Hello, long time, no grow. I’m trilled to start on a new grow project, i’m away from growing a long time, but my love for ot was always present, i miss it a lot so i have got a few strains from Fastbuds to test and come back with a minimal setup. I have got the Fastberry, Bluedream, and the 1:20 cbd, they have sent in the Banana Purple punch Ok, so what is a minimal setup? For this grow i have choose to grow in my balcony, it is fairly big and i gave good sunlight, we are in summer now, so temps are high, swinging a lot. It is raining often as well so I did not need to water much. For the nutrients i will go organic i think, in my substrate i have about 30% warm castings, so i’m good for till mid grow length +-, i might add a bit of nutrients in 30 days mark. The objective of this experiment is to use as little as possible, 360 degrees. For the germination process i have used a mixed process method, that i have learned from Fastbuds and i have loved it, 24h in a glass of filtered water, paper towel for about 24h -48h and then the Floraflex gremination pellets, i have tested on the jiffy and worked fine as well. Cool about this method, if you are more on the anxious side or like to control more the process this is the way, you can follow the hole process and see the development in parts. I will add images later on, for this breakdown. Well that is it, lets hope for a cool, safe journey for this girls.

Germinadas directamente desde su eppendorf al medio de germinado en tupper mediano con agua desclorada desmineralizada a 20° al momento de rociar las servilletas. Puestos en oscuridad y con una manta térmica que va entre los 20 24°C. A las 32hs se observa que 3 de 4 abren su cascarón, a las 72hs ya estaban con radicula de 2cm +-. Puestas en jiffys de turba hidratados con 50%agua desclorada a 20°C y luego de exprimir el exceso de agua al jiffy fueron colocadas en un tupper propagador con ventilas muy pequeñas.

Anche questo aggiornamento è stato fatto grazie all'aiuto di mia madre che gentilmente mi ha tenuto e curato le bambine, sono contento perché sembra che è riuscita a seguire tutte le mie istruzioni e questa volta non ci sono stati problemi...è la prima volta che mi capita di competere in un contest e farmi mandare foto per mail..chiedo scusa se la messa a fuoco non è sempre delle migliori e personalmente non posso chiedere di meglio, è un lavoro che mi serviva e sono dovuto partire lasciando tutto indietro...tornando ai nostri fiori, il green sensation di Plagron devo dire che ha fatto la differenza, contando che il cibo questa volta è stato preparato interamente da me, ha fatto un ottimo lavoro e i fiori sembrano dirlo forte! Pink kush has been flowering the quickest, she’s growing well and her new leaves don’t show any sign on the claw so good thing I backed off of that two weeks ago. Her preflowers are turning purple and sometimes it almost looks as if she’s bleeding pink blood. I’m giving her big bud already as she started flowering a solid week before the others. Only giving a little lst and defoliation lately. Canna cheese just keeps stretching, I can’t complain because I let her go. I just hope she won’t overgrow her space. She has a nice thick stem and drinks plenty. Only a little lst and defoliation lately. Alien berries so far is the smallest of the bunch, although she’s the slowest to flower, I gave her one more dose of grow nutes before committing to bloom nutes for her. She keeps stretching and gets awfully bushy. Some light Defoliation and little lst. Strawberry Skywalker has a nice fat stem for its size, she’s short but wide and is throwing out some insane preflowers. She gets very bushy so I defoliate and lst her. In the next few feeds I’ll add big bud to the rest of them.

Week 0 Day 1 Alrighty my first grow ever but I’ve done my research through growweedeasy.com. And I’ve decided to go with 70/30 mix of coco coir and pelucite into 5 gallon fabric pots dosed with Cal Mag; and I’m planning on feeding it with FloraTrio next week. Week 0 Day 2 They split around hour 19! Gonna wait for it to grow a little more then transfer into rapid rooter that came with the kit. Just Transferred into the rooter and keeping it warm on top of my pc, hoping to see some sort of sprouting by day 3/4 and good weather to transfer these babies over. So far, I’m just keeping the ziplok bag moist with 5.5-6.5 pH balanced water. Week 0 Day 3 Transferred the rooters into the final pot for the rest of their growth, these puppies are fast growers ! pH is a consistent 6.0, and I’m keeping them in my garage since it’s 60F outside. Hoping for warmer weather, at least when she sprouts her first couple of leaves. Week 0 Day 4 Just transferred the pots outside, hoping to get those sprouts some fresh sunlight. And hoping the good weather holds up. I think I should be able to start the coco coir nutrient schedule tomorrow. Keeping an eye out for any changes. Week 0 Day 6 Spotted a couple of aphids, gonna look into natural insecticides/ordering ladybugs as a natural predator.

Hi, I have a little problem with powdery mildew after the rain, so I removed a lot of leaves for better ventilation and easier handling, the smell is amazing, while removing the leaves my hands were all in resin.

After 65 days of flowering I took the ladies down. They have alot of trichomes and even some drops of oil coming out of the leaves. They are now drying.

Going well

Found a temperature solution in a UV bulb plugged into a 150W fixture. Did just the trick to keep the tent between 65-70 at all times during the winter. Only thing now is to find a permanent temp solution for the summer and I'll be all set. Given that this is an eight-week strain I believe this is it. I will be taking sporadic pictures throughout the week to show the differences when flushing. Just began flushing today, started with a half gallon of pH 7.0 water. Top-fed until about 5-10% run-off. No more nutes, just flush. Great news to accompany this, however. I've got another Early Lemon Berry seedling fully sprouted, two clones - Knight's Templar and Strawberry Banana(Dark Heart Nursery)! Look forward to those grow journals as well. I'll be picking up 5 beans of Ethos' new Lemon Berry Candy as soon as they're in stock, so excited! Again, for anyone scratching their heads as to whether the price point of Ethos is worth it... I implore you give em' a chance! Such a smooth, kick-ass experience!

Week 4 Update – Progress and Adjustments 🌱 It’s been another eventful week in my grow tent! Here’s how things are shaping up: GHF#2 Update: I decided to let GHF#2 go and followed the community's advice to rename #3 to AN#3. I’ve been preparing my osmosis water with CalMag Xtra, bringing the EC to 0.35, and adding nutrients to reach a total EC of 1.2. AN#3 This plant has been a challenge from the start, struggling with deformed cotyledons and unusual leaf patterns. However, there’s finally some good news! The roots are healthy and reaching the pot’s edges, and growth is picking up steadily. Adjusting the pH and nutrients seems to have helped a lot. BioBizz#1 I’ve moved this one to the larger tent, and it’s been performing well despite a slightly yellowish tint. It’s now on its way to flowering (currently at BT2). Unfortunately, the usual CalMag deficiency has reappeared, even with 1.3ml/L CalMag and 0.05g/L Epsom salt in the feed. AN#4 This plant is thriving with no visible deficiencies, drinking 1L per day. However, I noticed pre-flowering signs while still on an 18/4 light schedule. Has anyone else experienced this with photoperiod plants? Otherwise, everything looks great, and I’ve been feeding it at an EC of 1.5. Container Size Feedback I’ve realized that 9L pots are a bit too small for my setup. I’m watering 3L every two days now, and I believe 12-15L pots would be ideal for future grows. Timelapse Recovery! For AN#3, I identified a potential issue with the pH of the drain water—it was as low as 5.3 after its first feeding with Advanced Nutrients. Before that, it only received plain tap water. I’ve corrected this with pH-adjusted water (6.6) and nutrients at an EC of 0.9. You can see its steady recovery in the timelapse! Overall, things are coming together, and I’m excited to see how the plants perform in the coming weeks. Thanks for following along!
