The moment we have all been waiting for... the summer outdoor flowering photos... enjoy :) These are already in their third week of flowering by now. Started the season off with a difficult start... I put them outdoors while the says were still too short. The plants all started to follower, but then as the solstice approached they all converted back into veg and grew like crazy. I was sure my entire grow was fukd... Now we are well into August which is solid flowering for Ontario growers in zone 5.

Grow diary 11 stage 7 Day 61-70 She has come on a bit this last 9 days. Showing Iron deficiency in the tips but that's probably due to over watering a while ago. She is the 2nd farthest along.

Did some defoliation just to clear the lower side and open it to some air. I was late with the watering on the 18th as you can see in the picture but nothing serious happened. Other than that nothing special this week.

DAY 21 FLOWERING: Well it had to happen eventually!!! . I knew it would come to this point.....I had to be brutal and practical as I evicted the Gorilla cookies and the mutant Northern light to a different space... I now have the #1 Northern lights and the Grandaddys Mimosa directly under the XS1500 to really develop them both to the best I can. The light has done a great job developing all 5 to this point and I do think it could have finished them all at a push but , I think seeing how it can grow 2 auto plants in a 2x2 space will be worth the change of plan. I am impressed with this little light and never expected such a growth rate . I really would love to test their new p4000 to see what that beast can do. The northern lights has really worked hard this week on her bud structuring , she looks like she will be stacking her colas on each limb , just the way we like em in the space I have. I did take a little more weak lower growth out of her to focus on the stronger mains as we have hit the point of no more defol . She wont regrow leaf after this point now so the ones remaining will be all she has to power the photosynthesis during flowering. Sugar leaves do not do the same work as the fan leaves and with them being autos , I feel we need the extra boost more than in a photoperiod run. She looks like stretch has finished now too so her size is nice and stocky so she wont need to transfer nutes too far from the roots either. Grandaddys mimosa is also really developing some nice looking golf ball buds all over. She looks like she will be a long cola girl too which is perfect to keep the canopy and light distribution as even as possible with the Northern lights too. She smells a little fruity already and the hint of her Mimosa lemon father is also really evident. So far so good . The 2 Gorilla cookies and the other northern lights are all looking great after being grown under this light and I will include their harvest data in the diary at the end to avoid the diary going haywire. LST started only on the Northern Lights and one of the Lemon Shining Silver. All nutrients only being applied to the automatics (N. Lights and Dwarf). The Lemon still being fed with Grow, Fish, Heaven and Acti-vera plus small portions of Call mag as preventive. Quantity of water was reduced to improve the drainage and also to raise the amount of watering in a week. Before 2 times, now 3. Notes: The N.L 02 is growing in a pure soil as an experiment. Dark green leafs and fast growing terpenes. The N.L 01, she's growing with only the fingers leafs. Dwarf is the most beauty and healthy between them. All those three Lemon are growing beautifully and look going pretty well in hers vegetative phase. LST applied only in one of them as an experience.

Las flores continúan oscureciendo, las hojas y sus tallos ya muestran un claro color rojizo/púrpura que tiende rosáceo con la luz directa. 🌿 El tallo tiene un tamaño y consistencia considerable, alcanzando una los 42cm y la otra 50cm. Se perciben bastante mejor los aromas de las floración. Seguimos aumentamos la cantidad de agua, progresivamente, según van pidiendo/necesitando las plantas. Se están amarilleando parte de las hojas inferiores 🍁 Si no me fallan los cálculos, se debe a la falta de nitrógeno pero no le añadiré porque ya debe está en las últimas semanas 🤞😅 Sigo intentando no utilizar ningún tipo de "ayuda extra", salvo la tierra enriquecida de BioBizz All-Mix donde están plantadas. Seguimos con el agua mineral, luz solar, mucha paciencia y mucho amor!🤞😍 Aunque para controlar la aparición de pequeñas orugas he añadido: 20g de tierra de diatomea (Diatical de TRABE), directamente sobre el sustrato (1-2 veces/mes y se puede aplicar en cualquier momento del cultivo). 50ml de Super Kukulus (fitofortificante ecológico)/1 litro de agua para riego foliar, tanto en el anverso como en el reverso de las hojas (2-3 veces/sem y se puede aplicar en cualquier momento del cultivo has 2 días antes de la cosecha)... Y lo mejor es que FUNCIONA! 💪😅

Everything looking good this week happy with the vegetative stage with the th Seeds original Bubblegum. Says they are an ibl strain so the genetics should be stable, which is less chance of 10 different phenos ( update me If I’m wrong here, still learning ) Day 54 - today I did the last defoliation and lst 2 days before swith to 12/12. Middle growth was insane so spread them out abit by screwing small screws in to the pot and using the as a tie down Day 55 - all plants seemed to have bounced back the day after and look exactly how I planned so far so good Day 56 - final day of vegetative growth all seems good, all females showing white hairs , have raised the lights and turned Intake to full to maintain humidity levels and switched lights to 12 / 12.
