Week 6 Veg Report – Runtz We Meet Again! Another week, another step forward in our Eternity Grow Cup 2025 journey, and oh boy, do we have a lot to unpack! Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Die Woche ist ansich gut verlaufen, 2 Pflanzen haben irgendetwas aber ich weiß nicht woran es liegt. Morgen/heute werden alle plants ausgedünnt, und ich werde die beiden Kastenventilatoren rechts und links an den Zelt Wänden gegen oszilierende monky Fans an den Mittel Stangen anbringen, ich spare Platz in der Mittel Reihe den ich brauche. Ich bin sehr zufrieden bisher mal sehen ob ich raus finde was die 2 Pflanzen haben...ansonsten wünsche ich euch eine schöne woche und stay high 😬😁👌 Ach so an Dünge tagen gieße ich immer easy 2L pro Topf. Und dazu von Madame Grow alle 4 bis 7 Tage Flower Karma rauf sprühen das Zeug ist top!👌 The week itself went well, 2 plants have something but I don't know what the reason is. Tomorrow all the plants will be thinned out, and I will put the two box fans on the right and left of the tent walls against oscillating monky fans on the middle poles, I save space in the middle row that I need. I'm very satisfied so far, let's see if I can find out what the 2 plants have... otherwise I wish you a nice week and stay high 😬😁👌 Oh, on fertilizer days I always pour easy 2L per pot. And spray Madame Grow with Flower Karma every 4 to 7 days, the stuff is great!👌😬

This week my LSD-25 that I mainlined is having issues, I wasn’t too sure if it was heat stress cause tents temps have gone up to 83 the highest and hovers around high 70’s all week, or if it was a calcium issue, potassium, or nute burn. Either way they’re looking CRISPY lol. The other LSD-25 that was just LST, is actually doing quite well with none of those same problems. I flushed out the burnt plant with some regular PH’d water to see if it had any effect and then finished with some soluble gypsum. Other than that the last 2 plants are doing great and chugging along!

Start of flushing for the blueberries, both blueberry plants have very heavy, sticky, stank buds, I'm looking forward to harvesting these beauties! Start of the last week of nutes for the super lemon haze, she has packed in the weight, buds have filled out nicely and stickier than the blueberries. She's still hungrier than the Blueberries, taking an extra 2 liters of feed each week. If the trichomes are showing cloudiness by day 5 of this week, I'll flush her early.

No disease & easy strain to grow so far (even for beginners) Got some little balls in the lower buds sadly but the tase, smell & high are so epic that i dont care 🤪 Some friends described the taste as something like pepper, others as something like lavender, but hey, we smokin on killer weed :o Lovely dense buds covered in trichs ty HSO

Day 49-56 (Day 1F-5F) (Day 50) Plants are all showing some odd deficiencies and lord only knows what I’m doing wrong this time. I’m guessing I overwatered as I’m seeing a N/mg deficiency. Slurricane is showing some super odd browning and crisping on the lower fan leaves. I have to flip into flower tomorrow (April 21st) as my other tent is at maximum capacity now. Plants look like shit but I have no other choice. Normally I would never do that so close to being flipped. Hopefully this will at least be worth the electricity used. (Day 1F) Switched out timers and flipped. I forgot to put my temperature controllers on the outside of the tent. I will do that ASAP as I don’t want to risk light leaks. (Day 2F) Everything is looking a little better. Ive been noticing that while my A/C is running, I don’t have full power to my light because the ballast is automatically dimming the light. I didn’t run the A/C today and the plants seem to have responded well but correlation doesn’t equal causation. (Day 3F) I decided to toss all the locos except one. I also tossed bg#1 as it shit the bed out of nowhere. Hopefully that will clear up some room in the tent for these others to start thriving. (Day 5F) Plants all responded well to the extra light. Maybe that was a big part of the problem in the first place. I had 17 plants under a 400w. I’m still only running 400w because 600w gets way too hot unless I have my carbon filter running 24/7 which I’m actually starting to consider.

This week I was mostly smoking Panama Red. Hit a wee bump as it seems I never learn my lesson by bringing outside plants inside, some sap-sucking greenfly aphids decided my grow tent was a perfect new home. The thing about trying to recreate a "perfect" environment for growth, it can also be perfect for a host of unwanted problems. All the holes I've cut into the tent don't help I'd guess either. The 5 species of Clover is far more dense a cover crop than I'd imagined it would be. The chaplain overdone his blessings it seems. The blue borage companion plant was the first to be suckled on by unwanted visitors, I'd say 90+% of the aphids I found were eating on the underside of the borage leafs. I gave her a good bath and thorough scrub with some soap, just need to give her time to bounce back. If I can't beat them, I'll join them. Only I'll be the one who decides what predators lurk under the canopy! This will need time and research. Back to it I guess. Word, Phonetically, the term world sounds similar to the term whirled, which is the past tense of the term whirl, meaning “to turn around, spin, or rotate rapidly”. Before you were born, you were whirled into existence due to the fact that your physical body is made of atoms. What do atoms do? They spin and rotate very rapidly. The term world also sounds similar to the term word and the term word sounds like the term whir. One of the origins of the term whir is the Old Norse word hvirfla, meaning “to turn”. In English, the term whir is defined as “to go, fly, revolve, or otherwise move quickly with a humming or buzzing sound”. The definitions of the words in bold font in the previous two paragraphs are all related to the word spin. Why the word spin? Because everything in the Universe spins and we live in a galaxy that spins. The world/whirled known as Earth also spins on its axis and the people living on it use spoken words/whirred’s to create their reality.

Day 28 week 4 of flower plants looking good I dropped a 3L water bottle on a string which snapped a whole branch from the bottom 😳 on right plant 😭

Aug 16: Mimosa Shot is progressing but it has been cool and rainy lately. There are indications of P deficiency because of the cool weather. The top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom will do its thing so I’m not worried about it. Hoping for more direct sunlight though.

02.11.'24 After 5 days of drying, this little girl who was a little bigger than a meter gave 950 grams and a little bit of popcorn...this picking was 870 and a little bit of popcorn, and 4-5 weeks ago during a storm, one branch broke, which yielded about 100, but let's say 80 for sure, a total of 950 grams of beautiful, huge, potent buds

We started the week by transplanting the Orange Groovy F1 into the 3.6L pots filled with our SWA super-soil: we waited a bit more compared to the first 8 transplants just to make sure the roots were strong enough. At the same time we realized that the Orange Groovy F2 was the first plant ready for topping. This week we continued using our Lumatek dimming it at 60%. We are watering them with 1L divided by all 9 of them of osmosis water. On days 16 and 17 we topped every plant (except for Golden Pussies which still need a couple days and the Orange groovy F1 which we will not top because of her smaller size). We noticed that most of our plants presented lightly yellowed tips. We think that this is due to the deficiency of some immobile elements such as Ca, Fe, S. To solve this problem, we will put some decanted water (because it doesn't contain Chlorine which kills our bacterial substrate life) to give them the correct nutrients. We failed topping Orange Groovy F2 because the central apical started to grow even after cutting it but we kept it just to see what is going to happen. Golden Pussy F2 has been topped too and it went perfectly as you can see in the pictures. The plants continue to grow out of all proportion!

Letzten 7 tage unglaublich an masse und höhe gewonnen echt atemberaubend das anzusehen ,hab das zelt gut voll bekommen mit wenig plants bis jetzt alles super. Habe heute meine neue Led lampe bekommen bin positiv begeistert.Habe 600watt durch eine 1200watt ausgetauscht.

So please don"t trip out on this. I know my conditions are not accurate or my nutrient amounts. Lost my notebook with all my notes on this grow. All I have are the pics which I'll post. The dates of the pics may not correspond with the weeks in the diary. Kids, make sure you keep up to date if you are going to keep a diary online and keep a written one. I definitely learned my lesson. Several weeks of notes on 5 different strains lost. Well enjoy the pics at least.

🍀Estuvo bien en toda su etapa, no tuve ningún problema. Es geht in die nächste Runde, jetzt kommt die beste Zeit für den indoor Grow. Der letzte Grow war mein bisher erfolgreichster in Sachen Ertrag, durch die hohen Temperaturen ist das Material leider teilweise recht fluffig geworden. Dies versuche ich diesmal zu optimieren. Ich werde diesmal peinlichst genau auf den PH wert achten und starte jetzt mit 6,0 . Sobald ich die ersten richtigen Blätter sehe beginne ich mit 420flow Wurzbooster. Beim nächsten gießen werde ich bereits mit Hesi Super Vit arbeiten. Die Erde ist der Floragard grow mix und bereits stark angereichert mit Nährstoffen und trichoderma (kann man bei der Papaya Zoap das Myzel sehen auf der Oberfläche). Ich werde keinen Wachstumsdünger verwenden und kurz vor dem strecht aufhören mit den Wurzelbooster. Danach geht es weiter mit einer Kombination von 420 flow bloom und bloom booster sowie hesi super Vit (über gesamten grow). Circa 2. Blütewoche wird das undercanopy licht eingeschalten auf 75%. Diese Kombination aus Maßnahmen haben beim letzten mal schon richtige Erfolge erzielt. Ich werde diesmal das erste mal im unteren Drittel stark lolipoppen. Es handelt sich diesmal um Mango cherry runtz auto (fast Buds) und Papaya zoap Auto (sweet seeds) welche auf der MJ 2026 erworben wurden.

Topped this little herercane on day 11 and she is starting to grow some little branches. I upped the maxigro to .5 tsp per gallon. Other than that just playing the waiting game....

She’s coming along nicely this girl, only wish that I kept her branches tied Down as she’s grown into a bush 🌳 need more light penetrating her! Happy growing 👊
