Day 72 - Starting week 11 and all I great, really frosty and getting nice and plump. Just counting down till I can chop and the way things are going, I’ll be doing it next weekend. Only seen a couple clear trichs in there and mostly milky! Hoping that by next weekend she’ll be full of amber and if not, I’ll let her go a bit longer. Day 73 - Gave her her last “feeding” today, mixed 5ML of MagiCal and 80ML of Sugardaddy to 2 gallons of water. She’ll probably only get one more watering of plain water this week and let her dry up until chop day. Day 74 - Nothing new today, just some updated pictures. She is definitely starting to fade pretty quickly, just need her to make it about 5 more days. Day 75 - Not seeing any clear trichs anywhere, all milky and starting to get more and more amber’s mixed in there. So looking like everything is on track for a weekend chop. She’ll get one more round of plain water tomorrow and let her dry up from there. Day 76 - Gave the girl her last drink of plain pH’d water tonight and gonna let her dry out from now until chop day and looking like I’ll cut her down Saturday sometime. Day 77 - End of week 11 and her last full week alive. Trichs are starting to amber up quite a bit and she’ll be getting the axe on Saturday. Gotta get a new jewelers loupe so I can get some pictures.

Lots of work this week on keeping up on training this week, buts it’s going well! I split a fork when tying her down but the duct tape fix worked great and she didn’t exhibit any stress from it surprisingly :) Each day I tighten the bindings and then defoliate about every other or 3rd day. I keep doing 2 feeds to 1 yucca flush. She now uses 3 gallons to get my saturation and 20% runoff, about every 3 days. When I yucca flush I also foliar feed her to keep things flowing, roughly 1/8-1/4 strength of my food dosage. Foliar feed mix is yucca, kelp, fulvic acid, 1-0-0 Calmag+, and a 14-0-0 ominA. And I fed that every day for 3 days until I watered her again :) Interestingly, 3 days in a row just barely began to give her N toxicity by causing a slight clawing of the mature fan leaves, but no burn in the tip, and day 4 she was flat out again :) so it was right at the edge of useable nutrients IMO. The netting is coming along nicely, lots of weaving going on, refilling the center and spreading the mains out to the corners of the tent. Tried 2 different cloning techniques, one placing them into the peat pellets from Walmart with rooting powder, and the other is a Tupperware container filled with a PH’d weak nutrient solution, and sticking the stalks through the lid into the water. Both techniques have produced roots, peat took longer but are stronger specimens. Tupperware seemed to shock them less but roots are tiny little nodules. Hello Diary. The fifth week of flowering is over, and Fat Banana is slowly completing its cycle. Ten more days and we have a harvest. 😍 The “farm” is a real jungle, her roommates Haze Berry Auto have grown quite big but I think Fat Banana Auto will be leaving the “Farm” sooner. 😀 All the larger leaves on the plant have turned yellow and got pretty big brown spots, is it due to some problems caused by my treatment or is Fat Fat Banana just coming to the end of its cycle? I'm not entirely sure. (lack of experience) 😏 The flowers themselves look healthy, and smell like the finest sweets. The sweet-fruity scent overwhelms me as soon as I open the box. 😋 The flowers are compact and very sticky, as far as I can see now, it will be a good harvest. 💪 As we approached the end, I stopped adding nutrients and watered only with water to which I only regulated p.H. at 6.4. In my case, it's a reduction because my house water is around 7.5 - 8.1 p.H, so I use Plagron's Lemon Kick for the descent, which does a good job. 👌 Here's what the week looked like. 15/11/2020 - Day 52. Watering. Only water, without any nutrients with regulated p.H. at 6.4 Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.5 degrees and 47% humidity. 18/11/2020 - Day 55. Watering. Procedure as three days earlier. Haze sisters are looking lush. Masses of vibrant fresh clean growth, though no sign of buds yet, as we enter second week of 12/12 light cycle and first week of PK boost feeding. This week, chopped away a lot (dozens) of shoots lower down the plants, leaving around 6-8 main stems. Daily feeding increased markedly: well over a litre of water, 5-10 ml of Liquid Oxygen, 5-10 ml of Hydro Bloom feed, few drops of PH Down. Plus, once per week: 13ml of PK Boost, 13ml of Liquid Silicon. EC levels a bit higher now: 1400-1550 uS/cm. I've let the PH rise a little, usually 5.8ish rising to 6.2ish through each day.

Beve come una Ferrari ogni giorno 1.5 litri . Cresce forte i rami sotto sono un po' deboli per poca luce ma purtroppo lo spazio è poco ed ho paura a defogliarla troppo .

The sweet-fruity scent overwhelms me as soon as I open the box. 😋 Haze Berry and Fat Banana who are on the “farm” have a fruity scent, although I have to say that Fat Banana still smells stronger. 😉 The flowers are not so hard and compact but there are plenty of them, so this will be one good harvest.🙏 Yellow spots have appeared on some leaves, it doesn't look worrying, although the end is in sight, I think they will stay a little longer on the farm than their roommate Fat Banana. I should be more vigilant on the symptoms of the plant and never use the soil you put on the balcony! Still, it is good to have a harvest with high THC.

Day 15: 3 nodes now visible on both plants. Day 16: Lights lowered. Canopy now at 20000 lux. At 22" from the canopy, my light is hanging lower than recommended by HLG but I am using a lux meter to ensure the amount of light isn't too much for my plants. I'm at home almost all day almost everyday so it's the perfect time for daily lowering of the lights and monitoring carefully. Day 17: Lowered light to increase LUX readings by another 50%. Canopy now at 30000LUX. One more lowering should bring us into optimal amount of light. Noticed a slight amount of curling on leaves last night so upped the ProCal just slightly. I make my mix using pre dosed calmag & potassium silicate water. I adjusted the final EC with this water to ensure calmag levels remain high enough to prevent the coco from "stealing" it in its own cation exchange points. Ended up adding Green Planet GPH Uptake to the lineup today for the PM feeding. Will continue at recommended dosage going forward. Also picked a foliar calmag. Made a foliar spray with recommended dose of GP Ocean Magic as well; adjusted pH to appropriate level. Did one application then ditched the Ocean Magic as you're only to use this as a foliar once weekly. Made calmag foliar spray and am now regularly using this in my mister. This will allow me to adjust with plain water as to keep the EC down and my nutrient mix stronger. Also had a revelation! Root Guard and GPH Uptake have very minimal impact on EC so therefore can be added after dilution as to insure a full dose of each of these are being applied at each feeding. Day 18: Ladies doing so great now in veg phase of growth. Calmag and Ocean Magic foliar application yesterday and continued Calmag applications throughout the day seem to have really given them a boost. Adding GPH Uptake seems to be a great addition to the lineup. It will take a few more days to truly notice the results.Looking like only a few more days until the Lamb's Breath sees its first round of LST. Noticing a bit of leaf curl on both plants. I have been fertigating with a litre of solution twice daily. I am going to reduce to once daily for at least today. Will try for smaller feeding tomorrow morning and see if I can still achieve the required 10-20% runoff with an EC no higher than 300 points more than inflow. Ceasing foliar calmag applications until plant stops showing signs of oxygen deficiencies, especially the Blue Diesel. Added a Wyze cam to the setup which is awesome. I can check the ladies all the time with out opening up and disturbing their environment. (THIS IS THE POINT WHERE LIGHT BURN WAS FIRST VISIBLE BUT I WASN'T AWARE!) Day 19: EC rose dramatically as i skipped evening fertigation (Day 18). This is NOT a recommended course of action. I was trying to adjust for what looks like oxygen deprivation to the root system of the Blue Diesel (IT WAS ACTUALLY TOO MUCH LIGHT!). I think this plant is lagging behind the Lamb's Breath a bit due to being bleached (TOO MUCH LIGHT!). I believe this may be the root problem (hahahaha!) and why it is a bit behind the Lamb's Breath. Droopy leaves are usually indicative of an over saturation of water in your media. I will fertigate 3 times today to correct EC issues. Still keeping EC to just under 1000 microsiemens. Reducing volume of solution given to the Blue Diesel by half. Day 20: Started LST on the Lamb's Breath. Slowly raising EC back up to ~1000 for the Blue Dream. Lowered the light by about an inch and shuffled the plants just a bit to get optimal light saturation. Everything chugging along at this point now. Day 21 & 22: Soooo I lowered my light too much. Started noticing signs of light burn on the LB. Watched some videos, read some articles then found my manufacturer's recommended hanging height. This HLG 100 V2 should be at 24" for veg stage. So thats where it got put back up to. Measured 20000LUX on the meter still which is within optimal range. I'm sure with the light up higher, the penetration to the lower canopy will be better due to the reflective walls of the tent. I removed the first pipe cleaner of LST on the LB to let it grow up toward the light a bit more. The one day of being tied down has had a dramatic effect on the production of branches lower down. I'll (probably) let it ride out for this week to allow unfettered growth before starting to tie down new branches. Days 23-26: Everything rolling. Figured out optimal EC is around 800 for inflow for both plants. Thinking this may be the optimal inflow EC for the Green Planet Line. Decided to pick up an HLG 65 V2 4000K light as well as an HLG 135w RSpec. Both are KILLER lights for sure. The 65 has really helped in veg phase. I would highly recommend it! Optimal light hanging height ended up being around 24" for the 65 which is manufacturers recommended height. Can't wait to see what the 135w fixture can do. Day 27: Switched lights to the HLG 135w RSpec today. Lowered light down to 90 watts so the lights aren't too much of a change from one day to the next. They are about 50% brighter than the HLG 65 V2 4000K when hung up to the maximum height my tent will allow. It looks to be a sweet light and the plants are getting new hues of green showing almost immediately.

She's developing quickly and well, helped by the 12/12 schedule of 600W sodium light, and the increasing ambient temperature as we head into spring. Leaves looking healthy, though no sign yet of the roots protruding beneath the large rockwool cube.

Fastest-developing plant I've seen to date. She's a bit leggy, but for I've seen plants take a month or more to reach this height and leaf development. Having a 12/12 schedule 600W sodium lamp is helping, and the increasing temperatures as we head into spring. No sign of root reaching beyond the (large) rockwool cube, but that's normal. Sometimes it takes several months for them to properly get going in these cold climes.

Final week flushing with reverse osmosis. So for my first photoperiod run no hermies 🙌👊🙏 I overfed this gal a tad but it's in my notes for next time. I also did not constantly check runoff ph which the ph was low for sometime which I'll stop being lazy and do it properly because it's worth it in the end. Other than a couple minor fixes the training went well and i couldn't be happier. That's all for the week stay lit and keep em popping!!
