Hey there growmies from around the world, we are back! I hope everyone had a wonderful week, and everyone’s gardens are doing fantastic! It is week 11, let’s get into it! Back to the canopy we went this week as I had to get in there to maintain that shrubbery! it’s unfortunate, I didn’t have the same amount of time that I had last week to spend in the tent (at any one given time I mean) and I had to choose between defoliating and continuing to tie everything down to further expand the reach of that canopy. I chose the latter…. Hindsight being 20/20, I probably should have just defoliated first… In doing that , I would’ve improved the airflow, increased the visibility (for when it came time to tie stuff down) and would have just cleared it out a bit making it easier for me to tie things down and weave the plant through the net with LESS fear of damaging the plant. But alas, hopefully this is just something I’ll remember the next time I am faced with this decision….🤷‍♂️🏻 So despite all that I said above, I DID decide to tie everything down- it went well but felt a bit rushed. I got more done than I originally thought so that’s a plus! The rock candy cake is doing excellent though, it seems to be liking the future harvest nutrients, as do the fast buds (they really had some substantial growth this past week) The next few weeks will certainly be a test of patience, I kind of just have to let the plant do its thing while I wait for the canopy to fill out that net. She’s doing a beautiful job so far, but we still have a while yet (especially due to the fact that when I moved her into the 5x5, and had to scrog it all over again- she is no longer center so I still have a bit more to go on that one side) to tell you the truth, I’m probably more curious about what I’m going to do to keep it going on the short side.. we shall see.. sounds like next weeks problem. Something else I plan on doing is that much needed defoliation I was talking about- I might wait two more days just to make sure we are all good after yesterdays antics (the tie down) other than that,I think we will just have to see what’s in store for us this upcoming week, hopefully some insane growth, but I’ll take any progress haha just gotta keep moving forward! Either way, I am having an absolute blast and I hope to see my growmies here for week 12! Great week, more growth and the girl scout cookies is looking f*cking frosty! The Purple Lemonade is packing on the weight. The Zkittlez is almost ready and the Orange Sherbet is definitely getting there slowly. Day 96 Had to tie more branches up! They’re starting to get really heavy so they’re bending. Looking good!! Day 97 Nothing to report 🤙🏼 Day 98 Really starting to see the hairs turn brown. Getting close! Day 99 Brown hairs developing and starting to curl in slightly. This is definitely going to be 2 separate harvests. The one plant (which I believe is a different strain) is going to be ready much quicker. Day 100! Finally got a good picture of the trichomes! All clear still. They have a while to go! Day 101 Starting to really watch the brown hairs closely. They say once 70-80% of the brown hairs have curled in, that’s the best time to harvest. I will mix that train of thought with keeping an eye on the trichomes to see when they start to get cloudy and I should be able to harvest at the right time. Day 102 Added some more water this morning. It’s working out to be about 5 gallons of water needed every 3 days. Going to continue to just add to the reservoir and once I think they are close I’ll do a ripen week and then a 3 day flush. Kapow!

Day 22- She stopped putting on height due to one night of a dramatic temperature drop. It's a cooler fall this year plus a freeze came through the night before. That night, I was up doing some studying when I noticed the reading on the remote display. N o telling how long it had been in the very low 60's. The problem was fixed simply by adding a heater to the room. Now, the temp is only in the 68 degree range for the final 2 1/2 hrs. before the lights are cut back on. Day 26- Her bud branches hav grown at least 2 -5 innches in length and have at least 2-4 bud sites already. Instead of Defoliation, I decided to actual two different types of LST. The first is simply bending to fan leaf branches under to expose the bud branches to more light. The main benefit is that you still keep the ability to absorb more of the light energy with them. I look at the fan leaves as your plant's " Personal Sun Panels". Since they store energy in the day and use that reserve to grow at night, why would you take something away for her that is meant to help her? Also, the second method I used is something I like to call" wind thickening". The technique is using wind resistance to train your plant's stem and branches to become more rigid by growing thicker to stablize itself. So, instead of a gentle breeze, I use a three speed box fan at varies distance. I started doing this on Day 22 and the results are definitely showing. The main stem went from 1/16 in. to a nice 3/8 in.

Day 1 Pink Wafers (Biscotti x Pink Champagne) The next journey has just begun and I'm looking forward to this one ✌️🏻 Update: We lost one on the way due to an amateur mistake 🤦‍♂️🏼 I didn't feed them or fill humidifier up and was a hot day so when I got back it was face down in the soil 🤦‍♂️🏼 hopefully won't make that mistake again while they are this small 🤣

Absolutely cola city going on by these girls! Bud production is in full gear. The branches are getting stacked. Flowers and trichomes are piling on. Wonderful growth outta these ladies. They are starting to dank too. Looking like imma haul well with these. I reduced the nitrogen dose again. I also stopped giving them vigorous. Its a pure bloom mix now as these ladies are booming with flowers. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

I found seed foeming and bananas so i decided to cut my losses before it got out of hand im just glad they got to where the are now first time grow first time using dwc and i fucked this shit up for a first timer you beauty

Summing up, I can say that sativa is really not mine.The next diary will be related to breeding, I will test and gain experience in this matter.Further more, success is inevitable.

Didn't post much I'm week 6 as not too much difference.. Was feeding by recommended dose as per nutrient bottle.. Switched to measuring by ppm mid week and has really made a difference. Now starting week 7 and looking lovely with fattening buds and ripening trichomes.. Gonna maybe push her for week to 10 days n the flush.. The yield is looking quite promising..

The clone looks nice, I have some issue ( in my opinion ) with cal mag but balance is great 👍 Any suggestions??
