10/31 Week 11 Still building The clones have done well their strength builds Heh no changes to nuets at this time like where they are 11/1 Shifting their light turn on time one hour due to the silly time change so extra hour dark tonight. 11/2 Took the time change just fine on a 7-7 schedule. Looking at two weeks till first finish on the FF9 followed by the FF11 the next week and finish with FF10 following. More a question of dry space cant dry more than a couple safely at a time given humidity is unstable this time of year swinging from 30% to 90% depending on weather. Not sure how we will handle the finish, will tell more after we see what happens with the Green Poison grow that harvests a week earlier. Removed Soul Peak PK for the time being using up the last of some koolbloom and it really wont matter much till next week. They are drinking more so buds are being built hard, good sign. 11/5 All seems well FFT-11 is maturing on one clone much faster than the other looks like they will be ready about the same time as the FFT-9 in a week or so Moving the 11 to the middle the 10 to the back of the tent as it will be last. So looks like over the next two weeks the 11 and nine come out so will be shifting feed to organic beginning with PK. So Ending Koolbloom restarting Soul Peak and Fish Shit

After I ran into (read: caused) some critical problems with my last grow I took some of the lessons I learned and am already back with my nose to the grindstone. I've made a few changes to my setup, namely I decided to switch to using seperate buckets instead of the combined tote for a number of reasons; Less risk of TPK from shared issues, less wasted nutes, higher air/water ratio, easier to inspect the plants, the whole nine yards. I also went and decided to upgrade from the SF1000 to the SF2000, because I could, so there. These are the last of the Green Crack seeds I got from a localish seed bank, this time I started the germ by soaking them for 24hrs in a glass of water and then transferring them to the paper towel method, were they only spent a grand total of two days in before they were already shooting out tap roots and I moved them to the Rockwool (with a dash of Great White) and into the lot new homes today. And I definitely learned a lesson from last time in regards to my feeding, they're just on straight tap water here until they pop and get past their baby leaves. Learned my lesson about lockout the last time.

I just cut her down like 3 weeks ago. Gd was having update issues. It had pretty purple flowers. They had a nice layer of resin on them. Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment... Everything is progressing normally. The weather is changing and temps outside are dropping so high temps in tent are no longer an issue. Other than the burnt tips from some sort of burn or defiency I have no complaints. I plan on harvesting BBK next week Wednesday. I fed them regular water right before taking the pics with 3 oz liquid worm castings mixed into 2 gallons. I have been feeding them each until first signs of run noff. The watering before this one (Sun 10/24) I gave them plain water, the one before that (Thur 10/21) I gave them the max dosage of what the general hydroponics 3 in 1 bottles recommend and didnt hold back like I normally do which is to give about half of what they recommend. It didn't appear to affect the plant to much as far as burn, the tips were already fried and the sclerosis didn't progress. I will flush the BBK this Friday and prepare her to harvest next Wed or Friday. I can't wait!!

New flowering continues to develop on this lady, she seems to be swelling up day by day. Yellowing of the fan leaves has started which usually means it's time to flush, I need to check the trichomes to see how amber they appear before I do just in case the flavour or yield could be effected.
