Another week of flower in the books. The Afghani x Mac1 auto is finally starting to get some terp production and smelling like exotic fruit...papaya leaning. She's drinking water multiple times a day, and I've honestly stopped measuring. I give her water when she's light, and that's about twice a day. She was also top dressed this week with 1tsp of 284 bloom and 1tbsp of guano.

Weekly update on these wonderful girls. They've progressed beautifully, especially considering the day time temps have been in the mid 90's. Not seeing any signs of deficiencies and spraying once a week of either Athena's IPM and stack or PureCrop1 for pest management. So far since being transplanted they've only been fed well water. I'll probably start some Grow A & B nutes and calmag this week. All in all Happy Growing

7/1/23 - Day 19 I do water changes weekly. The new weeks start off with a water change. Water changes always scare me, it's the mixing of nutes and balancing the PH. It sounds easy in theory but in practice you want to interfere with the PH asap. But I was able to let the LEAF box empty the water, I filled it up with RO water, LEAF then dosed all my nutes. After that i came in a PH balanced it. (PH balance is something LEAF will be able to do, but there was a bug in the software so instead of having LEAF dose the PH i decided to do it manually for now. The Roots are INSANE! I bet by time I'm done there will be 1+ gallons of water displaced by the roots. I almost started cutting her lower leaves at the base, but I decided to let them grow for a bit. If they grow out some more i will be able to scrogg them and then cut the leaves below after they are trained up a bit. The lights have kicked on and everything looks in order. The plant looks great too, she might be in a small amount of WTF because of all the PH changes but i think the drastic changes were kept to a minimum. She looks happy. As always ill update you tomorrow. 7/3/23 - Day 21- I trimmed some of the lower leaves on the bottom, I'm leaving her bushy still, I won't want to cut any more branches if I can, I need the branches from the bottom to reach the sides of the Scrogg net. In the next couple of days being apple to Scrogg and stretch her while Shes still moldable. 7/5/23 - Day 23 - I added some training lines to some of the branches. I need them to be as spread out as possible going into the Scrogg net. I'm a big fan of not trimming too much as she grows. I don't mind there being some foliage down below. I will cut as needed if it looks like the lower areas are sprouting too much of the little leaves, but for the most part, I let nature do its thing. She's drinking a ton of water now. I am getting my RO water dropped off by the five gal loads. I just got the membrane for my RO150 unit that I plan on having up and running within a couple of weeks so I can start making my own water. 7/6/23 - Day 24 - I added a picture of my RO water setup. It cannot be set up permanently, so this was a great solution. You can see how I was able to tie my branches down, next time I will drill a few holes on the side of the pot. This is a great solution for anyone looking to Scrogg and manage the vertical height. Also, you can see on the top branch there was some pulling, so much so that it started to pull the plant and it created a small lump. All good but just goes to show how pliable these plants are. Still growing leaves nicely. She's already looking beautiful, I think this is going to be a pretty girl. I've had several different GSC flowers and they've all hit a little differently, I'm interested to see how this one will hit - granted she gives me flower.

Wanted to keep her growing until the end of the month but, mother nature had other plans. Woke up this morning and the buds where almost touching the ground. Still have 1/2 the plant left, will cut fown later today if more rain. Don’t have room to cure all at one time. Normally I cure outside, for now they’re in my bathroom and dressing room.😬Don’t know the wet weight for now since only cut 1/2 of the plant, but probably a good 4 or more kilos!😳 Finally, the sun has returned. Not hot though, but nice and sunny. Moved curing to outside for now. Last night we stayed high just from the aroma in the house. Week 12, Day 83 from seed and 3rd day of flower.....The 5 day of this week officially marked the start of the flowering season!! So I flushed both of these bad boys with ph'd water for two days and then today I switched them to 12/12. I gave them their first dose of bloom nutrients and then lollipoped them as you can see, pixs . Grateful no issues to report for the past 3 weeks have been trouble-free!! I'm going to leave the MH bulb in for an additional 2 weeks to prevent any stretching before switching to the HPS. But so far they are still loving their environment. I'm also in the process of keeping clones of fat banana and hulkberry while i try this new strain of Peanut Butter Tree.

This week was another great week, with not much work being needed in the tent. All I did this week was minor defoliation to remove yellowing leaves on the bottom of the plants not receiving good light. Buds are continuing to swell up nicely, with a roughly even spread in size across the canopy. There is however a slight gap in my canopy which would be avoided for optimal results. The strongest plants are still the same, with Topped and LST in 1st, Mainlined in 2nd, and LST only in last place.

-4/9/23 Start of Week --Week 3 -4/9/23 (Day 22) --Changes: lowered the light and move the pot about 6 inches closer to the middle of the light (light intensity not changed). --Diary Enter; harvested half of the other plant that is in the same space, allowing me to drop the height of the light. will be watching for problems because light intensity was not changed (about 60%). -4/12/23 (Day 25) --Observations: Branch node are forming at the spade leaves at the first level shade leaves, also the third set of shade leaves are forming. growing quicker now that the light was lowered, also looks darker than at the beginning of the week. --Diary Entry: started growing faster after lowering the light and looks like it has increased chlorophyll production. will be changing the light cycle at the beginning of next week to 18/6 light/night, it will get that light cycle for 3 weeks then change back to 12/12 because of the fast flower competition.
