Cruising right along. I bent over the stalk and had to take a couple of the massive leaves off and it’s back up to 12”. I love my new system and the easy maintenance makes it even better.

Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. The leaf chewing has mostly subsided now since I have been spraying Neem Oil on her every 2-3 days. She's also beginning to increase in height about an inch per day now and has great color and vigor. 6/2- Yesterday I top dressed the Papaya Sherbet with 2 cups of Gaia Green 4-4-4, 1 cup of Down to Earth Bio Fish along with 1/2 gallon of worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendments into the soil by hand, I watered it in via garden hose with straight well water. 6/4- It rained hard yesterday, so I skipped watering the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo today as the ground was still pretty wet. 6/6- The last two days have been sunny and warm so I watered the Papaya Sherbet photo with straight well water from the garden hose today. Another week gone by for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and I'm looking forward to next week, as well as the weeks that will follow to see how this lady progresses! Care Bears was an awesome plant to grow, it grew fairly smaller but massive colas on the whole plants. The fruity smells that come off this plant is amazing but also has a hint of that good old dank smell, awesome purple/pinkish colours off of it . Highly recommend growing this strain is you haven’t already. Breed by: firebuds genetics

This week was a lot going on! The girls started to flower... The ones in the pouches stayed small because I think they didn't get enough water. I'm gonna take care of that from now on, so there is still hope they grow more in the next 2 weeks. Stopped with B52 at the beginning of the week. Just did LST and Leaf-Tucking dail. They are responding well to training but the temperatures are getting colder so I'm gonna have to find a way to keep them above 20C during the 4 hours lights-off time. Maybe i also find something to get them off the ground. Light is at approx. 80cm, 240W since the beginning of the week. Gonna lower it when they grow some more leaves. Saving the 300W for flowering. Also, I misted once with Cal-Mag this week, just to help the grow. That's pretty much it for this week, I hope they grow more because there is plenty of space in the tent. Hello guys, Here I am again to present you a new run, still with the best leds of the market nevertheless as I changed my growing space from 120x120 to 150x150. So I had to update the material inside... I will run with 3 EVO 5-150 lamps of 320W or 960W with Bluetooth dimmers. For the Hydro system, it will be the V-SYSTEM from Alienhydroponics. In fertilizers I am always with Advanced Nutrients. I work with osmosis water. Currently, 4 clones took on 4. Once the roots are ready, I will transfer the cuttings from the propagator to the V-SYSTEM. ------------------------ since the 16/08, when I transplanted the plants in the RDWC system, I noticed some points that I will mention below and correct next time. 1. The cuttings are too small, allow enough time so that I can completely fill my pots with clay balls. 2. Cut out the bottom of the pots from the cuttings. 3. 3/4 of the cuttings are touching the water, so one is late. Next time when transplanting, add more water, up to the basket in order to immerse all the plants and not to create a difference between each one, consequence now I have 3 that are ready to explode and one that will struggle behind, problem corrected today by increasing the volume of water. 4. The b-52 is a real pain in the ass in RDWC, you have to clean the 2 filters almost every day, with this new soup I'm testing without and I think I'll continue like this just with the base sensi grow A and B, as I use Root rot X, I won't use voodoo juice since all the bacteria would be killed. 5. Use of Voodoo Juice is useless if using Root Rot X which will kill the bacteria. I don't know why but when I transplanted in the RDWC, I put my set up in growth mode, except that the plants were not ready for it, moreover, I made a FIM on each. So I lost some days, these last days I went back to a ppdf of 150, now that my roots touch the water, I declare growth 0 on 22/08, I will do between 21 and 28 days of growth. And as my roots are doing well and touching the water I'll go to a PPFD of 300 ++

I think the additives are truly making a difference I think I will be adding them to all my grows from here on out. 3/9/2023 Week 3- Day 5 of Veg (Day 36 overall) Both still appear to be on the mend Still some dark brown on a small part of the roots and I don't know if those are just dead but it doesn't look like it is spreading and I see a bunch of new roots forming. Nothing new on the leaves at all. So I think the trio that I added is helping. The plants also seem to be in raised happy position going towards the light. I still plan to change the water on Saturday and go from there. 3/10/2023 Week 3- Day 6 of Veg (Day 37 overall) Moved the light up to 41 1/2" so 3' 4 1/2" away from the top of the Plants. PPFD= 363 Power on my Light =62.5 Water Temp is holding steady=70.3 PPM= 534 PH= 5.92 Tent Temp= 72.5 Humidity= 50-60% I have 2 humidifiers running on INK Bird controllers monitoring it 24/7. I will be changing out the water tomorrow even though I could let it go an extra week but I am still concerned that the Root Rot is clearing up and I don't want to risk it coming back. I want fresh Nutes/ water in the tanks. Girls are growing good. Previous I had problems with temperature because it's freezing outside. This problem is fixed by turning off the vent every hour (automatic) And there enjoying it. This week gonna stop adding roots en start adding sugar royal 1 time a week 2ml/l

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. Had some ups and downs with this plant. mainly the extreme yellowing that was happening. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and I feel this has suffered in the end. The top best looking buds could have been larger and the lower ones could have been thicker. There is some smells with this plant but they are not pronounced. Just smells like mild basic weed, this would be one reason not to grow it, however, the crystals on this plant have been the most I've ever grown before. When trimming them every time the scissors snipped or the brush stroked I saw some falling down onto the tray. This plant would be great for making hash. had a good little ball of finger hash at the end of it and will be giving that to my friends to smoke or make a strong edible with. I don't plan on growing this strain out again, the lack of smells and the fact I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. most of the lower growth is quite larfy but will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 5.34oz or 151.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷151.6g = 2.22 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 151.6g = 0.24c/g It cost 24c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. A microbe product, PH going into the medium is around 6.5-6.8 and coming out is between 5.5-5.8, so something is acidifying it up. Also noticed the runoff last week was a bit higher at times. So lowered the feed down quite a bit, going in at 1.4EC vs 1.8 will bump it up to 1.5 and 1.6 in the next few weeks. I also added in a bit of a PK booster. nothing to crazy only 60ppm worth on a total allowance of 700PPM Lights now running at 100% with V1 spectrum, decided to go with 100% now vs after stretch, will see how it works out.
