🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. The Grove Bags handle the microclimate beautifully, keeping humidity between 58–61%, perfect for preserving all that hard-earned quality. We’re now opening the jars daily, monitoring aroma and feel. This part of the process — the cure — is where the soul of the flower truly comes to life. ☀️ UV, Reds & The Perfect Run Part of what made this run so special was the precision in light spectrum. 40% whites, full reds, UV and IR, and the girls responded like royalty. The UV pushed trichome development to the max. The deep reds gave us thickness, color, and weight. To my eyes, this was a perfect run. ⚖️ Final Yield: 1,302 Grams (1.3 kg) In a 4x4 tent — that’s just 1.2m x 1.2m for metric friends — we pulled in 1,302 grams of flower, not even counting the buds that were taken for filming, photos, or “quality control testing” along the way. 😉 Dense. Loud. Sticky. Resinous. 🌿 The Hidden Half: A Tribute to the Roots In every grow, there’s a part we don’t always see — a part that lives underground, quietly holding everything together. The roots. And this time, I wanted to honor them too. When we unpotted the plants after harvest, we were met with massive, dense root systems, completely filling the Autopot trays. These roots were vibrant, white and healthy, looking like noodles in a thick herbal soup — a true sign of vitality. The Autopots system, combined with the Aptus Holland Clean Program and Plagron Green Sensation, made sure they had the perfect environment to expand, absorb, and thrive. So i gave her last feeding of grow and bloom nutes at the end of week @1600ppm, Ph@ 6.5 and on the next ill only be giving ripen and drop the ph to 6.0 to fatten her up a bit more before i chop her. She's absolutely stinking up the place with some sweet gummy lemon gas coming thru. Think ill call this strain 🍋🍭Lemon lightning🍭🍋

Very nice Mimosa/Orange Terps. Awesome Terps and very loud. Could be an amazing Washer and good for extracts due to its flavour. The big mutated Bud on the celery stem was moldy inside just forgot to take Pictures. The other Buds are fine. reduced the light to 75% to lower the temperatures. All in all a very recommendable strain in consideration that the seeds are so cheap.

I got a smart plug for my humidifier and modded the button with an Arduino so that it turns on automatically when powered. Now I have events in my home Assistant on raspberry pi which will keep the VPD within a specified range. Every since then, the plants have been SO much happier and I have piece of mind now. I'm hoping these plants can pull through the stress, but I planted 4 more bag seeds just in case, they will sprout soon. I did some LST because why not. Accidentally broke a stem but I squeezed it together so now I have to pray.

Allright guys & gals, In my Quest to mastering the art of growing my own bud I've reached the classic, overfeeding point but i've decided to just dile it down a gear and keep at it...I'm amazed with the Northern Lights blooming, it looks way readier then the Diesel Haze, eventhough it was planted 2 full weeks after. the budsare smaller still, but fostier and just looking riper....I have noticed the bigger leaves getting some nasty nuteburn (or at least I guess thats what it is) . I will definately go super easy on the nutes next grow. ....Trust the process.... Update... The NL is suffering quite a bit... Update... Giving just water the next times to see if they recover... Pistils becoming brown now and smell slowly getting stronger...

A sad week, I found bud rot and had to take my plants out and do a big check and remove all dense underdeveloped growth. It will be a pretty big hit on the yield I guess but the most important thing is learning and that I did. The bud rot could spread due to my RH being 65/70 at nights and it used to be +80 before, + bad airflow. I got new fans in the tent and my dehumidifier was ordered already but its not in yet. On the other side, the plants are looking pretty damn good, they smell amazing and 3 of the 4 plants is getting a very dense nug structure.

FBT2309 had a little ph issue this week. She got a few spots on the look leaves from it. I have corrected the issue. Organo mineral nutrition is a lot more difficult to do in a hydro application. I am doing my best to try, and control it. I believe my nutrition is a bit too strong. Besides that she is growing great under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2. She should start stretching soon. Which is good she is quickly loosing space from the flowering plants around her. She has been trained and is ready to start another week. Drunken bitch Slap has been growing really well. She was switched to ph water 4 days ago. I am looking to harvest her in about 8 days. She grew great under the Hortibloom Solux 350. Nice frosty, and sticky colas. Everything is going great. These girls are mostly doing amazing I had an issue where my pup came in to the greenhouse and lollipopped my GG4 but she stayed alive.

Flowering Week 26: Storm Battles & Resilience Update: 10.09.2025 | Day 187 Hey Growmies, Week 26 decided to throw some serious weather at us – rain almost every day mixed with strong winds. It was enough to blow my African lady right off her socks! Durban Poison took a full tumble under the weight of those wet, dense buds. Lesson learned: never underestimate a sativa in a storm. I reinforced the whole support setup – added more stakes and wired everything firmly to the fence in the back. Blueberry, on the other hand, stood strong like the queen she is – not even a lean. Strain Check · Durban Poison: Took that fall like an absolute champion. Didn’t skip a beat – just kept bulking up like nothing happened. The smell is now coming in strong, and the colors are getting wilder every day. Respect. · Blueberry: Her buds are swelling nicely and the colors keep intensifying. She handled the monsoon rains and wind like it was a gentle breeze. Starting to give off a faint smell – still subtle, but it’s there. Next Steps · Continue weekly mineral feeding – they’re responding really well · Stay on storm watch – check support structures regularly · Keep an eye out for pests and mold (still all-clear, thankfully) That's it for this week Growmies! Onto week 7 Gave them a proper lst as you can see. Think I'm going to put into flower 2morrow and see what the results are doing a 7 week veg instead of a 12 week veg. Going to set the scrog net up and get tucking. Looking lovely and healthy atm Peace

Just waiting for the malana bomb to finish drying then ill chop this and pop it in the box for drying. Lots of Amber visible and the foxtailing is getting worse so wanna do it as soon as possible. Hoping it'll be nice and couch lock.

All good at the end i topped them and made cuttlings from it that do well now the canopy is nice and even Most hickups with the FG system are gone and next week we go to 12:12😁

The plants have continued to grow very fast this week, easily doubling in size again. I moved them closer to the light to 80 cm from 90cm. Watering as needed and I am keeping the soil surface moist with light watering twice a day. I fed some Biobizz Biogrow and some organic teas this week. Low stress training was very effective and the plant responded well except one which stated quite short. I will see if it bounces back or it may be stunted.

So those dying branches are what root rot looks like :s She is still growing ok, I'm smoking the branches that die. I've added Great White for some bacteria as i read that can help with root rot, hopefully it slows it down so at least buds grow.
