Weekly Update: Highs, Lows, and Care Bears Sep 28: Not much work needed on the solution today except for dialling back the pH from 6.1 down to 5.5. I also cranked the Lumatek up to 50% power. To avoid scorching the tops, I adjusted the light height accordingly, bringing the intensity right up to 500 µmol/m²/s PPFD. Sep 29: I flew a little too close to the sun today. Working with only one functional hand makes delicate training tricky at the best of times. While low-stress training (LST) the branches for the mainlining setup, I got a bit too heavy-handed with the tie-downs without realizing it right away. Sep 30: Well, disaster struck. I opened the tent to find one of the main shoots completely wilted and dangling. In my rush to fix and support it, my clumsy attempt ended up snapping the opposing shoot on the main stem as well! You can see in the photos just how brutal those deep stem tears look right at the node. I managed to secure and tape both shoots back together, but this severe structural damage has set their development back significantly. Time will tell how much recovery is possible over the coming week. Oct 01: Topped up the reservoirs today with roughly 1.5 liters of fresh nutrient solution per bucket. Parameters are sitting rock solid at EC 1.5 mS/cm and pH 5.5. Oct 02: Curiosity got the better of me. I wanted to check on how the damaged shoots were healing and ended up making things worse while trying to "fix" them again. The left side branch seems to be toughing it out, but the right side branch is noticeably stunted now. Other than that, just a tiny pH tweak. Oct 03: Did a light defoliation today, just like the previous two days. Nothing major, just selectively clearing a few fan leaves to expose light to the shaded inner shoots. I’m considering cutting my losses, chopping off the severely stunted branch, and running Plant #1 as a 3-main setup instead. I’ve decided to sleep on it until next week. If it doesn't bounce back, I’ll rotate Plant #1 and push it closer to the tent wall to give Plant #2 the stage because Plant #2 is absolute madness right now, growing exponentially day by day. Oct 04: Continued training and shaping the mains today. On Plant #2, I was already able to top the first two side shoots to establish the target 8 main colas for the mainline. Things remain intense, especially watching how Plant #1 copes with its trauma. I’ve officially placed two Care Bears in the net pot pumice because Plant #1 genuinely needs all the care it can get right now (and I seriously need to stop over-fiddling with it!).

My little potential mutant is chugging along, on the new growth now the middle 3rd leaflet is dwarfing and looks to be paling off/dying while it seems to focus only on some leaves! Edit: its definately mutating or something lol iv never seen this before! And the seed was like 3 Times the size of a normal seed 🤣

11/5 -- They now have 2 weeks of 12/12 under their belts and it's truly been a tale of 3 plants for the past week and a half. GZ2- This one has the opportunity to meet its full potential. It has stretched to give me this beautiful canopy and very few signs of over feed or stress in it. Hopefully she stays this way. Moby- look like it may have been developing some deficiencies. I fed it a few days ago and it seemed to respond well. Some leaves have gotten yellow but the plant is do thick and dense I'm not worried about a few falling off. All in all, it's been steady eddy for Moby Dick that I now believe is also a Barney's Farm Freebie(the seed is now listed where I buy mine from) I'm not going to change it but if you're keeping track, this is most likely a tent full of Barney's Farm. Gz1- and now the music gets a little more serious. I really started recognizing problems with her right at flip. She has lost a lot of fan leaves due to yellowing,, dark stems and I can tell her branching has suffered because of it. Growth at the bottom looks weak and even wrinkled in some spots. She has burn spots and signs of deficiency galore. But also VERY dark fan leaves. I've just come to the conclusion that flushing was probably my best move. She can still have a week of solid growing. If I can get it corrected now, this plant will still be respectable but the trend is disturbing and alarming to someone who knows how fast they can decline. So in conclusion, things are getting a little hairy. Flowering always brings on a new set of challenges and I'm still learning every single time. Thursday, July16th. Solocup Challenge 2020. @Silky_smooth asked me to Participate. and well why not Iam always open to new Challenges, And I think It will be challengeing. Never grown in a Solocup Before So Iwas thinking a While wich Strains i should take, And i decided to take good growers and resiliant ones. I´ve chosen 3 Strains , 1 Photoperiod and 2 Automatics "Rock Machine" from Doctor´s Choice I started like always in soaking the Seed I took a Bavarian Beerjug called " a hoibe Maß" , its a 0.5l Jug I am thinking about tthe Drainage Material i should take Claypebbles? Claygranules? Mesh? Perlite=? So Pls tell me what you prefer,,,, thy Friday Seed went under a wet Kitchensponge Saturday Seed cracked, Sunday Seeds were Planted. I took Claypebbles and let them soak and wash them a little then into the Jug and some additional Perlite Filled uo with my Soilmix and " Living Organics" Some drips of water.... done Friday# I forgot to update The seedling shows up... but still in the shell

Que locura de variedad , me encantó cultivarla , en este indoor no tuve plaga de nada así que todo fenómeno. Las flores aparte de piedras, se ven resinosas. a sido una genética con la que disfruté bastante, es fácil de cultivar y es resistente, 9/10 semanas de floración, la planta es bien olorosa, apesta bastante, los aromas son intensos y muy dulces. --- **Semaine 4 : Quatrième Semaine de Floraison (11-17 mars 2026)** ### Contexte et Objectifs de la Semaine On entre pleinement dans la **phase bulk** (gonflement massif des buds). Transition douce du steering génératif vers steering végétatif : runoff légèrement plus élevé, dry back réduit (15-20 % VWC), irrigations un peu plus fréquentes et VWC plus stable. **Pourquoi ce changement ?** Le steering génératif des semaines 1-3 a forcé le stretch final et initié la densité des buds via un stress hydrique contrôlé. En phase bulk, le steering végétatif maximise l’absorption des nutriments, l’expansion cellulaire et le volume des fleurs sans limiter la prise de poids. GrowOps IA confirme cette transition (alertes VWC + VPD). **Petit cours éducatif : Nouvelles feuilles et petites têtes qui poussent sur les fan leaves** Ce que tu observes (« feuilles qui poussent sur les feuilles » + petites têtes sur fan leaves) est un phénomène de croissance très vigoureuse, parfois appelé « leaf-on-leaf growth » ou expression locale de foxtailing sur le feuillage. Au lieu de se concentrer uniquement sur les buds, la plante, boostée par le steering végétatif + Sugar Royal + PK 13-14 + Green Sensation + enzymes, produit de nouvelles petites feuilles (et parfois de minuscules structures florales) directement sur les grandes fan leaves existantes. C’est **positif** ici : signe d’énergie abondante, bonne uptake et santé excellente. Pistils blancs abondants, résine précoce brillante. - **Jour 46-47 (14-15 mars) :** Croissance bulk forte (+4-6 cm/jour). Canopée dense, clones enracinés 70 % (prêts au repiquage). Ajout Sugar Royal + PK 13-14 : réponse explosive (vigueur accrue). - **Jour 48-49 (16-17 mars) :** Plantes en pleine forme, zéro pest, zéro signe de stress, carence ou excès. Vert profond, santé excellente. Day 1 - I geminated those in the glass of water for 20 hrs. first and then put in the box with paper towel. Day 3 I take them to the rockwool cube to seedling Day 6 - OG Kush look unhealthy. Growers told me to let her grow and the *rockwool too wet*. Gorilla Cookie and Gelato looking good Day 8 - OG Kush still look weird but she grow up Gorilla Cookie and Gelato are fine What I have learned : 1. The strains are different 2. Don't soak rockwool too wet 3. Choose good quality of rockwool

End of the 3rd week for the Purple Lemonade. I did some LST on her and she just got fed Goldleaf feterlizer. It's been a slow process with ups and downs. I encounter a few issues, but she's still hanging in there. Hopefully week 4 is better. I still got faith in her.

Day 43 - I have started LST as this plant i know won't grow much in height, im gonna use it to teach myself techniques/perfect a technique. I hope ive done a decent job of it. Excited to see what happens over next few days. Day 44 - im very proud of my little plant. It looks so strong after the first day of LST. Definitely surprised with the results. Day 45 - Plant seems to be adjusting just fine to LST i do keep checking it. There is a bit of leaves overcrowding to pne side. I will probably have to move if i can! Day 46 - I'm thinking if i need to do more LST or just leave it now to grow. Day 47 - the plant is really starting to woden out and stretch as well. I need to see when it will flower it looks like it might do soon. Day 48 - The plant looks well. I believe she has started to flower so i really have to get my fan and filter asap. Day 49 - She defo started flowing and i just bent ome stem to allow more space between each other ;But they looks really good. Also entering another competition can't win if you don't partake.
