Sensi seeds Jack Herer 25th Feb 2020 What a difference a week can make! She went Boom!! and stretched upwards perfectly. I can see budsites everywhere! All I need now is for the sun to come back out. We have had some wild, wet and windy weather here and have had very little sunshine. I will need to start tucking fan leaves soon so that all budsites get as much light as possible. before it rained lastnight I had been letting the plants soil dry out a little , so I'm sure the rain was welcomed. I will need to keep an eye on the rain guage and if we are getting too much I'll have to drag the pot under cover or risk them being overwatered. Week 8 there hasn’t been any drastic changes for either of the girls. Girl #1 is looking better and better each day. Girl #2 is just being as stubborn as can be. Girl #2 still hasn’t showed any signs of flowering. I’m gonna continue to be patient with her she’s a very late bloomer. I can’t believe she’s been in veg for 8 weeks.I know some of you expert growers have experienced a long veg similar to my experience.Not sure if it’s good or bad luck just yet being my first run of autos. I have to admit. When i saw this week coming to The end and girl #2 wasn’t showing signs of flowering, I got down face to face with her quietly whispering (You better flower soon or it’s time for the trash can 😂😂) lol 😆 I had a weak moment was very frustrated. I thank all of you that have shared your information cause without it I would have been panicking. I’m gonna be patient and let the plant tell me when she’s ready. Everything has been running smoothly. I have given both girls light bloom nutrients. I have learned so much and it has been a pleasure watching the magic happen. Thank all of those who have viewed my diary. Thank you again for your support.

Hey all! Finally! This is the last week of veg! :D I know Matcha still has a lot of things going on but I believe I've waited more than enough for this (10 weeks is a lot considering one of the plants is still small and the other one isn't as big as it should be). Both are also starting to drink more water compared to before! Pistachio is now getting thirstier a lot faster now! I defoliated both plants and I'll do it again in about 3 more weeks to allow the lower budsites receive more light. I believe I could've trimmed a bit more heavily but I believe what I did was enough, they have been going thru some issues and I don't want to risk it all. I also removed all the small growtips in my plants, the ones that are just going to never develop very well because they are way too low and no light will reach them well. This week growth has been steady. I needed to do some more LST on the left plant because the 3 top sites had all stretched much more than the plant on the right and therefore I was having to move the light further up which meant the plant on the right was getting less light. After tying the 3 tops down, the next day they had readjusted themselves and I have a really nice flat canopy now. Not a lot to report. Growth is slow as they must be in veg for another 7 weeks till they can go into the flower room. Defoliating as I see leaves blocking tops. Closely monitoring. PPMs are around 500-700. Rinsed the root base of both plants. I don't believe I'll need to do any daily updates for the rest of the grow. Everything is dialled in and I'm ready to use what I've learnt for the next grow. I will be adding to this week in regards to writing up a summary of everything I've learnt so far and how I expect to improve upon the next.

Original Sensible Seeds Bruce Banner#3 Auto LED 180 watt Coco 2 gallon fabric pot Advanced Nutrients House and Garden Botanicare Week 14 So another week or so with this lady and then done like dinner. I already cut some branches off this lady from the lower section that wasn't getting much sunshine. So I topped this gal to keep short and then the sativa traits took over and she grew tall and lanky which I would definitely change how I approach this strain in the future. Solid buds with a nice coating of trichomes. The yield won't be impressive but the quality is going to be banging with what she is producing. I cut more than half of this gals branches because her height was too much for my space so the final yield will not reflect what she could produce with the right training. Very nice 😋

Pretty strong plant. Neglected and two rounds of hst. Lets see how she finishes. Only gunna be removing fan leaves here and there for the rest of the grow.

Still vegging. Looks like she may just be starting to switch, but we'll see at the end of the week. Yeah, she's switching over, day 53. I really like the look of this one so far :)

Original Sensible Seeds Wedding Cake Auto LED 180 Coco 2 gallon fabric pot Advanced Nutrients House and Garden Botanicare Week 14 Hi guys/gals, so this will be the final week before flushy flushy. Trichomes are almost cloudy. The smell is pungent as she ripens. Bulked up this week and the hairs are darkening brown. I don't see any fade but as soon as those trichomes hit 10-20% amber, that's a wrap for this lady. Overall a nice strain to grow from Original Sensible Seeds. Genetics are strong with vigorous growth and she took very well to topping. The only real problem that I faced was that I ran out of the ph down that I use so I picked up some Root Farm ph down which I don't recommend using because the ppm was 980 with just water. I calibrated my meter and the reading was 978 ppm. I'm not sure if this is straight acid or piss in a bottle but wtf? Well a grower pointed out nute burn so I then checked the ppm and wowsers it was over 3000 ppm. Quickly rectified with a flush and back in business with Root Farm no more lol yeah I got complacent down the stretch not checking the runoff but lesson learned. 155 days from seed and still harvesting the last big colas, and flushing for the parts still receiving light during 12 hours and processing more residual materials intracellularly, while hopefully ripening a little bit more. Like I told before, there are three or four colas like that in the video that were not completely exposed to light and they might not as ripe as they should be. I'll check that while smoking later after these colas are properly dried and cured.
