End of course for this Persian Prince project! Unfortunately, he failed to cut short this flowering a few days in advance following the start of a pest attack. Our two beautiful ones would have certainly enjoyed crunching life with full roots for another week, but prudence forced us to cut a little prematurely. Never mind, our flowers have dried for 10 days and are now ready to begin their maturing period in a jar. Despite these conditions, which are very well known to them, our Persian Princes still present impressive characters: the buds are huge, covered with a thick layer of trichomes and very fragrant. In terms of flavors, cheesy dominates 🧀 the two phenos smell strongly of semi-roller/Emmental style hard cheese, definitely the dominant aroma, for one of our two plants it is the only aroma that I am capable of to raise. The other phenotype is more complex, on the salty-cheesy smell a fresher and tangy/lemony smell is superimposed, very pleasant and different from its sister and at the same time linked to it by its common dominant cheesy aroma. This week has been great.I'm glad that I was able to pull the plant when I needed to. The weather out here isn't always the best coming towards the end of October. How ever i handle it the best we can. What ive learned to do is wet trim before hang dry. Heres some phots of these glossing nugs. Iknkw ill lose a bitin water weight but im happy none the less. Fire 🔥 This has been a great grow, I learned a lot from Growing out here in new mexico. It was amazing to be able to train these plants 4 into one using training techniques. LST, HST, Defolation & topping all play a roll. It is fun to learn and sharpen my skills. I hope everyone enjoys my diary. Thank you so much Divine seeds. Last day of the 3rd week and first day of 4th week. Plants bounced back completely from my 10 days absence, and they're praying as always when approaching correctly with Aptus nutrients. In order to prepare them for late flowering, I fed them in previous week with added Fulvic Blast. The very next feeding I gave them beneficial bacteria again with Micromix Drip, before they start receiving the highest ammount of phosphorus. Now I stop with adding any additional nitrogen (Startbooster) as they stopped stretching and they will focus their energy into flowers, so I'm implementing the Topbooster which helps our plants with sugars and brix level. Are you aware of brix and what does it means for your plants health and taste in the end product? If not, start reading and discovering, thank me later 🙏

13th august Still no flower, Hollowed out a bit more to max airflow and reduce popcorn

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

The plant is thriving and has grown 50% larger compared to last week. Some of its leaves are now the size of a hand, which is surprising for me as it's my first experience growing a plant. I am hoping that it will start flowering next week. The main stem is thick and resembles a finger. The pH level is still high, but I have purchased a fan to improve ventilation during flowering. I am planning to support the next stage with easy boom, vitamins, and amino acids. There is a smell in the room, but I'm not sure if it's the expected smell or a mix with the box's fabric. I named the plant Gaza because I planted it on the day of the escalation of violence in occupied Palestinian territories, which then led to the recent developments of the conflict in the area.

Man sieht wie es langsam in die letzten beiden Wochen geht. Melonade Runtz Pheno#1 hat rötliche Stängel bekommen. Ich weiß nicht ob es die Genetik oder eventuell ein Mangel ist. Sie zeigt sonst keine Mangelerscheinungen und die anderen Strains im Zelt auch nicht. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit dass es also genetisch bedingt ist besteht somit also auf jeden Fall. Außerdem habe ich beide Lampen auf 100% laufen und dann ist es so, dass wenn die Stängel intensivem direktem Licht ausgesetzt sind, können sie sich violett, rot oder rosa färben. Die Farbveränderung durch intensives Licht ist ein natürlicher Abwehrmechanismus der Pflanze, da sie dadurch besser vor UV-Strahlung geschützt ist. Sieht sehr schön aus 😁 Beide Phenos trinken schon etwas weniger, was darauf hindeutet dass sie sich langsam dem Ende der Blütephase nähern. Riechen tun beide immer stärker, man riecht beim Pheno#1 immer mehr die Lemon Z x Lemon Tree raus. Sehr erfrischend.

Day 96, 15th of December 2020: Wao and wao... this is what I can say. A bit late I was on holiday I usually start the week with the first day but now with the last one. So let's start with the "black sheep" of this group as she is alone here RQS Wedding Gelato. Easy growing issue free little bushy lady. Absolutely great choice of grow. Pretty much ready for Christmas but she can be cut even now lol.... And now let's speak about the Original Sensible Seeds' girls... Well Black Ghost OG similarly to RQS Wedding Gelato is calm little bushy and issue free lady.... no problem all good ready for Christmas.... Runtz Gum the thick chick with heavy big buds and excellent appearance is really amazing. I placed a stick there and fixed her to look better... It was not necessarily but i have done it. She needs more time pretty much done ny Christmas or a bit after.... Gelato from Original Sensible Seeds is similar in terms of acting such as streching and all that ... The same situation applies not much to really say we wait ;) I am really happy to have these ladies.... Well, Do-Si-Dos OG is the craziest one ever... lol.... not only due her crazy kind of streching style but the trichome developement that comes along to the fan leaf "holder" stem is pretty crazy.... Those buds are like a diamonds sticky and she would be ready to harvest but need to wait because I need to go.... I really had to fix her by placing a stick there I broke one stem but fixed as it did not come off... so crazy especially now because of the weight of the buds... now she looks even more beautiful... I think she is the most challenging grow ever. Original Sensible Seeds genetics is unique really high quality just look at them. Royal Queen Seeds as well but this is my second grow from them my first was a Green Gelato which is the same calm littlw bushy plant. Amazing very good for newbies ;) I am going on holiday again and back on 28th of December so after harvest starts. Girls will be cut after. The 7th weeks starts with tomorrow 16th of December.... Only flushing and no more nutritient will be used. Soon full report comes. Lamp is the same 11 hours on and 13 off.... The last 4 days they will get 4 days darkness and only ventilation will be working no even more water ;)

wow wow !!!! 404 gr ! from the suitcase!!!!!!!258 gr of wet dried buds!!!!!!! I am impressed with the result, and I don't really believe that I will ever be able to improve it :) It was a truly amazing journey with FastBuds Gorilla cookies auto, my house is filled with a wonderful sweet smell, the buds look really full and very very shiny :) I also collected a lot of sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash:) the girl coped with high temperatures and high humidity throughout her growth, which is why I was afraid of rot, but everything went well!!!! She is amazing. smoke review and dry weight will be up very soon, good luck to everyone :)!!!

Tag 29: 🌱: Beginn Woche 5. Da ich denke, dass wir mittlerweile in der Vorblüte sind, trage ich diese als erste Blütewoche ein. Es gab ganz leichte Anpassungen am LST, ich werde die Lady jedoch vermutlich von nun an in die Höhe wachsen lassen. Desweiteren wurden einige der untersten Fächerblätter, die bereits vollständig verschattet waren, entfernt. Auch 1-2 kleinere Blätter, die nach innen wuchsen und den Blüten die Sonne nahmen, wurden entfernt. Leider ist mir auch eines der größeren Fächerblätter abgebrochen, das ich noch behalten wollte, aber ich denke sie wird es verkraften. 💧: Die Erde ist immernoch feucht. 💡: Die Beleuchtung ist unverändert (DLI ~40, Abstand zur Pflanze ca. 35cm) Tag 31: 🌱: Bisher lasse ich sie einfach erst mal wachsen, ich denke jedoch darüber nach die nach innen wachsenden Fächerblätter morgen doch noch mal zu entfernen. 💧: Die Erde ist immernoch feucht. 💡: Die Beleuchtung ist unverändert (DLI ~40, Abstand zur Pflanze ca. 35cm) Tag 32: 🌱: Heute wurde erneut die Schere angesetzt und ein paar der nach innen wachsenden Blätter sowie ein paar kleinere Triebe im Inneren entfernt. Das LST wurde nur minimal angepasst, um eine einheitlichere Höhe zu erreichen. 💧: Die Lady wird so langsam etwas durstiger und so gab es heute wieder ca. 3 Liter Nährstofflösung. Diese wurde jetzt etwas erweitert und entspricht nun ca. 50% Bio Bizz Düngerschema. Zusätzlich dazu gab es dieses mal auch CalMag+Bittersalz. 💡: Die Lampe wurde ein paar klicks nach oben gehangen um die Werte in etwa konstant zu halten (DLI ~40, Abstand zur Pflanze ca. 35cm) Tag 34: 🌱: Heute wurden nur die Blätte etwas sortiert, um den Blüten mehr Licht zu geben. Mittlerweile haben die höchsten Triebe etwa 20cm (vom Boden aus) erreicht. 💧: Die Erde ist noch feucht. 💡: Die Lampe wurde noch ein Stück weiter nach oben gehangen, um die Beleuchtung in etwa konstant zu halten (DLI ~40, Abstand zur Pflanze ca. 35cm) Tag 35: 🌱: Ein paar der untersten, im Schatten liegenden, Blätter wurde entfernt, sowie 2-3 kleine Nachzügler Triebe aus dem Inneren. Das LST wurde ein wenig angepasst. Ich denke darüber nach noch ein paar mehr kleine Nebentriebe (vor allem aus der Mitte) zu entfernen, damit der vorhandene Platz besser für die größeren Triebe genutzt werden kann. Über Gedanken/Meinungen/Ideen dazu würde ich mich freuen 😉 💧: Zu Tagesbeginn ließ sie ihre Blätter ganz schön hängen und die Erde war ziemlich trocken, also gab es auch heute wieder etwa 3 Liter Nährstofflösung. 💡: Die Beleuchtung ist unverändert.

It’s still been a trial & error process, while “training” I’m constantly afraid of hurting the plant haha. But so far I’m satisfied, if I could get 10 decent grams out of her I’d be happy. Weather has been picking up nicely but still some cold evenings 7-10 d.celcius. Started feeding her some Black Strap Molasses. I forgot to add that I’m really not sure whether she is in flowering or not. & would cutting of like 3 fan leaves be a problem?

Week 3 has just been wild there proper going for it

She started growing new nodes and I started raising the feed on nutrients and kept the ph at 6.5-6.6. She looks like she’s ready to flower soon. Started giving a little bit of a smell like citrusy.

I am starting a Grape Octane Auto. I have scuffed the seed on both ends. I have placed the seed into water and will plant it in the rock wool.
