made the main nutrient tank more permanent and relocated the used nutrient and fresh nutrient tanks in their own chamber so, it's even easier to do manual nutrient changes (1 container in and 1 container out sort thing). later on, in the week, i noticed the main roots showing a little discoloration, not sure if i should be concerned about this, but she looks healthy.. it was fun using the doser again as i really hate mixing chem's since my days in chemistry labs. looking forward to new aggressive growth this week.

End of the fourth week of flowering. The stretch being finished and the buds starting to grow, I added a little PK 13/14 to the OG Kush soup. The buds start to look like good big sausages ... A bit of defoliation here too to let the LED lights illuminate the buds of the lower floors.
