What a slow grower, was the first to form budlets but now the slowest to mature. No real distinctive smell with her yet but some trichome growth was noticed. Removed a few lower fan leaves to allow light to penetrate. Should be a decent yield considering the time she's had to grow.

Will continue once weekly for three weeks then water only until last week before harvest.

This plant came from a random seed I found in a dispensary bag and since we have dozens and dozens of bags I don't know which one it came out of...so the strain is unknown. I’m not sure whether it’s a photoperiod or an autoflower, but I’m assuming it’s a photoperiod for now. I started it indoors in a tent, germinating the seed using the paper towel method before planting it in a small quart-sized pot. It’s been growing for a few weeks in Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil, but the leaves have just started to fade, so I’m preparing to transplant it into its final home—a 50-gallon pot outdoors now that it’s spring. The 50-gallon pot is filled mostly with standard potting soil, mixed with Fox Farm Ocean Forest and perlite. A few weeks after transplanting, I’ll begin feeding it a combination of liquid nutrients including Advanced Nutrients, Fox Farm, CalMag, and Mikrobs Microbial Superpack. I’ll also top-dress with worm castings and other amendments as needed. If the plant turns out to be male, I’ll harvest the pollen or any seeds it produces. If it’s female, I plan to grow it as large as possible—which is why I’ve chosen such a large pot and moved it outdoors.

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. Today marks the end of the seventh week for my cannabis plant, and things are looking fantastic! The buds are developing beautifully, swelling up with each passing day. It's incredible to see how much they've grown in such a short time. The first trichomes are starting to appear.🌱💚 I'm also happy to report that the nematodes have done their job effectively. The plant is much healthier now, bouncing back from any issues it had before. I'm feeling optimistic as I watch it recover and flourish. I can't wait to see how the buds develop further as we head into the final stages!💚

Week 5, days 35-38 Ztrawberry 1 pheno & Damn Sour 2 phenos Both strains are on a very different path. Ztrawberry has been in a bigger pot since the start and after been put in an 11L pot. Wow, she has thrived. She's gotten so big. I've actually decided to flip her. Her nodes are grown and she is fully ready to flip and the process of waiting will be short. I gave her the last grow feed a few days ago. Already still having grow mix as she was moved into a solo pot of grow/light/pebbles 40-40-20 from plagron. She's pushing so hard. There is a few ph issues and a few other stuff. No nutrient defs so nothing that would stop her moving to the next phase. Ztrawberry has been put in 12/12. More pics coming soon from week 4 Damn Sour Both phenos have been stuck in a 2L pot and was only transplanted into each 2L pot. Been giving master root and Enzymes + silica for stress. They've only been put in 2L pots a few days ago. 1 was very stressful as I practically had to pull her up with as much of the roots as possible. They are the sane age as Ztrawberry but they had no space. I will uppot them to 9L pots in a few weeks once the root zone has recovered. I really should have left them and uppoted to a bigger pot. But been so long in that pot. They wouldn't have reached out which is what's happened to my 2 lemon photos I kept too long in a 20L hydro pot. Was really as waste of time by the looks of it. June 15: lots of rain ended this morning. 64 mm or 2.5 inches over 48 hours. No watering need for a while. She looks pretty good and I’m currently waiting for the two stems to grow a bit more. A day or two before another round of topping to make the 8 (or 16?) cola manifold. June 18: still more rain. Wow, really pouring at the moment. About 80 mm in last few days and heavy rain forecast for all day today. Oh well. Plants are up against house to minimize soaking. Took two fan leaves that were growing back across the main stem to allow more light in. So far so good. June 20: second round of topping to get to 8 colas and tied down to have all growth tips at same elevation. Waited until fourth node was forming and then topped to third node and removed growth tips at the second node. Sounds a bit hard but totally easy once you try. 👍called mainlining on Growdiaries but should be called manifolding. Still quite cool and rainy which is great for the forest fires, but a bit cool for cannabis. Oh well. June 21: Happy Solstice.
