Day 21 and I tied down a few branches to spread them out a little. This platonium has a lot bigger node spacing than the other plants. They seem happy with the nutrients so I didnt mess with the reservoir this week. Will probably give them a little calmag before the end of next week. Just going to try to keep up with some training to get as many tops as possible. Debating on building some type of scrog this run but still undecided.

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. The plants look great. Little bit of thrips damage, but other wise, they look great. Started flushing on Sun. They'll get ph adjusted tap water twice a week... with the run off, draining back into the reservoir. Plant #1 smells like lemon with some mango hints. plants #2 and #3 smell fruity with citrus hints. Will start the harvest on Aug 11th and it should take about 5 days to harvest or maybe 6. It depends on how tired I am and if I need a nap on one of those days to keep my energy up. I also put the buds into curing bags after 3 days hanging, which takes up more time. I've got some other plants to put in their places. and that will take us up to Oct. for that harvest. It's the Mac and Crack Diary. Striding into week 8, the buds are just stacking on top of each other and I think she is going to yeild pretty big! Just trimming leaves to expose lower budsites as growth continues. She is almost too big for me to get out of my tent without snapping a branch or 2 off so the coming pictures might be not as well lit or under Burple lights :( . Sorry! I have started to reduce the amount of Grow I feed the plant and increasing my bloom nute up to 2.5m/L this week. Flowers are starting to frost up just a little bit and should see some great progression over the next week I hope! Will update with more Pictures later in the week! End of week edit: She has come out of the tent for the last time until harvest now, buds are really starting to pack on some serious weight and the branches are resting on the side of the tent, next grow I will be using a net to support the branches. Other than things going very well this week there isn;t much else to say other than, another 4 weeks seems optimistic at the moment for harvest. I think it may be 5-6 weeks, what do you guys think? On day 1 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. I defoliated leaves blocking the inside/lower canopy to give more light to lower growth points keeping the top 2 leaves on cola tops. The girls are deff still stretching :) So far so good. I'm glad I flipped to flower early this run and could see even dropping the veg time by another week. Its tough working in a small grow space but I'm determined to master it lol. I lowered the lights intensity from 85% to 75% to give my tops 600-800 PPFD. Usually I just blast the plants with 100% until the stretch is over but I'm realizing that I'm way over doing it based on my quantum sensors data. On day 2 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. The girls are still stretching and putting out new preflowers. My tallest cola is 9" from the light(the other lower colas are between 10"-12" away from grow light). On day 3 I adjusted the reservoirs PH up from 6.0 to 6.3. My tallest cola is 8.5" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 10" away from light. On day 4 the reservoirs PH is 6.3. My tallest cola is 7.5" from my grow light and the average/lower cola distance from grow light is 10-11". I defoliated large leafs that are blocking lower bud sites and or touching each other causing wet spots on the leaves. I want as much airflow as possible as I can not control my night time humidity which can be as high as 80%-90%. My last run I noticed some sugar leaves touching my grow box walls and this caused them to start rotting. I want to avoid that this time around so I'm being careful not to have any wet spots from leaves laying on each other as well as keeping all colas far enough from my walls. In the future I would like to have the ability for de humidification but being in a small grow box in a garage makes it difficult to control my lung room. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH up from 6.1 to 6.3. My tallest cola is 7" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10" away from light. I defoliated and removed lower bud sites not receiving enough light. On day 6 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. My tallest cola is 6.5" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10". My tallest cola is getting 1000 PPFD while my lowers are 600-800 PPFD. On day 7 I changed out the reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. The tallest cola is 6" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10"

So this week I decided to add the Epsom salt for the suspected sulfur deficiency & after a few days, I think some green was coming back. The PPM kept rising during the week so I decided to adjust the pH to 6 like suggested. I ended up adding a little more water & I forgot to add some Cal-Mag. Some of the leaves started to have some brown spots. Yesterday I gave her a haircut, got rid of the majority of affected leaves & continued LST. Yesterday I switched out the nutrient water with pH balanced water. I've been using the powder form of nutrients (MaxiGro series) all this time & am thinking of switching to the General Hydroponics Flora series which is all liquid. Maybe that would make it easier for her/me? Maybe now would be a good time to switch since there's only pH water right now. I bought some Armor Si which I plan to add in when I start feeding soon. Also this is an autoflower, at week 6 I thought there would be some pre-flowering by now. But I'm guessing BC of the issues she's been having the growth is slow/stunted.

Today's the beginning of week 2 veg, Plants are under 600w MH lights now. Roots are growing and spreading out nicely as you can see them popping out the bottom of the pots. By the end of this week when all plants have roots popping out of the bottom they will be transplanted into 20ltr fabric pots. Feeding upped to 400ml per 3 days on average.

08/29/24. Going into week 9 flower Day 65 out of stated 70. I think this one might be about spot on. Quite a lot of milky trichomes when I checked a couple days ago. I will be checking again today. Not much else going on, other than water only now and decreased light intensity to about 55%. Gotta say that even with the fights I had with this girl in parts of veg, I’m loving how things are turning out. She’s a freaking sticky, frosty, smelly beast. Can’t wait to see what harvest brings, but don’t worry.. she won’t be rushed. Anyhow, Ill update if anything changes Update: 09/03/24. Banana is no longer with the living. She was taken last night and is hanging fully in a dark closet at 61/72 with a small fan for air movement. It’s pointed down and not blowing at her. I don’t have a way to wet weigh, I always just give dry weight so no point in doing the harvest update week yet. I will do that when she’s dry and ready to cure. She’s definitely heavy though :)

All good at the end i topped them and made cuttlings from it that do well now the canopy is nice and even Most hickups with the FG system are gone and next week we go to 12:12😁

04/01/2023 - 56 days since my little girl sprouted from a seed Third week of bloom for my Banana 🍌🍌🍌 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - the girl responded well to the change in nutrients, so I continue to feed the same as last week when I adjusted the nutrients for flowering Jungle Environ X - bud stimulators 🌼 Bud Candy - bud stimulators 🌼 Atami - ATA Calmag - it is recommended to use Calmag when growing under LED lights I stopped the Hesi Root Complex - no longer recommended this week Training: LST: just a slight LST, I attached some small twigs with string to let more light shine on them 💡💡 Defoliation: I did more defoliation so that the leaves did not overshadow the already forming buds and the plant could breathe freely - Banana was not so leafy, but it still needed a good cut 🍃🍃 Light: Mars Hydro TS1000, the girls are doing amazing under this great light, I can see a big difference compared to my past results 💡💡💓 In general: The girl is very strong, she has a strong stem - trunk, that is the basis for a proper plant 🌴. It is a sativa, which is why it has the highest photoperiod in the tent. Buds are already forming at the ends of the twigs 🌸 and there are many branches 🌾. It resembles a small dense bush.
