Auto banana kush has sprouted. She lost one of her initial leaves from husk, and membrane sticking. This should not effect her much as she starts. I will find out in a few days. Hi friends! I decreased the amount of nutrients given because I realized, much to my deep frustration and sadness, that almost since the beginning of flowering I've been giving her too little nutrients. The chart says "x ml per liter of water" and I was just giving nutrients as if it was only 1L, the rest I just filled with plain water. So the poor thing is probably hungry for nutrients ever since she started needing more than 1 liter of water, and that may have affected the yield. Another thing, honestly, could you tell me what you think of her? I think I'm wasting the seed's potential, I think she could be bigger. But with 8-9 hours of direct sunlight per day, strong winds, and now this nutrient problem... :/ Well, I'll rectify the nutrients and let's wait!

Both of them Purple Punch sprouted. Surprised me that, within 24hours in glass of water she showed her root. Will let her veg from now on, as for this grow i am experimenting a fully organic grow without big-bud. Damn it big bud, i wish you are organic hahaha🙃. As for the soil, i doubt there is enough nutes for her to grow so i am going to top dress with bat guano.

#4 phenotype has been selected as the winner phenotype out of the 12! I've begun my "regular scale" grow in my 3x3 tent, using four similarly healthy rooted clones! I used my hand as a wedge to separate moistened soil, to then gently position the roots down into the soil. The soil was then gently pressed around the roots, and generously watered. The plan is to train out these plants for 1 month, to different shapes (node amounts) too see which shape yields the highest amount of top quality. I will lightly feed, as usual. Next run is when I will start pushing nutrients.. The comparison is important to me.

The Holidays caused a little headache this past week. Was a few hours late on water schedule due to holiday commitments. Found the middle plant had sucked all the water out and went into underwater stage. A few of the giant fan leaves took a hit, but not too bad. Didn't change anything other than water schedule to every day now and the leaves had no further damage/discoloration. All leaves still praying and doing good. Trichromes starting to pick up on all the plants now. Had a situation in my other tent with a plant that shouldn't have been saved, that i saved, and seems to have slightly hermied and I didn't catch it. Not terrible, as out of a 6 oz plant, I found 42 seeds. Hoping that tent doesn't effect this room, but it's possible it has. Just gonna ride it out now and see how it goes.

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! 1.) I think the Purple Lemonade might have flipped into preflower already like the other Red Poison and Dark Devil 2.) Think the Purple Lemonade has Tobacco Mosaic Disease? No worries for me dur only thing I can see with the streaking/twisted new growth but the Purple Lemonade is doing fine otherwise 😈 More and more reasons to go back to a photoperiod grow after this for more control/really test out the new lights 🙌 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 Moved the Purple over to it's final 5gal on Jan 26 and started light LST + watering from the bottom of the tray to coax the roots down as opposed to a top pour. Still giving them hourly sprays of basic water foliar and the light water/hydrogen peroxide spray mixed in here and there for piece of mind/extra cleaning from the soil contact during transplant. Looks like bits of purple/red flecks are starting to creep in to the stems so hopefully keeping my window open at night to drop the temperatures will pull some great colours in my tent for the first time 😻👹😈 I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. FBA2505 is getting harvested today. She has a strong smell and frosty purple flowers. She has a sweet fruity aroma. I had a lot of issue with this grow, but she came through it well. The 5th Gorilla Glue sprouted but did not take off or root at all and was pulled. The Ethos did very well 2 plants had Purple oddly under the leaves. Overall impressed with Ethos and not so much Gorilla Glue Auto
