Start of Week 9 - Day 57 06/28: The ladies are looking amazing! Aaliyah and Alexis have a lot of buds coming up. Annie is starting her stretch, so I’ve been moving around some of the leaves that are blocking the light to the cola branches. As of now she’s standing at 20” from the top of the coco. Alexis is now at 27” and Aaliyah has reached a height of 30” from the top of the coco. That height definitely caught me off guard! Still keeping waterings at every day and a half and EC and pH levels in runoff are good. A few of the lower leaves on the plants have yellowed and withered up, but I think it’s just the plants themselves getting rid of leaves that aren’t getting light. Overall the ladies are looking great! Can’t wait to see how much progress they make this week. 06/30: Checked in the gals and by my surprise they have all grown two inches. Aaliyah is now 32” tall and has pretty much grown into the light. Luckily I went with the LEDs so there’s not much heat. Hand up to the light is still cooler than the sun on some days. Her buds have started forming and are now covered with pistils. Annie is still creeping her way into flowering and is now at 22”. Hopefully she doesn’t get as tall as Aaliyah. Alexis is now at 29”. I have to admit, I was worried Alexis wasn’t going to do well. She didn’t look as healthy as the other two when she was a seedling. But that has changed. She looks extremely healthy and although she is in a 3-gallon pot and isn’t as big as Aaliyah, she still has a lot of buds sites coming up. I’m glad she made it. More for the yield. 07/02: Watered the ladies. EC levels in runoff are good. pH in Aaliyah’s runoff is a little low, so I’m going to keep an eye on her. She’s now at 34” tall, but I tied her down. It was either this, or no light. Hopefully she takes it okay. Her buds are really starting to grow. Annie is now at 24”. She is currently on her stretch. Hopefully she doesn’t get as tall as Aaliyah. Alexis is at 32” and looking great. As of now I’ve seen no pests inside the tent, or on the trap I put up. But I did see a few flies while watering that looked more like fruit flies than fungus gnats. Hopefully they are and the pest problem is solved. 07/04: The ladies keep growing! Aaliyah is now at 33” because of the new bending, Alexis is at 34” (I just bent her main cola down), and Annie is at 25 1/2”. With Alexis at 34” she has also passed my light. Since Aaliyah seems to be doing okay with the bending, I decided to bend Alexis down as well. Annie is going into her stretch. Found a dead fly in tray and a live one on the trap. I guess my problems continue. I gave the ladies a good amount of water (4500mL for Annie!) and am going to leave the next watering for two days now. Hopefully this can help. Extrem growth since she is under the Sanlight LED on 50%. Plant looking healthy and good so far.

#1 still not flowering it’s been almost 3 weeks since the flip to 13/11. #3 is loaded with buds!! #4 is also loaded. #3 and #4 aren’t stretching a ton, and I love that they seem to be putting all of their energy into making buds. I’ve defoliated some to keep the budsites in the light.

The not so little now really is growing well😊. Had to get it in another box to keep good temperature. I keep doing some defoliation Time to Time.

Every 5± days from week 5 I suppose I get rid of below leaves and big fan leaves,which don't let the light get to the bottom buds,as was recommended in comments. They react good on that kind of stress and the bottom buds started developing too. Despite the high temperature( 28-30 degrees) they keep on growing and forming buds,happily.

What up fam, weekly update on these lovely ladies. They're growing great so far. Seeing new upwards growth and new leafs with zero signs of deficiency. I started adding 2ml per gallon of the Athena Grow A & B and 2ml of General Hydroponics CalMag this week to see how they respond and all in all its been Happy Growing.

Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros que además provocó un shock que también solucione. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Las flores empezaron a formarse y progresan a buen ritmo. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Helloooo good people, how are you all? I am very happy with this ladies, the Northern Light leaves are sooooo beautiful, wtf!!! :-D The roots are amazing as well! The Mimosa Auto I had to clean up all the plant, she was a little bit weak, but on the next day after defoliation, she was wonderful, full of energy again!!! A happy growth for everyone. Love!!

Week 2 for the solo Afghani went smooth. Looked a little slow to develop her first proper set of leaves, but the root development should help speed up her progression. Still feeding off the slow release 444 and is now regularly drinking about 2oz of water every other day. I also spritz the bottom of the outer cup to keep moisture levels high for stretching roots. She's about 36" from the light. Hoping to get a little stretch to make training easier. Added a couple new pics to get the week caught up. Stay tuned, week 3 starts training.

What to say about this week? For starters LST was started this week. Initially I used garden ties but soon after replaced them with 6” garden staples . 2 of the 6 girls began throwing pistals resulting from the LST starting around day 15 YIKES 😬. The Zkittlez & the Runtz both from (Expert Seeds ) began giving the 5x5 its first smells . The LST so far has been a pleasure no ooosy daisies so far & the girls are showing what they are made of . The secondary shoots have great potential to form a nice round bush that I can train out into an even-as-possible canopy . Today is day 21 & day 20 for this bunch . They are only using Gaia Green dry amendments for feedings but I decided to take some advice given to another grower & supplement my girls with some compost tea . NO I DONT THINK THEY NEED ANYTHING ADDITIONALLY IM REALLY HAPPY SO FAR WITH MY NUTES bbbbuuuuuttttttt in the short chance that my ladies may take a liking to an occasional tea & reward my pampering with large , long , frosty, stacked cola’s . . Thennnn I’m supplementing , I consider this all “4-play” for my ladies Ik a giver 🤷‍♀️😭 My only concerns are racing against this clock to get as much size & solid structure before flowering sets in I’ve really got my heart set on a certain outcome & I’m one for a good challenge. Finally , atleast as much as I can remember, I increased the dimmer knob on the light from 65% to about 78%. I won’t increase the watts any higher until bloom sets in fully & at that point I’ll be turning it to 100% raising it a maybe 6 inches & watching patiently for my girls to start praying 🙏 to it . Week 3 in the books !

No special problem for this fourth week of flowering. The stretching period of the Moby Dick was a little longer than that of the Shark or OG Kush. That's why I preferred to wait for PK 13/14. I began to defoliate a little, the buds begin to fill little by little. The two apices are already well bloomed and begin to cover with trichomes. The smell remains discreet.

Buds are starting to pop flushing the next 7 days or so to start the next phase swell stage when we make them buds blow up big time all are still healthy and striving well . i must admit gowning in the winter months is so much better in doors then summers i'm sold 4sho!!
