this is my first time transplanting from hydro to soil due to room/spacing issues, and let me tell you, this is NOT an easy task, and should be avoided at all costs, especially the bigger the plant. it almost seems impossible to remove all the clay pebbles without damaging some of those 2-3week old baby roots around those pebbles. i gently picked out as many clay pebbles as i could with my hand and then had to cut the plastic net pot to completely free up those roots without shocking the plant too much. the transplant was a success into soil 5gal, although I expected worse, and am expecting to be a few weeks behind to let her system reset/build. to make matters worse, its been VERY HOT in the midwest (90-100f). and here we go, later that same week, i accidentally left her overnight, and into the morning sun on a 100f day. as you can see from her burn marks, she clearly wasn’t able to defend herself against that type of extreme heat yet, and i was blessed to catch her before the afternoon heat, otherwise she’d be toast, lol. just a few of the upper leaves turned crispy. i know she wasn’t happy so i put her under more gentle conditions, now let’s see how she comes back

Day 66 : Her buds are full of crystals and are so dense. The smell is really strong stinky skunk like GZ , but GZ smell is more acidic. Her crystals are milky and soon will start to amber. Breeder refers that will be pretty mature in 70 days. Not in my case :D we will see in 4 days, in next watering. For now no ambers. I prefer to cut when we have 15%-20% amber and 80%-85% milky, because after the smoke is very heavy for my taste. Edit Day 70 : She watered with juices and i continue until i see first signs of amber trichomes. Still no ambers. She has gained so much weight , side branches cant lift their self. I think she will be the heavier. You can understand her weight if u lift it.

Starting to really struggle with RH yesterday was down to 40% for most of the day. Managed to get it back to 50%. I think I will top them all towards the end of the week but I need to see more growth before I do this. Day 17, watered last night. Started to train the first plant. I’m going onto the back one either tonight or tomorrow. Turned the heat Matt off as I think the roots were getting too warm 🤷 we carry on. ✌️👊🏻 Day 18, adjusted the ties on this lady gone in fairly hard so we shall see how she handles it. Topped the other weeding cake today too. Let’s see how they look in a couple days. ✌️🙌 Day 20, watered last night. She looks absolutely gorgeous, her flowers are all covered in trichomes, very stinky and strong aroma, one thing I'm starting to notice more and more is that is starting to develop purple flowers, such a wonderful strain to grow,let's see how she performs. Grown 100% organically and naturally.

This lady has been Transplanted on day 39 since she was planted and she will be grown with the complete biotabs organic line, I have applied for this 50L pot: 25g of startrex for every 5L of soil so I've used 250g of startrex in total, then I've dropped a spoon of mycotrex in the planting hole and when I finished I finally added 5 slow release tabs for this 50L pot, and then I watered right after the transplant with 1g of bactrex per liter of water and 1ml/L of orgatrex, this is gonna be a fun season, stay tuned everybody!!

Hello, J’ai recoupé les extrémités des 4 branche pour créer 8 nouveau site de buds, plus qu’à attendre pour recouper et faire 16 sites… la végétation se passe bien dans l’ensemble, je vais la voir une fois par jour, elle est heureuse et pas compliquée 😎

This week I made a special video tour of the grow room, hope you like it. This Gorilla is feeling great! She’s spent this week fattening up lower colas. These colas are even frostier than bigger ones. I didn’t get them so frosty on my last growth. I still have to give her Overdrive since the soil is still wet, but will do it in a few days. This OGgelato is a champ! Not the heaviest producer, but its been a real pleasure and was easy to grow. No matter what nutrients I throw at her, or aggressive pruning, she bounces right back. This week I found bud rot on one of my other plants in the greenhouse but this plant has so far been resistant and is healthy. I thinned the canopy and defoliated out quite a bit to create more air flow. I now have fans on 24/7 and sprayed with a mycorrizhal fungicide that suppresses botrytis. Also this week I have stopped pulling the tarp on and off each night (for total darkness) because it seemed to trap in too much humidity at night. The humidity outside has been 80-90% for over a week! And the rain was so heavy all last week. This week is slightly warmer with less rain so hoping we can make it. The trichomes are starting to get milky. I imagine I have 1-2 weeks left but am not sure. This has been a pleasurable experience for sure, but this is stressful right now! The smell is so strong you can smell it on my block. You can see *everything* from the alleyway adjacent to the greenhouse. I'm worried about mold and thiefs and can not wait for this to be dried and in jars!

Finally there is a new week. She's getting pretty nice and also the trichome are not bad. 2/3 more weeks more to go 🙏🙏

Well, there’s no ghost the VIVO sun pumps that come with the kits they just suck that’s OK. I replaced them with the upgraded version. I refilled the reservoirs

📆 Harvest Week, 19-25 August 2024 19-22 Aug - Observed and let the plant grow. 23-24 Aug - Flushed with RO water, turned lights down to 40% power. 25 Aug - Harvested the plant, began the curing process. 💚 Thank you Divine Seeds for this sponsored grow! 📑 The final week of flowering for Pablo Escobar! I gave her a good 71 days as recommended by the breeder. She grew using every one of them until the end. Another genetic hit by all means. A pleasure to grow. This is a sativa dominate variety so expect a longer flower time. You will be rewarded with thick dense buds, covered with resins and trichomes, with a sweet herb, earthy smell, nice and danky. Began the curing process in a climate controlled closet with a RH of 53% and temp of 71deg F. The main leaves are removed before the branches are hung upside down for 7-10 days for drying. From there the buds are removed from the branches, separated, and are trimmed to remove as much leaf as possible. Then placed in quart mason jars with a 62% Boveda TerpShield packet, burped daily for about a week or until 62% RH is maintained. Then labeled and placed in a cool, dark closet for long term storage for up to about 8 months or so. 🔥 Smoke Report: It took Pablo 10 days to slowly dry out. I cut all the buds off the branches and used my 19” Bud Trimmer for a quick finished product! I’m really impressed just how fast this trimmer works. It can take about 1/2oz or 14g at a time and with 4 or 5 turns of the handle it’s finished. Nice beautiful manicured buds in about 10 seconds. No more trim jail for me. As for the smoke. The taste definitely is the same as the smell. Lemony or citrus. The high is definitely that of a sativa. Comes on slow, then creeps up on you hard. Stays with you for a couple of hours, needing only a hit or two to recharge the high afterwards. No doubt this strain is very high in THC, and should be taken into account for the beginner.
